Abstract
The invention relates to a lifting device of an operation panel of a mahjong machine, which comprises a cam provided with a spiral surface, a push rod provided with a top block and a transmission unit, wherein the cam is in propping transmission connection with the push rod by the spiral surface and the top block, and the transmission unit is connected with the cam or the push rod. The beneficial effects are that: the design structure of the transmission connection of the cam and the push rod replaces the original transmission mode of an independent motor, a rocker arm and the push rod, so that the internal space of the mahjong machine is saved, and the size of the table body is further reduced; the motor is saved, the transmission structure is simplified, and the production cost of the product is reduced.

Description of the embodiments
The following further describes the technical scheme with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel of the present embodiment mainly comprises a cam 1 provided with a spiral surface 13, a push rod 2 provided with a top block 21 and a transmission unit 3. The cam 1 is in driving connection with the push rod 2 by abutting against the top block 21 through the spiral surface 13. The transmission unit 3 is connected to the cam 1. The spiral surface 13 is provided on one end surface of the cam 1.
The cam 1 is provided with a cylindrical inner cavity. The push rod 2 is slidably disposed up and down within the cylindrical cavity of the cam 1. The top block 21 is provided on the outer circumferential side of the push rod 2 corresponding to the helicoid.
The transmission unit 3 of the present embodiment is an external tooth provided on the outer periphery of the cam 1, the external tooth drives the cam 1 to rotate, the spiral surface 13 of the cam 1 rotates along with the cam 1, and the spiral surface 13 pushes the ejector block 21 to move up and down. An operation panel (not shown in the figure) is connected to the upper end surface of the push rod 2.
The external teeth are in transmission connection with a driving motor 5 of a shuffling disc of the mahjong machine through a unidirectional transmission component 6.
The unidirectional transmission assembly of the embodiment is a unidirectional bearing arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor. The outer ring of the unidirectional bearing is tightly sleeved with a transmission gear 51. The transmission gear 51 is drivingly connected to the external teeth.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel of the present embodiment mainly comprises a cam 1 provided with a spiral surface 13, a push rod 2 provided with a top block 21 and a transmission unit 3. The cam 1 is in transmission connection with the push rod 2 by abutting against the ejector block 21 through the spiral surface 13, and the transmission unit 3 is connected with the push rod 2. The spiral surface 13 is provided on one end surface of the cam 1.
The cam 1 is provided with a cylindrical inner cavity. The push rod 2 is slidably disposed up and down within the cylindrical cavity of the cam 1. The top block 21 is provided on the outer circumferential side of the push rod 2 corresponding to the helicoid.
The transmission unit 3 of this embodiment is a belt pulley arranged at the periphery of the push rod 2, the belt pulley drives the push rod 2 to rotate, the top block 21 of the push rod 2 rotates along with the push rod 2, and the top block 21 pushes the spiral surface 13 to move up and down. The belt pulley is connected with a driving motor 5 of a shuffling disc of the mahjong machine in a transmission way through a unidirectional transmission component 6. The unidirectional transmission component of the embodiment is a unidirectional bearing arranged on the push rod 2. The outer ring of the unidirectional bearing is tightly sleeved with the belt pulley. The pulley is drivingly connected to pulley 52 by a belt 53.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, the lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel of the present embodiment mainly comprises a cam 1 provided with a spiral surface 13, a push rod 2 provided with a top block 21 and a transmission unit 3. The cam 1 is in driving connection with the push rod 2 by abutting against the top block 21 through the spiral surface 13. The transmission unit 3 is connected to the cam 1. The spiral surface 13 is provided on one end surface of the cam 1.
The cam 1 is provided with a cylindrical inner cavity. The push rod 2 is slidably disposed up and down within the cylindrical cavity of the cam 1. The top block 21 is provided on the outer circumferential side of the push rod 2 corresponding to the helicoid.
The transmission unit 3 of the present embodiment is an external tooth 11 provided on the outer periphery of the cam, the external tooth 11 drives the cam 1 to rotate, the spiral surface 13 of the cam 1 rotates along with the cam 1, and the spiral surface 13 pushes the ejector block 21 to move up and down. An operation panel (not shown in the figure) is connected to the upper end surface of the push rod 2. When the top block 21 moves to the lowest point of the spiral surface 13, the height of the operation panel is consistent with that of the table top of the mahjong machine, see fig. 3; when the top block 21 moves to the highest point of the spiral surface, the operation panel extends out of the table surface to form a mahjong inlet, so that a player can conveniently place mahjong tiles in the mahjong machine table for shuffling, and the mahjong machine table is shown in fig. 4.
The external teeth 11 of the embodiment are in transmission connection with the driving motor 5 of the shuffling tray of the mahjong machine through a unidirectional transmission component 6.
As shown in fig. 5, the unidirectional transmission assembly 6 of the present embodiment is mainly composed of a ratchet wheel 34 with ratchet teeth, a ratchet ring 35, and a transmission gear 32. The ratchet ring 35 is provided on the inner race of the transmission gear 32. The transmission gear 32 is in transmission connection with the external teeth 11, and the ratchet wheel 34 is arranged in the ratchet ring 35 and in transmission connection with the output shaft 33 of the driving motor. An output shaft 33 of the driving motor 5 is provided with an excessive gear 14, and the excessive gear 14 is meshed with an inner gear ring 71 of the shuffling tray 7 of the mahjong machine to drive the shuffling tray 7 to rotate.
When the ratchet wheel 34 rotates anticlockwise under the drive of the excessive gear 14 (at this time, the shuffling tray 7 also rotates anticlockwise to complete shuffling operation), the pawl 341 of the ratchet wheel 34 does not abut against the ratchet ring 35, the transmission gear 32 remains stationary, and the push rod 2 (operation panel) remains stationary. When the ratchet wheel 34 rotates clockwise (the shuffling tray 7 rotates reversely), the pawl 341 of the ratchet wheel 34 does not abut against the ratchet ring 35, the transmission gear 32 rotates clockwise, the cam 1 is driven to rotate by the external teeth 11, and the push rod 2 moves correspondingly through the contact between the top block 21 and the surface of the cam 1 to complete the lifting of the push rod 2 (the operation panel).
Referring to fig. 6, the lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel is arranged on the frame of the mahjong machine through a fixing seat 9, a guide rod 8 is arranged on the fixing seat 9, and the push rod 2 can be sleeved on the guide rod 8 in an up-and-down movable manner.
The lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel of the third embodiment replaces the original transmission mode of an independent motor, a rocker arm and a push rod through the design structure of transmission connection of the cam and the push rod, so that the internal space of the mahjong machine is saved, and the size of the table body is further reduced; the motor is saved, the transmission structure is simplified, and the production cost of the product is reduced.

The lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel is characterized by comprising a cam provided with a spiral surface, a push rod provided with a top block and a transmission unit, wherein the cam is in propping transmission connection with the push rod by the spiral surface and the top block, and the transmission unit is connected with the cam or the push rod; the cam is provided with a cylindrical inner cavity, the push rod can be arranged in the cylindrical inner cavity of the cam in an up-down sliding way, and the jacking block is arranged on the outer circular side surface of the push rod corresponding to the spiral surface; the spiral surface is arranged on one end surface of the cam; the lifting device of the mahjong machine operation panel is arranged on the rack of the mahjong machine through a fixing seat, a guide rod is arranged on the fixing seat, and the push rod can be sleeved on the guide rod in an up-and-down movable mode.
