背景技术
LCD投影机是一种利用光学元件将LCD显示屏放大,并将其投影到影屏上的光学仪器。广泛应用于大尺寸显示领域。
LCD投影机在使用时,光学器件会产生大量的热,这些热严重影响LCD投影机的使用寿命以及使用稳定性,因此LCD 投影机在使用时需要用风扇从外部吹入空气冷却,这导致在使用一段时间后***内部易出现脏点、黑点的问题,影响显示效果,并且传统投影仪的光源发出的光含有P光和S光两种偏振光,但LCD投影机只能利用其中的一种偏振光,而且照明***简单,整体光效不高,造成现有投影仪功率高,亮度低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型LCD投影机,采用一个封闭的内循环散热***,带PCS功能和涂有透明防污涂层的照明***以及带微透镜阵列的LED光源,能够有效解决现有技术中的诸多不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种新型LCD投影机,包括一个LCD投影机的带密封壳体的成像***,带PCS功能和涂有透明防污涂层的照明***以及LED光源***,所述密封壳体内设置有镜头组件、光学组件以及第一散热组件;所述LED光源***包括用树脂成型的微透镜阵列、LED芯片阵列、第二散热器组件以及第二风扇。
作为优选的技术方案,所述密封壳体成像***包括一个底壳、面壳一,壳体内安装有第一风扇、第一散热器组件的吸热端、第一反光镜、第二菲镜、液晶屏、反射式偏光膜,第一散热器组件的吸热端安装于液晶屏出风口一侧,壳体的外部设置第一散热器组件的散热端、照明组件和光源组件,第一散热器组件的散热端安装于第二风扇进风口一侧。
作为优选的技术方案,所述光学组件和照明组件包括第一反光镜、第二菲镜、反射式偏光膜、液晶屏、第一菲镜以及带1/4波片的第二反光镜、镜头组件,液晶屏、第二菲镜、第一反光镜、镜头组件依次安装于反射式偏光膜的一侧,第一反光镜倾斜设置于反射式偏光膜一侧,第一反光镜的反光面正对着镜头组件设置,第二菲镜、光源组件以及带1/4波片的第二反光镜设置于反射式偏光膜另一侧,光源组件和带1/4波片的第二反光镜并列排列。

本发明的有益效果是:一、 本发明在密封的壳体内,这样可以使光学器件在一个无尘的环境,这解决了传统LCD投影仪机在使用一段时间后易出现脏点、黑点的问题;同时,把反射式偏光膜作为密封壳体的一部分,把大量的热留在了壳体外面,减少了密封壳体的散热量。同时,反射式偏光膜和第一菲镜涂有透明防污涂层,可以减少灰尘的吸附,提高***的清洁程度,把第一散热片设置于液晶屏出风口,有利于提高散热效率。
二、将对传统LCD投影机成像没用的P光转换成有用的S光,提高了光的利用率,使投影在相同功率下的亮度大大提高;
三、微透镜和LED芯片一一对应,可以提高LED光源的利用效率和照明的均匀度。

其中,光学组件包括第一反光镜2、第二菲镜12、反射式偏光膜13、液晶屏14、第一菲镜15以及带1/4波片第二反光镜9,8、镜头组件16、液晶屏14、第二菲镜15,第一反光镜2,镜头组件16依次安装于的反射式偏光膜13一侧,第一菲镜12、光源组件9,带1/4波片第二反光镜8设置于反射式偏光膜13另一侧,光源组件9和带1/4波片第二反光镜9,是并列排列;第一反光镜2倾斜设置于反射式偏光膜13一侧,第一反光镜2的反光面正对着镜头组件16设置。
本实施例中,反射式偏光膜13作为密封壳体的一部分。反射式偏光膜13不平行于液晶屏14,和液晶屏14有一个小的夹角。第一散热器11的散热端和第二散热7器共用风道和第二风扇10。
本实施例中,带1/4波片第二反光镜8可以是平面反光镜,也可以是曲面反光镜。
如图4所示,照明组件包括反射式偏光13,第一菲镜12,带1/4波片第二反光镜8,光源组件9包括带微透镜的LED阵列,以及第二散热器7和第二风扇10,光源发出的发散光线,通过微透镜19后照射在第一菲镜12,经第一菲镜12变成平行光后照射在反射式偏光膜13上,S光透过,P光反射,反射的P光经第一菲镜12汇聚在带1/4波片的第二反光镜9上,因1/4波片具有把P光转换成S光功能,因此再反射到反射式偏光膜13的均为S光,均可以透过反射式偏光膜13,照射到液晶屏14上面。该过程同样适合把LED发出P光和S光混合光变成了单纯的P光。
如图5和图6所示,光源组件的LED阵列的每一个LED芯片20都带一个微透镜18,微透镜18为自由曲面透镜,可以把该LED芯片20发出的光汇聚成液晶屏14形状和大小的均匀光斑。每一个微透镜18都能把对应的LED芯片20发出光线按照预期的大小,形状和均匀度准确的投射到后菲镜12上面,因为每一颗LED芯片20的位置都是不一样的,所有以每一个LED微透镜18形状和角度都是不一样的。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

1.一种新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:包括一个LCD投影机的带密封壳体的成像***,带PCS功能和涂有透明防污涂层的照明***以及LED光源***,所述密封壳体内设置有镜头组件、光学组件以及第一散热组件;所述LED光源***包括用树脂成型的微透镜阵列、LED芯片阵列、第二散热器组件以及第二风扇。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:所述密封壳体成像***包括一个底壳、面壳一,壳体内安装有第一风扇、第一散热器组件的吸热端、第一反光镜、第二菲镜、液晶屏、反射式偏光膜,第一散热器组件的吸热端安装于液晶屏出风口一侧,壳体的外部设置第一散热器组件的散热端、照明组件和光源组件,第一散热器组件的散热端安装于第二风扇进风口一侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:所述光学组件和照明组件包括第一反光镜、第二菲镜、反射式偏光膜、液晶屏、第一菲镜以及带1/4波片的第二反光镜、镜头组件,液晶屏、第二菲镜、第一反光镜、镜头组件依次安装于反射式偏光膜的一侧,第一反光镜倾斜设置于反射式偏光膜一侧,第一反光镜的反光面正对着镜头组件设置,第二菲镜、光源组件以及带1/4波片的第二反光镜设置于反射式偏光膜另一侧,光源组件和带1/4波片的第二反光镜并列排列。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:所述密封壳体包括底壳以及面壳一,面壳一顶部贴装一块金属片。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:所述微透镜阵列采用树脂成型。
6.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:所述第一散热器的散热端和第二散热器共用风道和第二风扇。
7.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:所述反射式偏光膜是密封壳体的一部分,且不平行于液晶屏,反射式偏光膜和液晶屏之间形成一个小的夹角。
8.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:在反射式偏光膜和第一菲镜上涂上透明防污涂层。
9.如权利要求1所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:带1/4波片的第二反光镜为平面反光镜,或者曲面反光镜。
10.如权利要求2所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:光源组件包括带微透镜的LED阵列以及第二散热器和第二风扇,光源发出的发散光线,通过微透镜后照射在第一菲镜,经第一菲镜变成平行光后照射在反射式偏光膜上,S光透过,P光反射,反射的P光经第一菲镜汇聚在带1/4波片的第二反光镜上。
11.如权利要求10所述的新型LCD投影机,其特征在于:光源组件的LED阵列的每一个LED芯片都带一个微透镜,微透镜为自由曲面透镜,把LED芯片发出的光汇聚成液晶屏形状和大小的均匀光斑。
