耳机储线器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耳机储线器,尤指可方便且安全地对耳机进行收藏的一种耳机储线器。
背景技术
随着日常生活中电子产品的日益普及,相关***产品也不断地发展推出,其中,耳机是常备且贴身使用的物品,因应使用时的舒适及稳定,耳机产品造型具有多样化的设计。但是,耳机产品的基本结构是不会改变地,其包括一插头以及一对耳塞,所述耳塞与所述插头之间必须通过长长的导线连接。所述插头用以连接电子产品,所述耳塞置入耳朵内,所述导线传输电子产品的音讯。目前,耳机产品在使用上最容易造成困扰的部分就是长长的导线,由于没有任何导接收纳的装置运用,因此导线时常处于自由摆荡又或缠绕难解的状态,当自由摆荡时,容易造成勾搭拉扯的损坏,当缠绕难解时,造成使用上的费时及不便,现今仍然无法有效的解决这些问题,实有进行改善的必要。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供可方便且安全地收藏耳机的一种耳机储线器。
本发明提供一种耳机储线器,包括:一绕线柱,所述绕线柱具有一侧表面、一上表面以及一下表面,所述侧表面上设置具有连续环绕的一凹槽,所述凹槽的两端分别延伸至所述上表面与所述下表面,所述上表面具有一滑轨,所述滑轨上具有两夹持滑座,所述下表面具有一座体,所述座体的外侧面衔接所述凹槽且具有一插接口,所述插接口延着所述座体的外侧面、所述凹槽以及所述两夹持滑座收容一耳机。
相较现有技术,本发明耳机储线器,通过所述绕线柱外表面的所述凹槽、所述夹持滑座以及所述插接口,使耳机的导线、耳塞以及插头可有顺序地被安置于所述绕线柱上,具有使用简单且方便耳机收纳的功能。

下面将结合附图对本发明作一具体介绍。
请参阅图1为本发明耳机储线器与其套筒及耳机的一具体实施方式的分解立体示意图。所述耳机储线器100,包括一绕线柱10,所述绕线柱10具有一侧表面101、一上表面103以及一下表面105,所述侧表面101上设置具有连续环绕的一凹槽12,所述凹槽12的两端分别延伸至所述上表面103与所述下表面105。所述上表面103具有一线钩14以及一滑轨16,所述线钩14与所述凹槽12相对设置,所述滑轨16横置于所述上表面103并相邻所述线钩14设置,所述滑轨16上具有两夹持滑座18,所述夹持滑座18并列设置于所述滑轨16上,所述夹持滑座18具有一夹扣181以及一弹性夹183,所述夹持滑座18通过所述夹扣181可滑动的设置于所述滑轨16上。所述下表面105具有一座体11,所述座体11的外侧面衔接所述凹槽12且具有一插接口13(如图2所示),所述插接口13延着所述座体11的外侧面、所述凹槽12以及所述两夹持滑座18收容一耳机30。所述耳机30具有一插头32、一对耳塞34以及一导线36,所述插头32设置于所述座体11的所述插接口13,所述耳塞34设置于所述滑轨16上的所述夹持滑座18,由所述弹性夹183在所述夹持滑座18上夹持所述耳塞34,所述导线36设置于所述绕线柱10的所述凹槽12内。所述绕线柱10进一步具有一套筒20,所述套筒20设置于所述绕线柱10的外缘。本实施方式中,所述绕线柱10是为一长筒柱状体,所述侧表面101上的所述凹槽12连续环绕,使所述耳机30的所述导线36能完整的被收藏于所述凹槽12内,保持所述导线36的顺序不致相互纠缠。所述导线36连接至所述一对耳塞34被分开为两条线,除了所述凹槽12容置以外,所述线钩14可钩住所述导线36的两条线,在所述导线36循所述凹槽12延伸至所述上表面103时也不致散落。因此,所述耳机30的所述插头32设置于所述下表面105的所述插接口13、所述导线36卷绕于所述凹槽12以及所述一对耳塞34设置于所述夹持滑座18上,使所述绕线柱10能有顺序地完整收纳所述耳机30,解决目前耳机缠绕难解、使用上费时及不便的问题。
