Description

Recovery method and device after off-line of multi-card terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a recovery method and a recovery device of a multi-card terminal after offline.
Background
Currently, a single radio frequency chip is generally used in a multi-card terminal on the market, and when a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card 1 (the SIM card 1 may be any one SIM card) occupies a radio frequency resource for a long time (for example, the SIM card 1 performs a telephone service), other cards are necessarily disconnected from the network. And (4) the SIM card 1 finishes the service, and after the radio frequency resource is released, other cards try to reside in the original service cell at first. If the original service cell is not suitable for residing any more, other cards can initiate the search of the neighboring cells or the historical frequency points of the original service cell. If the search fails, the full-band search is initiated again. Because the terminal may move a great distance in the high-priority service process of the SIM card 1, the original serving cell, neighboring cell and historical frequency points are no longer suitable, searching for these expired and unsuitable frequency points wastes time and increases power consumption, and the full-band search consumes long time, and it is displayed on the screen of the terminal that a certain card is in a non-service state for a long time, which affects user experience.

The meaning of each Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) in this document is as follows:
registered Public Land Mobile Network (RPLMN): the terminal registers the PLMN before the last power off or network disconnection.
Home public land mobile network (HPLMN, Home PLMN): a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card or a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) corresponds to a PLMN included in the IMSI.
Equivalent Home public land mobile network (EHPLMN, Equivalent Home PLMN): the operators corresponding to the HPLMN may have different numbers, for example, the chinese mobile has 46000, 46002 and 46007 three numbers. 46002 versus 46000 is an EHPLMN.
Peer-to-peer public land mobile network (EPLMN, Equivalent PLMN): i.e. a PLMN peering with the current network HPLMN. If the user is at home then EPLMN EHPLMN. If at the roaming site, EPLMN! EHPLMN.
In order to shorten the network searching time in the recovery process after the multi-card terminal is disconnected and improve the user experience, the following technical scheme is provided.
Example one
A method for recovering after a multi-card terminal is disconnected from a network, as shown in fig. 1, may include:
step 101, after the first SIM card is offline, at least one or more of the following determinations are performed for the second SIM card: whether the first SIM card and the second SIM card belong to the same operator; whether the PLMN of the cell where the first SIM card is located is the RPLMN of the second SIM card; whether the PLMN of the cell in which the first SIM card is positioned exists in an EPLMN or EHPLMN list of the second SIM card;
step 102, when one of the judgments is yes, using the second SIM card to search at least a neighboring cell in a network system where the first SIM card is located;
the second SIM card is any SIM card except the first SIM card in the multi-card terminal.
In this embodiment, after the using the second SIM card to search at least a neighboring cell in a network standard where the first SIM card is located, the method may further include: and when the second SIM card fails to reside in the adjacent cell, the second SIM card is used for initiating the search of the adjacent cell or the historical frequency point of the original service cell.
In an implementation manner, after the searching for the neighboring cell or the historical frequency point of the original serving cell, the method may further include: and when the residence of the adjacent cell or the historical frequency point of the original service cell fails, initiating full-band search by using the second SIM card.
In this embodiment, after performing one or more of the following determinations for the second SIM card, the method may further include: when the multi-card terminal has three or more SIM cards and the second SIM card executes the search before the judgment, executing one or more of the following judgments for the second SIM card: whether the other SIM cards and the second SIM card belong to the same operator; whether the PLMN of the cell where the other SIM cards are located is the RPLMN of the second SIM card; whether the PLMN of the cell where the other SIM card is located exists in an EPLMN or EHPLMN list of the second SIM card; and searching the adjacent area in the network system where the other SIM card is positioned by using the second SIM card, wherein one of the judgment results is yes.
In this embodiment, after performing one or more of the following determinations for the second SIM card, the method may further include: and executing the same judgment as that of the second SIM card aiming at the SIM cards except the first SIM card and the second SIM card in the multi-card terminal, and searching at least an adjacent area in the network system where the first SIM card is located by using the SIM cards except the first SIM card and the second SIM card when judging that one of the conditions is met.
In this embodiment, before the determining is performed for the second SIM card, the method may further include: the second SIM card tries to reside in the original service cell; performing the determination for the second SIM card may include: and when the second SIM card fails to reside in the original service cell, the judgment is executed aiming at the second SIM card.
The following describes the implementation process of the present embodiment in detail by using a specific example.
Each card of the multi-card terminal (at least two cards) is respectively positioned in different network systems, the high-priority service of the SIM card 1 is ended, and after the radio frequency resource is released, the SIM card 2 tries to reside in the original service cell. If the residence fails, the SIM card 2 makes the following determination: 1) whether the SIM card 2 and the SIM card 1 belong to the same operator; 2) whether the PLMN of the cell in which SIM card 1 is located is the RPLMN of SIM card 2, or whether the PLMN of the cell in which SIM card 1 is located exists in the EPLMN or EHPLMN list of SIM card 2.
If the above conditions are met, the SIM card 2 searches the adjacent area of the SIM card 1 in the network system where the SIM card 2 is located. The configuration of these neighboring cells has timeliness, and is the cell that the SIM card 2 should try preferentially. If the residence of the adjacent cells fails, the SIM card 2 initiates the search of the adjacent cells or the historical frequency points of the original service cell, and initiates the full-band search after the residence fails.
If the multi-card terminal has the SIM card 3, after the SIM card 3 successfully resides in a certain cell in the SIM card 2, the following two judgments are carried out: a) whether the SIM card 3 and the SIM card 1 belong to the same operator, or whether the PLMN of the cell in which the SIM card 1 is located is the RPLMN of the SIM card 3 or whether it exists in the EPLMN or EHPLMN list of the SIM card 3; b) whether the SIM card 3 and the SIM card 2 belong to the same operator, or whether the PLMN of the cell in which the SIM card 2 is located is the RPLMN of the SIM card 3 or is present in the EPLMN or EHPLMN list of the SIM card 3.
If the two conditions a and b are both satisfied, the SIM card 3 preferentially searches for the neighboring areas of the SIM cards 1 and 2 in the network system where the SIM card 3 is located.
If the condition a is satisfied and the condition b is not satisfied, the SIM card 3 preferentially searches for an adjacent cell of the SIM card 1 in the network system where the SIM card 3 is located.
If the condition a is not satisfied and the condition b is satisfied, the SIM card 3 preferentially searches for an adjacent cell of the SIM card 2 in the network system where the SIM card 3 is located.
If the conditions a and b are not met or the adjacent cells can not reside, the SIM card 3 initiates the search of the adjacent cells and the historical frequency points of the original service cell of the SIM card 3, and initiates the full-band search after the failure.
If a SIM card 4 is also present in the multi-card terminal, and so on.
The method of the embodiment is applicable to a multi-card terminal with a single radio frequency chip, in particular to the situation that each SIM card in the multi-card terminal is in different network systems. The long-term monopolizing of radio frequency resources by the SIM card 1 (the SIM card 1 can be any one SIM card) causes other cards to be offline. After the service of the SIM card 1 finishes releasing the radio frequency resource, other SIM cards can quickly find a suitable resident cell by using the method of this embodiment, which can effectively shorten the network searching time, thereby reducing the power consumption and improving the user experience.
Example two
A recovery apparatus after a multi-card terminal is disconnected from a network, as shown in fig. 2, may include:

