本发明公开了一种水润滑压缩机的密封结构,包括外壳,所述外壳包括吸气侧轴承座、排气侧轴承座,所述阴转子上对应排气侧轴承座位置处套装有螺旋密封,所述螺旋密封包括有外螺纹区和环形区,所述外螺纹区的螺纹圈截面为梯形,所述环形区朝向外螺纹区边沿处设置有凸出边;通过对排气侧轴承座位置处的螺旋密封加设凸出边设计,除了直接加强外螺纹区和环形区之间密封效果外,也利用凸出边形成一个局部缓冲区,与排气侧轴承座的高压区配合,避免水直接从加强外螺纹区和环形区之间渗入。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,特别是一种水润滑压缩机的密封结构。
背景技术
现有的无油水润滑双螺杆压缩机在实践中需要在排气侧轴承座设置螺旋密封,以保证压缩机内的高压区不会出现串气。但是目前的螺旋密封在水润滑环境下,密封效果不够好。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种水润滑压缩机的密封结构。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种水润滑压缩机的密封结构,包括外壳,所述外壳包括吸气侧轴承座、排气侧轴承座,所述外壳内置有阳转子、阴转子,其中所述阳转子上套装有阳转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承、阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承,所述阴转子上套装有阴转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承,所述阴转子上对应排气侧轴承座位置处套装有螺旋密封,所述螺旋密封包括有外螺纹区和环形区,所述外螺纹区的螺纹圈截面为梯形,所述环形区朝向外螺纹区边沿处设置有凸出边。
作为一个优选项,所述外螺纹区的螺纹圈之间间距不大于0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对排气侧轴承座位置处的螺旋密封加设凸出边设计,除了直接加强外螺纹区和环形区之间密封效果外,也利用凸出边形成一个局部缓冲区,与排气侧轴承座的高压区配合,避免水直接从加强外螺纹区和环形区之间渗入。

参照图1、图2,一种水润滑压缩机的密封结构,包括外壳1,所述外壳1包括吸气侧轴承座11、排气侧轴承座12,所述外壳1内置有阳转子2、阴转子3,其中所述阳转子2上套装有阳转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承21、阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承22,所述阴转子3上套装有阴转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承31、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承32。
所述阴转子3上对应排气侧轴承座12位置处套装有螺旋密封4,所述螺旋密封4包括有外螺纹区41和环形区42,所述外螺纹区41的螺纹圈截面为梯形,所述环形区42朝向外螺纹区41边沿处设置有凸出边43,通过凸出边43设计,除了加强外螺纹区41和环形区42之间密封效果外,也利用凸出边43与环形区42边沿形成一个内凹环形区,形成一个局部缓冲区,与排气侧轴承座12的高压区配合,避免水直接从加强外螺纹区41和环形区42之间渗入。
所述外螺纹区41的螺纹圈之间间距不大于0.5mm,保证密封效果。
根据上述原理,本发明还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。

1.一种水润滑压缩机的密封结构,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)包括吸气侧轴承座(11)、排气侧轴承座(12),所述外壳(1)内置有阳转子(2)、阴转子(3),其中所述阳转子(2)上套装有阳转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(21)、阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(22),所述阴转子(3)上套装有阴转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(31)、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(32),其特征在于:所述阴转子(3)上对应排气侧轴承座(12)位置处套装有螺旋密封(4),所述螺旋密封(4)包括有外螺纹区(41)和环形区(42),所述外螺纹区(41)的螺纹圈截面为梯形,所述环形区(42)朝向外螺纹区(41)边沿处设置有凸出边(43),所述外螺纹区(41)的螺纹圈之间间距不大于0.5mm。