请再参阅图3,为图2耳机储线器的绕线柱的上表面与滑轨连结的示意图。所述滑轨16横置于所述上表面103并相邻所述线钩14设置,所述夹持滑座18通过所述夹扣181可滑动的设置于所述滑轨16上,可有效配合延伸至所述上表面103上的所述耳塞34进行夹持,不会被所述耳塞34连接所述导线36的长短影响稳定地夹持。另外,所述夹持滑座18的所述弹性夹183,除了方便所述耳塞34的夹持以外,所述弹性夹183也方便外开取出所述耳塞34,让使用者更便捷的进行操作。请再参阅图4,为图2耳机储线器的绕线柱的下表面的示意图。所述下表面105的所述座体11包括一第一半圆基座111以及一第二半圆基座113,所述第一半圆基座111的直径大于所述第二半圆基座113的直径,所述座体11由所述第一半圆基座111与所述第二半圆基座113对接组成。所述第一半圆基座111的弧形外侧面衔接所述凹槽12,所述第二半圆基座113的弧形外侧面延续所述第一半圆基座111的弧形外侧面。再者,所述第一半圆基座111与所述第二半圆基座113相对接具有一平面115,所述平面115上设置所述插接口13,所述插接口13自所述平面115延伸进入所述第一半圆基座111内,且所述插接口13靠近所述第二半圆基座113的弧形外侧面。从而,所述耳机30的所述插头32自所述平面115上***所述插接口13后,所述插头32连接的所述导线36,沿着所述第二半圆基座113的弧形外侧面,再循着所述第一半圆基座111的弧形外侧面进入所述凹槽12,完成如图2所示所述导线36的顺序卷绕。
图1所示的所述套筒20具有一封闭端22,远离所述封闭端的相对面是一开口端24,所述封闭端22的内侧具有一容纳空间26。所述套筒20通过所述开口端24套接所述绕线柱10,使所述绕线柱10容置于所述容纳空间26内,所述绕线柱10的所述下表面105与所述封闭端22相对,且所述下表面105具有一环扣107(如图4所示),所述环扣107维持所述套筒20与所述绕线柱10之间的间隙,使所述绕线柱10上所述凹槽12内卷绕的所述导线36不受所述套筒20套接影响。本实施方式中,所述绕线柱10是直径为30mm、高度为100mm的长筒柱状体,可以配合目前所述耳机30既有的所述导线36长度使用,使所述绕线柱10能有顺序地完整收纳所述耳机30不致有散落的情况(如图2所示),当所述绕线柱10在不使用所述套筒20套接时,所述绕线柱10可直接通过所述环扣107提供使用者使用钥匙圈或其他钩扣钩挂使用,方便所述绕线柱10及其所述耳机30的收纳携带。
请参阅图5,为图1耳机储线器的套筒开关的立体示意图。所述套筒20进一步具有一开关28,所述开关28设置于所述封闭端22上,所述开关28自所述封闭端22朝向所述容纳空间26内凸出设置,且相对于套接的所述绕线柱10的所述下表面105,通过所述开关28锁定所述套筒20与所述绕线柱10的套接。所述开关28包括一空心基座281、一拨杆283、一锁舌285以及一弹性件287,所述空心基座281的顶面上具有一槽道289,所述槽道289内设置所述拨杆283,所述拨杆283的一端在所述空心基座281内部连接所述锁舌285,所述拨杆283的另一端凸出于所述套筒20的所述封闭端22,通过所述封闭端22凸出的所述拨杆283驱动所述锁舌285(如图6所示),所述锁舌285的一端相对设置所述弹性件287,所述弹性件287的弹力驱使所述锁舌285的一凸出端2851凸出于所述空心基座281的外侧。所述锁舌285的所述凸出端2851具有一限位环2853,所述限位环2853设置于所述空心基座281内的所述锁舌285上,用以限制所述弹性件287驱使所述凸出端2851在所述空心基座281外侧的凸出长度。图6所示为图1耳机储线器的绕线柱与套筒套接的示意图。与所述开关28相对的所述下表面105的所述座体11上具有一沟槽117(如图4所示),所述沟槽117的底部一侧设置有一嵌接槽(图中未标示),所述沟槽117的构型对应所述空心基座281的外形。本实施方式中,所述沟槽117与所述空心基座281构成可相互嵌合的一弧形,使所述套筒20套接所述绕线柱10时,先由所述套筒20的所述封闭端22,拨动凸出于所述套筒20的所述封闭端22的所述拨杆283的一端,驱使所述锁舌285的所述凸出端2851缩回所述空心基座281内,且使所述弹性件287被压缩而蓄积弹性势能。所述凸出端2851缩回所述空心基座281内后,所述空心基座281可以对应嵌进所述沟槽117(通过所述空心基座281与所述沟槽117可相互嵌合的弧形)内,达成所述套筒20与所述绕线柱10的套接。所述套筒20与所述绕线柱10套接后,松开先前在所述套筒20的所述封闭端22拨动的所述拨杆283,使所述锁舌285通过被压缩的所述弹性件287的蓄积弹性势能,将缩回所述空心基座281内的所述凸出端2851推出所述空心基座281的外侧,且使所述凸出端2851对应所述沟槽117底部一侧的所述嵌接槽扣接,达成所述套筒20与所述绕线柱10套接的稳固,操作上十分便捷。所述套筒20套接所述绕线柱10,可安全有效地保护缠绕在所述绕线柱10上的所述耳机30。当需要使用所述耳机30时,同样先由所述套筒20的所述封闭端22拨动所述拨杆283凸出的一端,使所述锁舌285的所述凸出端2851由扣接的所述嵌接槽缩回所述空心基座281内,所述套筒20即可直接由所述绕线柱10上脱离,方便使用者取用缠绕在所述绕线柱10上的所述耳机30。