In this embodiment, the search control module 22 may be further configured to initiate a full-band search by using the second SIM card when the second SIM card fails to reside in the neighboring cell or the historical frequency point of the original serving cell.
In this embodiment, the determining module 21 may be further configured to, after the determining, execute one or more of the following determinations for the second SIM card when the multi-card terminal has three or more SIM cards and the second SIM card executes the search before the determining that other SIM cards have executed the search: whether the other SIM cards and the second SIM card belong to the same operator; whether the PLMN of the cell where the other SIM cards are located is the RPLMN of the second SIM card; whether the PLMN of the cell where the other SIM card is located exists in an EPLMN or EHPLMN list of the second SIM card; the search control module 22 may also be configured to search, by using the second SIM card, a neighboring cell in the network standard where the other SIM card is located, where one of the determinations of the determination module is.
In this embodiment, the determining module 21 may be further configured to perform the same determination as that of the second SIM card for SIM cards except for the first SIM card and the second SIM card in the multi-card terminal; the search control module 22 may be further configured to search, when one of the determinations is yes, at least a neighboring cell in a network standard in which the first SIM card is located by using SIM cards other than the first SIM card and the second SIM card.
In practical applications, the recovery device after the multi-card terminal is disconnected from the network can be implemented as a multi-card terminal or be arranged in the multi-card terminal. In the recovery apparatus after the multi-card terminal is disconnected, the determination module 21 and the search control module 22 may be software, hardware or a combination of both.
