Description

Preparation and application of special washing-free decontamination product for fluffy fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to preparation and application of a special washing-free decontamination article for fluffy fabrics, and belongs to the field of detergents.
Background
In modern life, people often neglect the internal cleaning of a large class of fabrics when washing clothes, cloth and other household articles. Especially for bulky fabrics such as fluffy fabrics with an inner core layer, such as sofas, pillows, bedding, plush toys, etc., people are used to wash only the outer covers, but rarely care about cleaning the pillow core layer, the sofa core layer, the insides of the bedding and the toy fillings. This operation, which only focuses on "surface engineering", leaves a great risk. Because the inside of the fluffy fabric is loose and porous, the fluffy fabric can easily absorb some harmful substances, stains, peculiar smell and the like, and obviously influences the use experience of people and is more harmful to the body health of people if the fluffy fabric is left without being subjected to decontamination and odor removal treatment.
However, if the internal filler of the bulky fabric is washed by water in a common household, the operation is inconvenient, the bulky fabric is ineffective for large sofa fillers, bedding fillers and the like, and the bulky fabric is easy to shrink and lose the bulky feeling after being dried. Therefore, if a washing-free detergent for fluffy fabrics exists, the problems can be well solved by applying the detergent only externally regardless of the size of the fabrics or even without detaching the outer sleeves of the fabrics, namely, the detergent can permeate into the fluffy fabrics and can completely clean the fluffy fabrics from inside to outside.

And (3) performance testing:
1. and (3) permeability test:
the method adopts a canvas settlement method (GB 5557-85), and comprises the following specific steps:
(1) 800mL of a 2.5g/L osmotic agent (detergent) solution is measured by a measuring cylinder, the solution is transferred into a 1000mL beaker, and the temperature is adjusted to 25 +/-1 ℃ (note: the concentration of the detergent is the concentration when the concentration of the effective component is equal to 2.5g/L, in the example 1, the content of the osmotic agent is 5%, so the concentration of the 20-fold diluent, namely 40g/L, is adopted in the example 1).
(2) Cutting the standard fine canvas into circular pieces with the diameter of 35mm, ensuring that the weight of each piece is between 0.38 and 0.39g, and preparing 20 to 40mg fishhooks.
(3) The tip end of the fishhook is hooked at a position 2-3 mm away from the edge of the canvas wafer, the other end of the fishhook is tied with a silk thread, and the tail end of the silk thread is connected to a small hook at the tail of the iron wire frame. The frame was moved into the beaker and placed on the edge of the beaker, with the canvas disc floating in the solution, with its apex approximately 10mm below the liquid, and the stopwatch was immediately started.
(4) And (3) wetting the canvas wafer by using the penetrating agent, and when the specific gravity is greater than that of the solution, beginning to settle the canvas wafer until the lower end of the fishhook touches the cup bottom, namely the end point, and recording the settling time. The test was repeated 10 times and averaged, the shorter the time, the better the permeability of the solution.
The test results are shown in table 1 below:
