Abstract
本申请公开一种纠缠光子对产生装置,包括衬底和泵浦光源,位于衬底上的第一波导结构和第二波导结构;泵浦光源,用于向第一波导结构发射泵浦光;第一波导结构,用于对泵浦光进行时间分光后交替输出第一泵浦光脉冲和第二泵浦光脉冲;第二波导结构,用于将第一泵浦光脉冲或第二泵浦光脉冲中的两个泵浦光子转化为纠缠光子对。将第一波导结构、第二波导结构和泵浦光源集成在同一衬底上,可以减小器件尺寸。衬底上的第一波导结构和第二波导结构都是基于衬底上的同一波导材质刻蚀形成的,因此其制作工艺可以与CMOS工艺兼容,有利于器件的量化生产和降低成本。
