Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of building construction, and mainly relates to a distributing machine pouring system and a pouring method for assembled building construction concrete. The distributor pouring system comprises a distributor and a mounting base. The concrete spreader system is applied to the fabricated building, the spreader pouring system and the pouring operation layer supporting system are separated from the lower floor surface of the operation layer, and the pumping impact force of the poured concrete is borne by the next floor, so that the quality safety problem caused by displacement or damage of the laminated slab of the operation layer is avoided; the former way of directly moving the pump pipe for distributing materials is changed, and the construction efficiency is improved; the quick-fixing installation base is utilized to realize quick and stable installation of the distributing machine and the installation base, and a reinforcing system is added to reinforce and damp the installation base so as to ensure safe and reliable construction; the invention adds the template in the installation base, thereby facilitating the subsequent plugging of the reserved hole.

Background

s3, the spreader finishes pouring concrete on the pouring floor;
s4, after pouring is completed, the spreader stand and the mounting base are detached and separated, the spreader is lifted away from the operation point by the tower crane, and meanwhile, the template and the reinforcing steel bars of the reserved hole of the lower floor face are restored to be bound, and the reserved hole of the lower floor face is poured by utilizing the concrete of the operation layer for plugging.
The method is used for constructing the layer by layer upwards, and the reserved hole opening of the layer is poured and blocked when the next layer of plate surface concrete is constructed. Because the construction is carried out layer by layer upwards, the lower floor surface is not damaged.
In the step S1, the floor opening is matched with the size of the stand of the distributing machine, the size of the floor opening is not too large compared with the size of the distributing machine, the distributing machine can be limited to prevent movement, and on the other hand, the cost of blocking the hole subsequently is reduced.

And the template is attached below the opening of the lower floor, so that subsequent plugging construction is facilitated, meanwhile, the fixing frame is arranged below the opening and fixed with the mounting frame of the floor, the working stability of the spreader is further improved by using reverse pull support, and vibration of dynamic load on the working layer and reserved holes in the lower layer in pouring construction is reduced. The cylinder is sleeved outside the connecting rod at the opening of the lower floor, so that the opening can not affect the connecting rod in the subsequent pouring plugging process, and the connecting rod is convenient to detach.
Further, the transverse installation frame is I-steel, the vertical installation frame is channel steel, the fixing frame is channel steel, the connecting rod is round steel with threads arranged at the upper end and the lower end, the connecting rod sequentially penetrates through the vertical installation frame, the transverse installation frame and the floor surface from top to bottom to reserve holes, templates and the fixing frame to be connected, and the upper surface of the vertical installation frame and the lower surface of the fixing frame are fastened by nuts. As shown in fig. 1, a spreader casting system comprises a spreader 1 and a mounting base; the mounting base comprises two transverse mounting frames 2, two vertical mounting frames 3 and a template 4, wherein the two transverse mounting frames 2 and the two vertical mounting frames 3 are arranged on the floor surface, the template 4 is arranged below the floor surface in a fitting mode, and the two vertical fixing frames 5 are arranged on the lower surface of the template; the transverse installation frame 2 is I-steel, the vertical installation frame 3 is channel steel, and the fixing frame 5 is channel steel; the vertical installation frame 3 is pressed on the horizontal installation frame 2, a connecting rod 6 of round steel with threads at two ends sequentially penetrates through the vertical installation frame 3, the horizontal installation frame 2, a reserved hole on the floor surface, a template 4 and a fixing frame 5 from top to bottom, and the upper surface of the vertical installation frame 3 and the lower surface of the fixing frame 5 are fastened by adopting nuts and gaskets; the outside cover of connecting rod 6 is equipped with drum 7 and installs between template 4 surface and reserved hole, drum 7 is the PVC pipe, and the height is unanimous with the height of building face.

Further, the frame body of the vertical frame of the cloth machine 1 is welded with a bracket seat 12 at the periphery, and the bracket seat 12 has a structure with protruding two sides and a concave middle. Screw holes are correspondingly formed in the middle parts of the two protruding sides, the support 13 is made of round steel, through holes are formed in the upper end of the support, the size of the round steel is matched with the concave size of the support seat, the support 13 is fixed with the support seat 12 through bolts, and the support is detached after construction is completed.

s2, arranging an installation base with a template 4 at a reserved hole of the lower floor surface 16, attaching the template 4 to the lower part of the reserved hole, and installing and fixing the spreader 1 and the template 4 by using the installation base;
s3, the spreader 1 finishes pouring concrete on a pouring floor;
s4, after pouring is completed, the stand of the spreader 1 and the mounting base are detached and separated, the spreader 1 is lifted away from an operation point by the tower crane, meanwhile, the template 4 of the reserved hole of the lower floor slab surface 16 and the reinforcing steel bar are restored to be bound, and the reserved hole of the lower floor slab surface 16 is poured by utilizing the concrete of the operation layer to be plugged.
PVC pipe stays between this floor slab in the shutoff in reserve entrance to a cave in-process, loosens the upper and lower nut of fastener, then can dismantle the installation base. The method is suitable for the construction of three or more floors, the construction is carried out layer by layer upwards by the method, and the reserved hole opening of the layer is poured and blocked when the next layer of slab face concrete is constructed. s2, arranging an installation base with a template at a reserved hole of the lower floor surface, attaching the template to the lower part of the reserved hole, and installing and fixing the distributing machine and the template by using the installation base;
s3, the spreader finishes pouring concrete on the pouring floor;
s4, after pouring is completed, the spreader stand and the mounting base are detached and separated, the spreader is lifted away from an operation point by the tower crane, and meanwhile, the template of the reserved hole of the lower floor surface and the reinforcing steel bar are restored to be bound, and the reserved hole of the lower floor surface is poured by using the concrete of the operation layer for plugging;
when the operation layer is a second floor, the ground of the first floor is not required to be perforated and plugged;
