The cleaning principle is as follows: firstly, the stirring motor 5 and the rotating motor mechanism 8 are connected into a circuit, the water tank 6 is connected with a water pipe, and water supply is started; water enters the nozzle seat 6-2 through the internal water pipe 6-3 and enters the spray head 3 through the water pipe in the middle of the connecting column 3-4, kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy of the water through throttling and speed reduction of the diffusion hole 3-2, the water flows out of the diffusion hole 3-2 and is sprayed out of a round hole in the middle of the nozzle 3-1, and the sprayed water can be adjusted to be columnar or spray by adjusting the distance between the nozzle 3-1 and the connecting column 3-4; starting a stirring motor 5, wherein the stirring motor 5 rotates to drive a stirring fork 5-4 to rotate, the stirring fork 5-4 rotates to drive the vegetables in the vegetable net 1-5 to rotate, and the vegetables are stirred so that more areas of the vegetables are contacted with water; the rotating motor mechanism 8 is started, the rotating motor mechanism 8 rotates to drive the vertical bevel gear 8-2 to rotate, the right side of the vertical bevel gear 8-2 is meshed with the horizontal bevel gear 7-6, the vertical bevel gear 8-2 drives the horizontal bevel gear 7-6 to rotate, the horizontal bevel gear 7-6 is fixed at the lower part of the vertical shaft 7-7, so that the horizontal bevel gear 7-6 drives the vertical shaft 7-7 to rotate, the upper part of the vertical shaft 7-7 is fixed with the table-board 7-1, the vertical shaft 7-7 drives the table-board 7-1 to rotate, and the table-board 7-1 rotates to spray water to the lower part of the vegetable net.
The drainage and sand removal principle is as follows: when the plug 4-1 is opened, vegetable washing water flows downwards from the water outlet 6-4, the water flows out from the water outlet pipe 4-4 after passing through the three-way pipe 4-6, granular physical substances such as sand and the like are filtered after the water passes through the sand net 4-3-3, the water flows downwards and flows into the sand hopper 4-5, the water flows rightwards continuously, the air isolation plate 4-3-1 is pushed upwards to flow out of the three-way pipe 4-6, and when the water flow stops, the air isolation plate 4-3-1 falls, the water outlet pipe 4-4 is closed, and the smell is prevented from returning.

the air-proof plate (4-3) consists of an air-isolating plate (4-3-1), an inner snap ring (4-3-2), a sand screen (4-3-3) and an arc-shaped protrusion (4-3-4); the gas barrier (4-3-1) is semicircular, the upper part of the gas barrier (4-3-1) is connected with the sewer pipe (4-4) through a pin, and the left side of the lower part of the gas barrier (4-3-1) is contacted with the arc-shaped protrusion (4-3-4); the inner snap ring (4-3-2) is positioned at the right side of the three-way pipe (4-6), and the inner snap ring (4-3-2) is positioned at the right side of the sand screen (4-3-3); the sand net (4-3-3) is circular, the left side of the sand net (4-3-3) is contacted with the three-way pipe (4-6), and the right side of the sand net (4-3-3) is contacted with the inner snap ring (4-3-2); the arc-shaped protrusions (4-3-4) are arc-shaped;