本发明耳机储线器,通过所述绕线柱10外表面的所述凹槽12、所述夹持滑座18以及所述插接口13,使耳机30的导线36、耳塞34以及插头32可有顺序地被安置于所述绕线柱10上,具有使用简单且方便所述耳机30收纳的功能,有效解决目前耳机使用上所存在的诸多问题,提高所述耳机30使用的方便性以及安全性,具有良好的实用性功能。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种耳机储线器,其特征在于,该耳机储线器,包括:一绕线柱,所述绕线柱具有一侧表面、一上表面以及一下表面,所述侧表面上设置具有连续环绕的一凹槽,所述凹槽的两端分别延伸至所述上表面与所述下表面,所述上表面具有一滑轨,所述滑轨上具有两夹持滑座,所述下表面具有一座体,所述座体的外侧面衔接所述凹槽且具有一插接口,所述插接口延着所述座体的外侧面、所述凹槽以及所述两夹持滑座收容一耳机。
2.如权利要求1所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述插接口用于设置所述耳机的一插头,所述滑轨的所述夹持滑座用于设置所述耳机的一对耳塞,所述凹槽用于设置所述耳机的一导线。
3.如权利要求1所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述上表面具有一线钩,所述滑轨横置于所述上表面并相邻所述线钩设置,所述线钩与所述凹槽相对设置,所述滑轨上并列设置所述夹持滑座,所述夹持滑座具有一夹扣以及一弹性夹,所述夹持滑座通过所述夹扣可滑动的设置于所述滑轨上,所述弹性夹在所述夹持滑座上夹持所述耳塞。

6.如权利要求1所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述绕线柱进一步具有一套筒,所述套筒设置于所述绕线柱的外缘,所述套筒具有一封闭端,远离所述封闭端的相对面是一开口端,所述封闭端的内侧具有一容纳空间,通过所述开口端套接所述绕线柱,使所述绕线柱容置于所述容纳空间内,所述绕线柱的所述下表面与所述封闭端相对,且所述下表面具有一环扣,所述环扣维持所述套筒与所述绕线柱之间的间隙。
7.如权利要求6所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述套筒具有一开关,所述开关设置于所述封闭端上,所述开关自所述封闭端朝向所述容纳空间内凸出设置,且相对于套接的所述绕线柱的所述下表面,通过所述开关锁定所述套筒与所述绕线柱的套接。
8.如权利要求7所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述开关包括一空心基座、一拨杆、一锁舌以及一弹性件,所述空心基座的顶面上具有一槽道,所述槽道内设置所述拨杆,所述拨杆的一端在所述空心基座内部连接所述锁舌,所述拨杆的另一端凸出于所述套筒的所述封闭端,通过所述封闭端凸出的所述拨杆驱动所述锁舌,所述锁舌的一端相对设置所述弹性件,所述弹性件的弹力驱使所述锁舌的一凸出端凸出于所述空心基座外侧。
9.如权利要求8所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述锁舌的所述凸出端具有一限位环,所述限位环设置于所述空心基座内的所述锁舌上,限制所述锁舌的所述凸出端在所述空心基座外侧的凸出长度。
10.如权利要求8所述的耳机储线器,其特征在于:所述开关相对的所述下表面的所述座体上具有一沟槽,所述沟槽的底部一侧设置有一嵌接槽,所述沟槽的构型对应所述空心基座的外形,构成可相互嵌合的一弧形,使所述套筒套接所述绕线柱时,所述空心基座嵌进所述沟槽,且所述空心基座内所述锁舌的所述凸出端对应所述嵌接槽扣接。
