Background
The traditional operation and maintenance mode needs to arrange personnel for inspection at the station every day, and meanwhile, the personnel also need to carry out regular inspection on the secondary equipment and the related secondary loop thereof. With the enlargement of the scale of the power grid, more manpower and capital are needed for the inspection and maintenance mode, the traditional operation and maintenance mode, even the special maintenance mode and other operation and maintenance modes are difficult to continue, and the hidden danger of the equipment cannot be found in time.
At present, an online operation and maintenance management and control system is applied to some test stations, and mainly applied to aspects of relay protection online state detection, online detection of a relay protection secondary circuit, auxiliary maintenance operation and the like. In the online detection of the relay protection secondary circuit, the quality of an optical fiber circuit is detected through light intensity and broken link information, the detection of a cable circuit from an intelligent terminal to a switch cannot be realized, and MMS message information of a station control layer is not judged.
An article, "research and implementation of key technology of intelligent substation relay protection online operation and maintenance system", in 2016, 7 months of an automatic magazine of an electric power system indicates that online detection of a relay protection secondary circuit comprises physical link detection and logical link detection, wherein the physical link detection adopts logical nodes of LCCH and LPST to obtain communication states of an intelligent device and a physical link of a switch, but can only realize physical link state identification of an optical fiber circuit; the logical link detection adopts an online message checking mode, such as errors of message format, message counting, message chain breakage, inconsistent message and configuration and the like, but Data (Data) fields in the messages are not checked, namely abnormal tripping or abnormal switch deflection cannot be detected.
