Description

Oral composition added with bioactive glass and strontium chloride and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral care, in particular to an oral composition added with bioactive glass and strontium chloride and application thereof.
Background
The bioactive glass is named as calcium sodium phosphosilicate, and is one kind of material capable of repairing, replacing and regenerating body tissue and forming bonding effect between tissue and material. Firstly, the bioactive glass body is successfully researched by American scientists, and can simultaneously repair and bond soft tissues and bone tissues. Its restorative effect on teeth has been documented in many places. Such as: in the paper of 5490 and 5495 page 5490 of book 22, study of Chinese tissue engineering, Vol.22, remineralization test of enamel and acid erosion resistance by applying two kinds of toothpastes at different time after acid erosion, both bioactive glass toothpaste and fluorine-containing toothpaste have remineralization capability, and the microhardness of the sample surface after remineralization of the bioactive glass toothpaste is higher than that of the fluorine-containing toothpaste, which shows that the remineralization capability of the bioactive glass toothpaste is higher than that of the fluorine-containing toothpaste.
Strontium chloride has desensitization mechanism that strontium ions react with hydroxyapatite on teeth to form precipitate to seal the canalicular nerve, and the desensitization is documented in many places. Such as: the details are described in the application study of antiallergic ingredients in toothpaste, the Master thesis at Chongqing university (Huoshei by the authors).
At present, the oral products which are declared to have certain strengthening effect on teeth mainly adopt fluoride, such as sodium monofluorophosphate, sodium fluoride and the like as effective components. But its safety has always been a concern to consumers: fluoride is a toxic substance, can cause dental fluorosis when being used excessively, can enter blood, is generally not recommended to be used by pregnant women, and has only a mothproof effect and a limited tooth repairing effect.
At present, no case of adding bioactive glass and strontium chloride into an oral care cleaning product at the same time is found, and no synergistic effect between the two is found.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains.
The technical scheme of the invention provides an oral composition added with bioactive glass and strontium chloride, and the oral composition has the bioactive glass and the strontium chloride. Specifically, the content of the bioactive glass and the content of the strontium chloride are both 0.5 to 15 weight percent.
Wherein the oral composition further comprises any of a solvent, a humectant, a sweetener, an essence, a preservative, a solubilizer, a thickener, an appearance modifier, silicon dioxide, an abrasive and a foaming agent.
The solvent is typically water. Typically in toothpaste.
The humectant is sorbitol. Sorbitol is used as the main component of the toothpaste and has hygroscopicity, one function of the sorbitol is to keep the moisture of the toothpaste body of the toothpaste, so that the toothpaste body can keep the fluidity of the toothpaste body without hardening to block a pipe orifice and keep the stability of the toothpaste body, the other function of the sorbitol is to reduce the freezing point of the toothpaste body, so that the toothpaste body cannot be frozen and hardened at low temperature, and when the toothpaste body is frozen and melted by heating, the original consistency of each component of the toothpaste body is changed and water is separated.
The sweetener is saccharin sodium. The sweetness of the saccharin sodium salt is 300 times that of the sucrose solution, and the sweetener and flavor can impart a pleasant taste to the oral composition and mask the unpleasant taste of other ingredients, impart various flavors to the oral composition, provide a refreshing feeling and comfort to the toothbrushing person, and help alleviate halitosis.
The antiseptic is methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
The solubilizer is PEG400, the Chinese name is polyethylene glycol 400, the water solubility and the melting point range are high, the moisturizing effect is obvious, the property is stable, and the water concentration in the toothpaste can be kept, the viscosity stability of the paste is improved, and the product stability can be improved by compounding the solubilizer with sorbitol.
The appearance modifier is titanium dioxide. Titanium dioxide is used in oral compositions primarily to increase the whiteness and hiding power of the paste.
