技术领域
本发明属于车间除尘技术领域，具体涉及一种手持式空气净化装置。
背景技术
模具切削过程中会产生金属污染物，这些污染物如果被吸入人体中，长时间会影响人体健康，一般车间中设有排风***，但排风***不能及时有效净化车间空气，净化效果不好，不能全面有效地净化空气中的污染物，全面达到室内空气质量标准的要求，员工在车间操作是需要配方口罩，不方便工作。
发明内容
发明目的：提供一种手持式空气净化装置。
技术方案：一种手持式空气净化装置，包括如下组件：供电***、进风***、净化***、出风口、手持杆，所述进风***、净化***、出风口分别通过管道连接，所述净化***包括进风口、进风电机，所述净化***包括硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块；
所述第一重金属吸附模块内填充壳聚糖修饰的介孔二氧化硅；
所述第二重金属吸附模块内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖
所述硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块之间设置活性炭过滤层。

作为优选，所述第一重金属吸附模块的厚度为1～10cm。
作为优选，所述第二重金属吸附模块的厚度为1～10cm。
作为优选，所述硅藻土过滤网的厚度为0.5～1cm。

本发明提供了一种手持式空气净化装置，主要用于过滤模具切削工作台附近的空气，具有吸附空气中重金属的功能，提高模具切削车间空气质量。

所述第二重金属吸附模块6内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖
所述硅藻土过滤网3、第一重金属吸附模块5、第二重金属吸附模块6之间设置活性炭过滤层4。

使用时，打开供电***为进风***的进风电机供电，空气从进风口1进入，依次通过、硅藻土过滤网3、活性炭过滤网4、第一重金属吸附模块5、活性炭过滤网4、第一重金属吸附模块6，然后净化过的空气从出风口7排出。

所述第一重金属吸附模块内填充壳聚糖修饰的介孔二氧化硅；
所述第二重金属吸附模块内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖
所述硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块之间设置活性炭过滤层。
