s1: placing the exhaust screws 1 in exhaust screw positioning plates 6 with exhaust screw positioning holes 61, placing the screw caps 2 in screw cap positioning plates 7 with screw cap positioning holes 71, and placing the exhaust screw positioning plates 6 and the screw cap positioning plates 7 in an overlapping manner to enable the exhaust screws 1 and the screw caps 2 to be in one-to-one correspondence in the upper and lower positions;
s2: the die holder 3 is arranged on the working table surface, then the stamping equipment is started, the die handle 9 of the stamping equipment drives the upper pressing plate 8 to press down, and the exhaust screw 1 and the plug screw cap 2 are stamped and assembled.
This provides a more labour saving compared to manual assembly, and is also more efficient as more than one can be assembled at a time.
