Abstract
The invention relates to a backup protection device for climbing a power transmission line tower without an anti-falling protection device, and belongs to the technical field of power transmission maintenance tools. However, the anti-falling track has the reasons of high installation cost, potential safety hazards and the like, and most of the power transmission line towers are not installed, so that operators climb the towers without safety belts and backup protection measures, and rule regulations are violated. At present, a backup protection device for climbing a power transmission line tower which is not provided with an anti-falling protection device is not available in China, and the method comprises the following steps: the operating personnel connects two transmission line with wire protection lifting hooks on the safety belt, uses insulating rope to connect between safety belt and the wire protection lifting hook. Although the method ensures that the operating personnel have safety protection measures in the process of climbing the tower, when the wire protection lifting hook is installed and climbs upwards, the personnel are above the installation position of the wire protection lifting hook, namely the safety belt is used in a low hanging height mode, and breaks 7.9 pieces of electric power safety work regulations (line part) of national power grid companies: the safety belt hook or rope should be hung on a firm component or a steel wire rope specially used for hanging the safety belt, and a high hanging and resisting mode should be adopted, so that the violation phenomenon also exists in the method.

The device has the advantages of simple structure, safety and reliability, flexible adjustment, stable installation and wide application range, guarantees the personal safety of operating personnel climbing the iron tower, improves the safety coefficient and the operating efficiency, and ensures the operating safety of climbing the iron tower.
