Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of petroleum drilling, and relates to an environment-friendly low-fluorescence asphalt-like plugging agent.
Background
With the expansion of the exploration field to new areas, drilling of formations to be met is becoming more and more complex, and the problem of instability of well walls is becoming more and more serious. The shrinkage and collapse of shale, coal beds, pre-mountain construction belts and salt-gypsum layers can cause instability of well walls, affect the drilling speed and the well logging and cementing quality, even cause that partial areas can not drill a target layer, and affect the realization of exploration and development purposes. The anti-collapse agent mainly comprises inorganic salts, asphalts, humic acids and polymers, wherein the plugging type anti-collapse agent mainly comprises asphalts, polymeric alcohols, aluminum compounds and silicates. Asphalt is an ideal anti-collapse agent which is generally accepted at present, but for drilling in new areas, the asphalt anti-collapse agent is forbidden by geological departments due to high fluorescence level, and in addition, the asphalt blocking agent has high toxicity and is difficult to biodegrade; the effective content of the emulsified paraffin is low, the plugging effect is limited, the particles of the polymer alcohol which are transformed from the phase due to the cloud point effect are too few, the anti-collapse plugging requirement cannot be met, and the emulsified paraffin and the polymer alcohol mainly play roles in lubrication and partial inhibition. Therefore, the development of a novel efficient anti-collapse agent with low fluorescence and plugging and inhibiting effects has good application prospect.