The silica has good thixotropy and abrasive resistance when used in toothpaste. The toothpaste can effectively solve the problem of toothpaste slag falling during tooth brushing due to good thixotropy, and meanwhile, the abrasion degree of the toothpaste on teeth is reduced due to the fact that the coefficient of the abrasion resistance of the toothpaste is matched with the teeth, and the toothpaste is stable in chemical property.
The friction agent is calcium hydrogen phosphate. The abrasive can be used together with toothbrush to wipe off tartar on teeth surface and relieve dental stain, dental plaque, dental calculus, etc.
The foaming agent is K12. K12 belongs to anionic surfactant, is easily soluble in water, has good compatibility with anions and non-ions, has good emulsifying, foaming, penetrating, decontaminating and dispersing performances, and has abundant foam.
The embodiment of the invention provides application of the oral composition in preparing anti-allergy repairing dentifrice, and the specific component formula is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure 614112DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
The preparation process of the dentifrice comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing the bioactive glass, the strontium chloride, the saccharin sodium and the calcium hydrophosphate to form powder;
s2, dissolving methyl paraben and propyl paraben with essence to form essence solution, spraying the essence solution on the powder of S1, and stirring uniformly to obtain the dentifrice.
Dental caries is caused by damage due to demineralization of tooth enamel, and it is important to repair tooth enamel. The ability to restore teeth can be measured by comparing the remineralization ability of different oral compositions.
1. Microhardness test method: 40 enamel block samples were randomly numbered and the surface hardness value of each sample was first measured using a microhardness meter as a baseline and the test conditions were the same for each sample. During measurement, a test point is randomly selected in an enamel windowing area, the load is loaded by 50 g, the pressure is continuously applied for 15 seconds, the indentation length is measured, and the surface microhardness value is calculated. Each sample was measured 5 times, and the average value after removing the maximum and minimum values was taken as the surface initial microhardness value of the sample.
2. Remineralization experiments: immediately after acid etching, the samples were treated with solutions of four oral compositions: blank control, 3wt% of bioactive glass, 3wt% of strontium chloride, 3wt% of bioactive glass and 3wt% of strontium chloride, and 10 samples in each group. The enamel blocks are soaked in natural saliva at 37 ℃ for 1 hour before the experiment, then soaked in 500 ml of acid beverage, taken out after 20 minutes, the four groups of oral composition solutions are respectively coated on the enamel blocks for 30 minutes, washed for 5 seconds by running water after the completion, dried by blowing, and the surface microhardness values of the enamel blocks are measured by the method.
3. The surface microhardness values of each set of enamel block samples before and after remineralization experiments are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure 65954DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
Wherein, a contains 3wt% of bioactive glass, b contains 3wt% of strontium chloride, and ab contains 3wt% of bioactive glass and 3wt% of strontium chloride. After the re-mineralization experiment, the water is treated,aP<0.05,bP<0.05,abP<0.05。
4. and (4) conclusion: the data in Table 2 show that after the remineralization experiment, the surface microhardness values of the enamel blocks treated by the third group of samples and the fourth group of samples are all larger than the surface microhardness value of the blank group; the surface microhardness values of the enamel treated by the group IV are obviously higher than those of all other groups. Thus, it can be shown that the simultaneous addition of bioactive glass and strontium chloride is significantly higher in tooth enamel restoration than the addition of bioactive glass or strontium chloride alone.
The reason for tooth sensitivity is the same as that of decayed teeth, because breakage of enamel exposes the dental nerves in dentinal tubules, and thus the stronger the repair ability to enamel, the better the anti-sensitivity effect. The data also show that the desensitizing effect of the combined addition of bioactive glass and strontium chloride is better than the desensitizing effect of bioactive glass alone and strontium chloride alone.
In conclusion, the oral composition added with the bioactive glass and the strontium chloride simultaneously has better restoration and desensitization effects on teeth than the oral composition added with the bioactive glass and the oral composition added with the strontium chloride alone, and is a more ideal substance combination for preventing moth and desensitization.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the numerical values set forth in these examples do not limit the scope of the invention.
