本发明公开了一种乳胶海绵,按照制备过程中的重量份配比,由下列物质构成:己二烯酸100份,聚乙烯醇35‑75份,纳米二氧化硅0.5‑1.5份,聚苯乙烯树脂0.2‑0.6份,硅油1.2‑1.3份,发泡剂水1.5‑3.5份。通过对产品原料和配方的调整,采用慢回弹海绵的加工工艺生产了一种无橡胶刺激性气味的乳胶海绵,其本质是海绵,但是具有乳胶的特性,并且优于乳胶,无乳胶的刺激性气味;乳胶海绵柔软、无味、舒适性强,可满足人们对海绵和乳胶的并列需求,并可完全替代海绵和乳胶。本发明乳胶海绵发泡密度可在40D左右,节约了大量的原材料,成品乳胶的密度至少为70D。

本发明涉及一种乳胶海绵。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对海绵制品的要求也越来越高。人们在挑选海绵时,主要以它的触感和弹性为判断因素,触感柔软且富有弹性的海绵往往受消费者欢迎。乳胶海绵作为一种具有泡孔结构的海绵,与普通海绵相比,其弹性高,承载性好,舒适耐久。同时,由于乳胶无法真空包装,因此,便限制了其应用与市场空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无橡胶刺激性气味、高密度、可真空包装的乳胶海绵。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种乳胶海绵,按照制备过程中的重量配比,由以下物质构成:己二烯酸100份,聚乙烯醇35-75份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-1.5份,聚苯乙烯树脂0.2-0.6份,硅油1.2-1.3份,发泡剂水1.5-3.5份。
进一步的,所述己二烯酸由高反应活性聚醚为基础聚醚合成的接枝聚醚、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚氧化乙烯-氧化丙烯共聚三元醇、聚氧化丙烯甘油醚组成。
进一步的,所述聚苯乙烯树脂为三乙烯二胺。
进一步的,所述硅油为软泡硅油。
上述乳胶海绵的制作工艺,同慢回弹海绵的生产过程,如专利CN101709143A所述。
本发明的优点在于:通过对产品原料和配方的调整,采用慢回弹海绵的加工工艺生产了一种无橡胶刺激性气味的乳胶海绵,同时乳胶无法真空包装,乳胶海绵可以。本发明乳胶海绵发泡密度可在40D左右,节约了大量的原材料,成品乳胶的密度至少为70D。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种乳胶海绵,按照制备过程中的重量配比,包含以下物质:己二烯酸:100份,聚乙烯醇:35-75份,纳米二氧化硅:0.5-1.5份,聚苯乙烯树脂:0.2-0.6份,硅油:1.2-1.3份,发泡剂为水:1.5-3.5份;己二烯酸由以高活性聚醚为基础聚醚合成的接枝聚醚、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚氧化乙烯-氧化丙烯共聚三元醇、聚氧化丙烯甘油醚组成;聚苯乙烯树脂为三乙烯二胺;硅油为软泡硅油。
以上原料按照慢回弹海绵的制作方法得到密度为40D的的乳胶海绵,手感柔软。物理性能如下:伸长率:175%,拉伸强度:51.7kPa,硬度:7ILD。
本发明乳胶海绵的本质是海绵,但是却具有乳胶的特性,并且优于乳胶。乳胶是有刺激性气味的,并且受原料限制,乳胶海绵柔软、无味、舒适性强,可满足人们对海绵和乳胶的并列需求,并可完全替代海绵和乳胶。

所述己二烯酸由以高活性聚醚为基础聚醚合成的接枝聚醚、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚氧化乙烯-氧化丙烯共聚三元醇、聚氧化丙烯甘油醚组成;
所述聚苯乙烯树脂为三乙烯二胺;
所述硅油为软泡硅油。
