本发明公开一种环保复合型纤维面料,包括层叠设置的第一面料层和第二面料层,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层之间通过阻燃粘合层进行粘接,所述第一面料层由芳纶经线和芳纶纬线相互编织而成,所述第二面料层由抗菌棉纤维经线和抗菌棉纤维纬线相互编织而成,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层上还设有阻燃涂层,所述阻燃涂层包括第一阻燃涂层和第二阻燃涂层;其中,所述第一阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80~100份,磷酸酯阻燃剂5~15份,乙酸乙酯10~30份,铝粉1~5份,增稠剂0.1~1份;所述第二阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80~100份,磷酸酯阻燃剂10~20份,乙酸乙酯20~50份,铝粉5~10份,增稠剂0.1~1份。本发明中的面料具有优良的阻燃性能,环保性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保复合型纤维面料。
背景技术
秋冬天干物燥,而面料又属于极易着火的特殊物品,一旦遇到星星点火极易发展成重大火灾,给人们的生活带来极大的安全隐患。现有的面料阻燃性能较差,遇火易燃,安全性较低。
为此,有必要针对上述问题,提出一种环保复合型纤维面料,其能够解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保复合型纤维面料,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保复合型纤维面料,包括层叠设置的第一面料层和第二面料层,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层之间通过阻燃粘合层进行粘接,所述第一面料层由芳纶经线和芳纶纬线相互编织而成,所述第二面料层由抗菌棉纤维经线和抗菌棉纤维纬线相互编织而成,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层上还设有阻燃涂层,所述阻燃涂层包括第一阻燃涂层和第二阻燃涂层;其中,所述第一阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80~100份,磷酸酯阻燃剂5~15份,乙酸乙酯10~30份,铝粉1~5份,增稠剂0.1~1份;所述第二阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80~100份,磷酸酯阻燃剂10~20份,乙酸乙酯20~50份,铝粉5~10份,增稠剂0.1~1份。
优选的,所述第一面料层上设有第一阻燃涂层、第二阻燃涂层中的一种或两种,所述第二面料层上设有第一阻燃涂层、第二阻燃涂层中的一种或两种。
优选的,每一所述芳纶经线和每一所述芳纶纬线均由2~3根芳纶捻制而成。
优选的,每一所述抗菌棉纤维经线和每一所述抗菌棉纤维纬线均由2~3根抗菌棉纤维捻制而成。
优选的,所述抗菌棉纤维经线和所述抗菌棉纤维纬线由纳米银抗菌棉纤维制成。
优选的,所述粘合层为聚乙烯醇环保胶。
优选的,所述粘合层的厚度为0.10~0.15mm。
优选的,所述第一阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯90份,磷酸酯阻燃剂10份,乙酸乙酯20份,铝粉3份,增稠剂0.5份;所述第二阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯90份,磷酸酯阻燃剂15份,乙酸乙酯35份,铝粉7.5份,增稠剂0.5份。

一种环保复合型纤维面料,包括层叠设置的第一面料层和第二面料层,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层之间通过阻燃粘合层进行粘接,所述第一面料层由2或3根芳纶捻制而成的经线和2或3根芳纶捻制而成的纬线相互编织而成,所述第二面料层由2或3根抗菌棉纤维捻制而成的经线和由2或3根抗菌棉纤维捻制而成的纬线相互编织而成,所述第一面料层上设有第一阻燃涂层、第二阻燃涂层中的一种或两种,所述第二面料层上设有第一阻燃涂层、第二阻燃涂层中的一种或两种。
其中,所述第一阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80份,磷酸酯阻燃剂5份,乙酸乙酯10份,铝粉1份,增稠剂0.1份;所述第二阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80份,磷酸酯阻燃剂10份,乙酸乙酯20份,铝粉5份,增稠剂0.1份。

本发明中的环保复合型纤维面料通过将所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层采用阻燃粘合层进行粘接,使得该环保复合型纤维面料具有一定的阻燃效果;同时,通过在所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层上设置阻燃涂层,使得该面料的阻燃性能大大提高,在天干物燥的秋冬季节,能给人们安全的防护,具有良好的应用前景。
通过对本发明中的环保复合型纤维面料进行阻燃性能的测试,结果表明,其极限氧指数为28.5~29.8。
