The present embodiment provides an operating vehicle driver identification system based on GPS positioning, please refer to fig. 1, which includes a smart phone 11, a vehicle-mounted device 12 disposed on an operating vehicle, and a vehicle management platform 13 capable of communicating with the vehicle-mounted device 12 and the smart phone 11, specifically, according to a coverage area of the vehicle management platform 13, the vehicle-mounted device 12 and the smart phone 11 in a certain area may be disposed on each area, and communicate with the vehicle management platform 13 disposed on the area, so that for a single vehicle management platform 13, workload is reduced, and management is more convenient.

It should be noted that, when the vehicle-mounted device 12 and the smart phone 11 collect the respective corresponding location information, the collection may be performed periodically, for example, every 5 seconds, or may be performed randomly, and for the random collection, it is preferable that the smart phone 11 and the vehicle-mounted device 12 use the same random algorithm, so as to ensure that the smart phone 11 and the vehicle-mounted device 12 can collect the respective corresponding location information at the same time.
The vehicle management platform 13 is configured to group the operating vehicles and the smart phones 11, which have the same vehicle location information and the same phone location information at the same time point, into one group according to the received mutually bound vehicle location information, the corresponding first time information, the license plate number, and the mutually bound phone location information, the corresponding second time information, and the phone number, that is, when it is determined that the driving route of the operating vehicle in the same group is consistent with the moving route of the smart phone 11 and the corresponding time is also consistent, and it is determined that the phone number corresponding to the license plate number of the operating vehicle in the same group is not consistent with the pre-stored legal phone number corresponding to the license plate number, it is determined that the driver identity in the corresponding operating vehicle is illegal, and an alarm prompt indicating that the driver identity in the corresponding operating vehicle is illegal is sent to an administrator of the vehicle management platform 13, so that the manager can take measures in time to prevent the driver from pulling the visitor. And if the mobile phone number corresponding to the license plate number of the operating vehicles in the same group is determined to be completely consistent with the prestored legal mobile phone number corresponding to the license plate number, the identity of the driver in the corresponding operating vehicle is legal.
Generally speaking, in order to guarantee the property safety of a user, the user generally does not want to use the mobile phone number of the user to other people, so that the problem of verifying the identity legality of the driver can be solved by positioning the driver based on the mobile phone number.
In this embodiment, the vehicle management platform 13 is further configured to remotely control the vehicle-mounted device 12 on the operating vehicle to issue an alarm prompt when it is determined that the identity of the driver in the corresponding operating vehicle is illegal, for example, a voice alarm prompt may be issued to inform a passenger on the operating vehicle that the identity information of the driver is illegal, so as to better ensure the safety of the passenger.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, for the mutually bound vehicle location information, the corresponding first time information, and the license plate number received by the vehicle management platform 13, the vehicle management platform 13 is further configured to determine that the identity of the driver in the operating vehicle is illegal when the mobile phone location information completely consistent with the vehicle location information at the same time point is not received.
In some cases, some users may have multiple phone numbers, and in order to avoid drivers who do not have operation qualification from using such situations for designated driving, the vehicle management platform 13 may store in advance a corresponding relationship between the license plate number of each operating vehicle and all legal mobile phone numbers associated with the identity card number of the corresponding legal driver. The identity recognition system for the drivers of the operating vehicles provided by the embodiment can be applied to network taxi booking, at the moment, each license plate number can only be bound with one driver when the drivers register on the vehicle management platform, so that the designated driving can be well prevented, and the life and property safety of passengers can be ensured.
