本发明是一种模具用乳化剂,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~1.5%合成脂油,10~30%磺酸盐,10~30%磷酸盐,10~30%表面活性剂,1~3%脂肪醇,1~3.5%消泡剂,10~40%防腐剂,通过本方法制备的产品,可以极大的提升乳化剂的稳定性能和降低界面张力的性能。

本发明公开了一种模具用乳化剂。
背景技术
乳化剂是能够改善乳浊液中各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系或乳浊液的物质,乳化剂是表面活性物质,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,它聚集在油/水界面上,可以降低界面张力和减少形成乳状液所需要的能量,从而提高乳状液的能量,现有的乳化剂中,大多稳定性能不足,降低界面张力效果不明显。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种模具用乳化剂,可以极大的提升乳化剂的稳定性能和降低界面张力的性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种模具用乳化剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~1.5%合成脂油,10~30%磺酸盐,10~30%磷酸盐,10~30%表面活性剂,1~3%脂肪醇,1~3.5%消泡剂,10~40%防腐剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可以极大的提升乳化剂的稳定性能和降低界面张力的性能。

实施例1
一种模具用乳化剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:10.5%合成脂油,10%磺酸盐,10%磷酸盐,10%表面活性剂,1%脂肪醇,1%消泡剂,10%防腐剂,此时降低界面张力不足。
实施例2
一种模具用乳化剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1.5%合成脂油,30%磺酸盐,30%磷酸盐,30%表面活性剂,3%脂肪醇,3.5%消泡剂,40%防腐剂,此时稳定性能不足。
实施例3
一种模具用乳化剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%合成脂油,20%磺酸盐,20%磷酸盐,20%表面活性剂,1.5%脂肪醇,2%消泡剂,25%防腐剂,此时可以极大的提升乳化剂的稳定性能和降低界面张力的性能。
