The invention discloses a port protection circuit and a control method, a control circuit, a device and a system thereof. The port protection circuit is arranged in the control device, and the port protection circuit is arranged between the control circuit and the input/output port of the control device; and the port protection circuit is used for cutting off the line connection between the control circuit and the input/output port under the condition that the control device receives a port configuration command of the central processing unit. When the port signal type or parameters need to be changed, the signal output of the controlled equipment or the signal output of the control device needs to be stopped, then the corresponding input/output interface is cut off, and after the control device is reconfigured, the input/output interface between the two modules is connected.
The applicant found that: in practical applications, an operator may forget to switch off the input/output interface and directly configure the control device, or an engineer may perform a wrong operation in the process of configuring the port type of the control device, so that the input/output signals and the port type may not be matched, resulting in a risk of damage to the control device or the controlled device.
In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a port protection circuit, a control method thereof, a control circuit, a device and a system, which can ensure that a line connection between a control device and a controlled device is completely disconnected during a port configuration process.

When the port signal type or parameters need to be changed, the signal output of the controlled equipment or the signal output of the control device needs to be stopped, then the corresponding input/output interface is cut off, and after the control device is reconfigured, the input/output interface between the two modules is connected.
The applicant found that: in practical applications, an operator may forget to switch off the input/output interface and directly configure the control device, or an engineer may perform a wrong operation in the process of configuring the port type of the control device, so that the input/output signals and the port type may not be matched, resulting in a risk of damage to the control device or the controlled device.

When the control device 2 receives a configuration command of the central processing unit 1, the control device 2 firstly sends a control instruction to the port protection circuit, so as to cut off the line connection between the internal circuit and the external interface, wherein the configuration command comprises: opening a port and configuring the port in one state, or changing the port from one configuration to another configuration; then, executing interface configuration operation; after the control device completes the port configuration, the port protection circuit is controlled to be connected with the line connection between the internal circuit and the external interface, and the line connection between the control device and the controlled equipment is completely disconnected in the process of port configuration of the control device, so that the interface of the control device or the controlled equipment and the internal circuit of the device or the equipment are protected.
