Needle mushroom root cutting device, its characterized in that: comprises a frame (1), a transmission mechanism (2) and a cutting mechanism (4) which are arranged on the frame (1); the frame (1) comprises a horizontal outer frame (11), upright posts (12) vertically fixed at the lower ends of four corners of the outer frame (11) and two support plates (13) horizontally fixed in the outer frame (11); the transmission mechanism (2) comprises a driving belt wheel (21) and a driven belt wheel (22) which are respectively horizontally arranged on the two supporting plates (13), a conveying belt (23) wound around the peripheries of the driving belt wheel (21) and the driven belt wheel (22), a plurality of clamps (24) fixed on the outer surface of the conveying belt (23) at intervals and a first driving motor (25) for driving the driving belt wheel (21) to rotate; the driving belt wheel (21) and the driven belt wheel (22) are respectively connected to the two supporting plates (13) through vertical shafts (26) in a rotating way, the clamp (24) can be used for detachably clamping needle mushrooms, and the root parts of the needle mushrooms penetrate out of the lower parts of the clamp (24); the cutting mechanism (4) is positioned at one side below the transmission mechanism (2); the transmission mechanism (2) conveys the clamp (24) with the needle mushrooms clamped to one side of the cutting mechanism (4); the cutting mechanism (4) comprises a horizontal circular blade (41) and a second driving motor (42) for driving the circular blade (41) to rotate; the cutting edge of the circular blade (41) cuts the root of the needle mushroom below the clamp (24); the device also comprises an adjusting mechanism (3) arranged at one end of the driving belt wheel (21); the adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a U-shaped plate (31) horizontally arranged below each clamp (24), a L-shaped connecting rod (32) and a bolt (33); the opening direction of the U-shaped plate (31) faces the driven belt wheel (22), and the horizontal height of the U-shaped plate (31) is lower than the height of the circular blade (41); the connecting rod (32) comprises a horizontal cross rod (34) and a vertical longitudinal rod (35); one end of a cross rod (34) is fixedly connected with the upper end of a longitudinal rod (35), and the other end of the cross rod (34) is fixedly connected with a U-shaped plate (31); the longitudinal rod (35) is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes (36) at intervals along the longitudinal direction, a second threaded hole (37) is formed in the outer surface of the outer frame (11) close to one side of the longitudinal rod (35), and the bolts (33) sequentially penetrate through the first threaded holes (36) and the second threaded holes (37) to fix the height of the U-shaped plate (31); the height of the U-shaped plate (31) is adjusted by adjusting the first threaded holes (36) with different heights to correspond to the second threaded holes (37); the clamp (24) comprises a square frame (241) which is vertically penetrated, one side wall of the square frame (241) is fixed on the conveyor belt (23), a vertical movable iron plate (242) is arranged in the square frame (241), one end of a spring (243) is fixed on the inner side wall of one side, far away from the conveyor belt (23), of the square frame (241), and the other end of the spring is fixed on the inner side wall of the movable iron plate (242); the needle mushroom is clamped between the movable iron plate (242) and the inner side wall of the square frame (241) close to one side of the conveyor belt (23); a magnet block (244) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the conveyor belt (23) between the driving belt pulley (21) and the driven belt pulley (22); the magnet block (244) enables a movable iron plate (242) positioned in a clamp (24) at the middle section of the conveyor belt (23) to be pressed inwards so as to clamp needle mushrooms; needle mushrooms on a clamp (24) of a conveyor belt (23) positioned at one end of a driving belt wheel (21) are placed on a U-shaped plate (31); a feeding conveyer belt (5) for feeding out the flammulina velutipes is arranged below one end of the driven belt wheel (22), and the flammulina velutipes after root cutting on a clamp (24) of a conveyer belt (23) arranged at one end of the driven belt wheel (22) falls down onto the feeding conveyer belt (5); the end face of the movable iron plate (242) facing to one side of the conveyor belt (23) is fixedly provided with a first sponge layer (6).
