Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、准备原料、碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布、碳纤维丝,然后进行裁剪成所需形状,然后将碳纤维布在预浸溶液中进行预浸;S2、在模芯上涂上脱模剂,然后利用碳纤维布在模芯上进行缠绕;S3、通过强力胶将碳纤维丝粘结于玻璃碳纤维丝的正反两面,其中正面为水平方向粘结,反面为垂直方向粘结;S4、在模芯表面包裹的碳纤维布上涂上预浸溶液,同时将粘结有碳纤维丝的玻璃纤维布在预浸溶液中预浸,然后将正面包裹在模芯上的碳纤维布的表面,进行缠绕,本发明通过在碳纤维布层内增加玻璃纤维布层,使得耐燃性能有效的提高。

Description

一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及碳纤维管加工工艺,尤其涉及一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺。
背景技术
碳纤维管又称碳素纤维管,也称碳管,碳纤管,是采用碳纤维复合材料预浸入苯乙稀基聚脂树脂经加热固化拉挤(缠挠)而成。在制过程中,可以通过不同的模具生产出各种型材,如:不同规格的碳纤维圆管,不同规格的方管,不同规格的片材,以及其它型材:在制作过程中也可以包3K进行表面包装美化等等。
碳纤维管具有强度高,寿命长、耐腐蚀,质量轻、低密度等优点,广泛应用于风筝、航空模型飞机、灯用支架、PC设备转轴、蚀刻机、医疗器械、体育器材等机械设备,现有的碳纤维管是通过碳纤维布在预浸溶液中浸泡后,进行缠绕拉挤成型的,通过碳纤维布直接缠绕成型的碳纤维管的耐燃性相对较差,而且现有的碳纤维管在单方向的抗压强度较高,但是在该方向的垂直方向上的抗压强度一般,受压容易劈裂,因此,我们提出一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳纤维管加工工艺,解决了背景技术中所提出现有的碳纤维管在单方向的抗压强度较高,但是在该方向的垂直方向上的抗压强度一般,受压容易劈裂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料、碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布、碳纤维丝,然后进行裁剪成所需形状,然后将碳纤维布在预浸溶液中进行预浸;
S2、在模芯上涂上脱模剂,然后利用碳纤维布在模芯上进行缠绕;
S3、通过强力胶将碳纤维丝粘结于玻璃碳纤维丝的正反两面,其中正面为水平方向粘结,反面为垂直方向粘结;
S4、在模芯表面包裹的碳纤维布上涂上预浸溶液,同时将粘结有碳纤维丝的玻璃纤维布在预浸溶液中预浸,然后将正面包裹在模芯上的碳纤维布的表面,进行缠绕;
S5、玻璃纤维布缠绕结束后,再次利用碳纤维布进行缠绕至结束;
S6、高温烘烤固化,固化后脱模;
S7、表面研磨,涂装美工,使得表面光滑。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述预浸溶液为苯乙稀基聚脂树脂溶液。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述固化温度为130-200℃。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述模芯材质为45号。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述脱模剂为液体石蜡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明的耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,通过在碳纤维布层内增加玻璃纤维布层,使得耐燃性能有效的提高。
2.本发明的耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,通过在玻璃纤维布层的正反两面均粘结有碳纤维丝,使得正反两面和碳纤维布粘结效果更加好,从而使得成型后的碳纤维管质量更高。
3.本发明的耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,通过碳纤维丝在粘结的时候,反面粘结的方向是垂直方向,从而使得和成型后的碳纤维管的碳纤维丝方向垂直,从而使得该方向的抗压强度有效的增加。
4.本发明的耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,通过表面涂装,使得表面光滑,而且碳纤维管的强度本身就高,从而进一步的提升了耐磨性。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料、碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布、碳纤维丝,然后进行裁剪成所需形状,然后将碳纤维布在预浸溶液中进行预浸;
S2、在模芯上涂上脱模剂,然后利用碳纤维布在模芯上进行缠绕;
S3、通过强力胶将碳纤维丝粘结于玻璃碳纤维丝的正反两面,其中正面为水平方向粘结,反面为垂直方向粘结;
S4、在模芯表面包裹的碳纤维布上涂上预浸溶液,同时将粘结有碳纤维丝的玻璃纤维布在预浸溶液中预浸,然后将正面包裹在模芯上的碳纤维布的表面,进行缠绕;
S5、玻璃纤维布缠绕结束后,再次利用碳纤维布进行缠绕至结束;
S6、高温烘烤固化,固化后脱模;
S7、表面研磨,涂装美工,使得表面光滑
本实施例中,所述预浸溶液为苯乙稀基聚脂树脂溶液,所述固化温度为130-200℃,所述模芯材质为45号钢,所述脱模剂为液体石蜡。
在一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺使用的时候,首先在模芯上涂上脱模剂,然后将浸泡后的碳纤维布缠绕在模芯上,缠绕一定量后,在将碳纤维丝利用强力胶粘结在玻璃纤维布上,正方两面的方向垂直,然后将粘结有碳纤维丝的玻璃纤维布浸入预浸溶液内,然后在已缠绕的碳纤维布外壁进行缠绕,缠绕的时候,利用正面进行包裹,使得发面粘结的碳纤维丝垂直于整体管道的碳纤维丝,从而使得反面的碳纤维丝能够在成型后的增加抗压性能,缠绕结束后,再利用碳纤维布再次缠绕,最后固化成型,在进行涂装加工获得成品即可,该装置通过玻璃纤维使得阻燃性有效增加。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料、碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布、碳纤维丝,然后进行裁剪成所需形状,然后将碳纤维布在预浸溶液中进行预浸;
S2、在模芯上涂上脱模剂,然后利用碳纤维布在模芯上进行缠绕;
S3、通过强力胶将碳纤维丝粘结于玻璃碳纤维丝的正反两面,其中正面为水平方向粘结,反面为垂直方向粘结;
S4、在模芯表面包裹的碳纤维布上涂上预浸溶液,同时将粘结有碳纤维丝的玻璃纤维布在预浸溶液中预浸,然后将正面包裹在模芯上的碳纤维布的表面,进行缠绕;
S5、玻璃纤维布缠绕结束后,再次利用碳纤维布进行缠绕至结束;
S6、高温烘烤固化,固化后脱模;
S7、表面研磨,涂装美工,使得表面光滑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,其特征在于:所述预浸溶液为苯乙稀基聚脂树脂溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,其特征在于:所述固化温度为130-200℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐燃的碳纤维管加工工艺,其特征在于:所述模芯材质为45号钢。
