Abstract

本发明涉及一种新配方的洗衣液,具体是一种对环境友好的洗衣液。本发明按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠5%‑20%、烷基糖苷4%‑8%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%‑10%、碳酸钠1%‑2%、硅酸钠0.5%‑1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%‑0.5%、氯化钠0.1%‑0.3%、香精0.2%‑0.6%、卡松0.05%‑0.2%、去离子水57.5%‑80%。本发明去污效果明显,在相同用量的条件下,去污能力强于国家标准洗衣液,综合去污能力强。且所使用原料的生物降解性能很高,对人体、环境无危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新配方的洗衣液,具体是一种对环境友好的洗衣液。
背景技术
我国人口基数大,作为日常生活必需用品的洗衣液市场庞大,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对高质量生活的追求愈发急切,对洗衣液的要求越来越高,因此洗衣液必须具备良好的去污性和经济性,同时也要满足环保、安全等特性。然而现有市售洗衣液存在伤手伤衣、危害环境、去污效果差等缺点。
洗衣液作为洗涤用品市场的新宠,正越来越受到消费者的喜爱。目前市场上的洗衣液大多由化学物质调配而成,长时间使用会对肌肤产生伤害,也不利于环境保护。根据相关文献报导,目前,我国洗衣液多使用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES、α-烯基磺酸钠AOS等磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂作为洗衣液的主要原料。虽然这种洗衣液具有较好的去污性能,但是原料难以自然降解,不环保,且对皮肤有一定的刺激作用。因此开发环境友好不刺激同时兼具很好去污性能的洗衣液很有必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种对环境友好的洗衣液,在清洗效果好的同时,原料易降解,不会危害人体健康和环境。
本发明的技术方案:一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠5%-20%、烷基糖苷4%-8%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%-10%、碳酸钠1%-2%、硅酸钠0.5%-1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%-0.5%、氯化钠0.1%-0.3%、香精0.2%-0.6%、卡松0.05%-0.2%、去离子水57.5%-80%。
优先地,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠6%-18%、烷基糖苷5-7%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠4%-8%、碳酸钠1.2%-1.8%、硅酸钠0.6%-0.9%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%-0.4%、氯化钠0.15%-0.25%、香精0.3%-0.5%、卡松0.06%-0.18%、去离子水54.9%-80%。
优先地,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠5%-16%、烷基糖苷6%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠5%-7%、碳酸钠1.4%-1.6%、硅酸钠0.7%-0.8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.4%、卡松0.08%-0.16%、去离子水62.97%-80%。
本发明采用新型阴/非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠(简称FMES)以及非离子表面活性剂烷基糖苷(简称APG)为主要原料,
经复配得到的洗衣液去污性能优异且原料易降解。按本发明提供的配方生产出产品以后,产品澄清透亮,去污效果明显,在相同用量的条件下,去污能力强于国家标准洗衣液,去污比值加和(即综合去污能力)最优,达4.45
(见表1)。且所使用原料的生物降解性能很高,对人体、环境无危害。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实例对本发明作更进一步的说明:
实施例1
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠5%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠8%、碳酸钠1%、硅酸钠1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5%、氯化钠0.1%、香精0.3%、卡松0.2%、去离子水79.9%。去污效果好,可以去除衣物上的各种顽固污渍,浸洗效果不错(见表1)。
实施例2
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠7%、烷基糖苷6%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠6%、碳酸钠1.5%、硅酸钠0.6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.2%、卡松0.2%、去离子水78.1%。去污效果好。
实施例3
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠8%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠5%、碳酸钠1.6%、硅酸钠0.7%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.15%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.4%、卡松0.1%、去离子水79.45%。去污效果好。
实施例4
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠6%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠8%、碳酸钠1.2%、硅酸钠0.6%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.4%、卡松0.1%、去离子水79.2%。去污效果好。
实施例5
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠10%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠3%、碳酸钠1.5%、硅酸钠0.8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4%、氯化钠0.25%、香精0.5%、卡松0.15%、去离子水79.4%。去污效果好。
实施例6
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠9%、烷基糖苷5%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠4%、碳酸钠1.2%、硅酸钠1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.5%、卡松0.1%、去离子水余量78.7%。去污效果好。
实施例7
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠10%、烷基糖苷5%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠3%、碳酸钠1.2%、硅酸钠1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.5%、卡松0.15%、去离子水78.85%。去污效果好。
实施例8
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠12%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠3%、碳酸钠1.6%、硅酸钠0.8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.15%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.5%、卡松0.2%、去离子水75.55%。去污效果好。
实施例9
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠14%、烷基糖苷8%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%、碳酸钠1%、硅酸钠0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.5%、卡松0.15%、去离子水73.35%。去污效果好。
实施例10
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠14%、烷基糖苷6%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%、碳酸钠1%、硅酸钠0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、氯化钠0.1%、香精0.5%、卡松0.2%、去离子水75.4%。去污效果好。
实施例11
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠18%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%、碳酸钠1%、硅酸钠0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%、氯化钠0.15%、香精0.4%、卡松0.15%、去离子水73.6%。去污效果好。
实施例12
一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠20%、烷基糖苷4%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%、碳酸钠1%、硅酸钠0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%、氯化钠0.15%、香精0.2%、卡松0.1%、去离子水71.85%。去污效果好,浸洗效果不错。
需要说明的是,上述实例中各组份制成洗衣液的方法均可采用现有常规工艺进行制备。只需将其它组份溶解于去离子水中,过滤,然后在常温下按配比混合搅拌即可,可以得到稳定均匀、澄清透亮的洗衣液。
去污效果测试
按照本发明的实施例1的配方配制洗衣液与市场上畅销的5种洗衣液进行对比。参照GB/T 13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》,分别配制质量分数为0.1%的洗衣液样品的硬水溶液1L,控制温度在30℃,在立式去污机进行洗涤、漂洗、脱水等步骤,对比6种洗衣液的去污能力,比较6种洗衣液去污力与标准洗衣液去污力的比值P,测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,本发明的实施例1洗衣液去污比值加和(即综合去污能力)最优。
生物降解性能
按照国家标准,洗涤制品中所使用的表面活性剂应被证实能够自然降解,要求表面活性剂的初级生物降解度不低于80%,且最终生物降解度不低于60%。本发明使用的表面活性剂有FMES、APG-0814,参考相关文献脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMES)初步生物降解性可达到89%,且最终生物降解度高于60%;烷基糖苷的生物降解性能非常好,5天时间初级生物降解率就已经接近100%,且最终生物降解度高于60%,且这两种表面活性剂本身不存在毒性。因此本发明符合国家标准,对人体、动植物健康无害。

1.一种对环境友好的洗衣液,按质量比计,其特征是:包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠5%-20%、烷基糖苷4%-8%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠2%-10%、碳酸钠1%-2%、硅酸钠0.5%-1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%-0.5%、氯化钠0.1%-0.3%、香精0.2%-0.6%、卡松0.05%-0.2%、去离子水57.5%-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种对环境友好的洗衣液,其特征是:包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠6%-18%、烷基糖苷5-7%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠4%-8%、碳酸钠1.2%-1.8%、硅酸钠0.6%-0.9%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%-0.4%、氯化钠0.15%-0.25%、香精0.3%-0.5%、卡松0.06%-0.18%、去离子水54.9%-80%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种对环境友好的洗衣液,其特征是:包括脂肪酸甲脂乙氧基化物磺酸钠5%-16%、烷基糖苷6%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠5%-7%、碳酸钠1.4%-1.6%、硅酸钠0.7%-0.8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3%、氯化钠0.2%、香精0.4%、卡松0.08%-0.16%、去离子水62.97%-80%。
