Abstract
本发明公开一种水性涂料废水处理装置,其特征在于管路依次连接集水池、pH调节池、混凝沉淀池、高级氧化池、UASB、SBR池、MBBR池、产水池;各个阶段产生的污泥处理后滤液回流,泥饼外运。采用上述技术方案,本发明所述的水性涂料废水处理装置,将水性涂料废水经过pH调节、混凝沉淀、高级氧化后,再依次进过UASB、SBR和MBBR池处理后,出水可排放或回用,降低了生产成本、减少了环境污染,节约了水资源。

技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料废水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种水性涂料废水处理装置。
背景技术
水性涂料是指以水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,其包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料(乳胶涂料)等。相较于其他涂料,水性涂料应其具有环保的特点,从而得到广泛的应用,成为室内涂料的首选之一,因此也带来了大量的水性涂料废水。
在水性涂料的生产过程中会产生大量的废水,这类废水具有水质成份复杂,污染物浓度高,废水水质、水量波动大,可生化性差等特点。此外,水性涂料容器及设备清洗也会产生废水,废水中主要含有树脂、溶剂、助剂、矿物油、颜料等有机物质,COD浓度高,如果直接排放,将对水环境产生严重影响,因此急需针对该类水性漆废水进行研究,设计工艺进行废水处理,使其满足排放标准,减少对环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种处理效果好、出水可直接排放或回用的水性涂料废水处理装置。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种水性涂料废水处理装置,包括化学处理阶段、生物处理阶段、污泥处理阶段。化学处理阶段包括集水池、pH调节池、混凝沉淀池、高级氧化池;生物处理阶段包括UASB、SBR池、MBBR池;污泥处理阶段包括污泥浓缩池、污泥泵、板框压滤机。每个阶段的设备通过管路依次串联。
所述化学处理阶段采用混凝沉淀和高级氧化双重工艺处理水性涂料废水,废水首先进入pH调节池调节至碱性,之后进入混凝沉淀池,通过投加药剂使其与废水中的杂质结合形成絮凝体,依靠重力沉降至池底,上清液进入高级氧化池,投加Fenton试剂进一步降解废水中的杂质和有机物。
所述生物处理阶段采用UASB、SBR与MBBR相结合的工艺处理水性涂料废水,废水从UASB底部进入污泥床,经过厌氧反应水中有机物发酵成为沼气,沼气自反应器顶部导出,处理后的污水进入SBR,池中污水液位达到设定高度后,进行间歇性的曝气,降解污水中的有机物质,处理后的污水进入MBBR池,在MBBR池中设有曝气,使废水与悬浮的生物膜充分混合并反应,进一步降解有机物质、TN和TP。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1.本发明采用混凝和Fenton双重预处理技术,去除了废水中大部分SS,降低了原水的浊度和色度,同时也降低了COD、BOD、TN和TP,大大减少了后续的生物***的负荷量。
2.本发明采用UASB、SBR和MBBR相结合的工艺处理水性涂料废水,可降解大部分有机物,提高废水的可生化性;SBR工艺运行方式灵活,厌氧和好养过程交替发生,泥龄短、活性高,大大提高了废水中TN和TP的去除效率;MBBR池中设有曝气和悬浮的生物膜,能与废水充分接触,进一步降解有机物质、TN和TP。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种水性涂料废水处理装置,包括通过管道依次连接的进水泵1、集水池2、pH调节池5、混凝沉淀池6、高级氧化池7、UASB10、SBR13、微孔曝气头14、MBBR池16、产水池19、污泥浓缩池20、板框压滤机22。水性涂料废水在进水泵1的作用下,进入到集水池2,依次经过pH调节池5、混凝沉淀池6、高级氧化池7去除大量的固体悬浮物和胶体物质;高级氧化池7出水进入UASB池10进行厌氧消化,降解污水中的有机物;UASB10出水进入SBR13,SBR13底部设有微孔曝气头14,提供氧气使废水与污泥充分混合,降解有机物,处理后的污水进入MBBR池16,在MBBR池中设有曝气装置17以及悬浮的生物填料18,使废水与悬浮的生物膜充分混合并反应,进一步降解有机物质、TN和TP,产水达标排放或回用。
所述pH调节池5设有pH在线监测仪3和搅拌装置4,废水进入调节池5,投加石灰至pH在线监测仪3显示的范围在8-10之间。
所述UASB10由污泥反应区、气液固三相分离器8和气室三部分组成。在底部有一个高浓度、高活性的污泥床,污水自下而上进入UASB10,在底部污泥床中与污泥充分接触,水中有机物质经过厌氧发酵成为沼气。沼气在上升过程中不断合并形成较大的气泡,污泥、水、沼气一同进入三相分离器8,沼气碰到分离器下部的反射板时,折向反射板的四周,然后穿过水层进入气室,集中在气室用导管9导出,固液混合液经过反射进入三相分离器8的沉淀区,污水中的污泥发生絮凝,颗粒逐渐增大,并在重力作用下沉降,滑回污泥床。处理后的污水从右上端排出,从污泥沉淀区上部溢出的污泥排入污泥浓缩池23。
所述SBR13工作方式为,UASB10出水通过提升泵11进入SBR13,池中污水液位达到设定高度后,微孔曝气头14设备提供间歇性的氧气,使污水与污泥充分混合,降解污水中的有机物质,处理后的污水从右上端排除。
所述MBBR池16依靠曝气和水流的提升作用使生物填料处于流化状态,进而形成悬浮生长的活性污泥和附着生长的生物膜,池中设有搅拌装置15、曝气装置17和悬浮的生物填料18,废水进入MBBR池16,在搅拌装置15的作用下与生物填料频繁多次接触,降解有机物质、TN和TP,处理后的污水排入产水池。
一种水性涂料废水和生活污水的处理工艺包括如下阶段:
1.化学处理阶段:水性涂料废水在进水泵的作用下流入集水池,之后将集水池中的废水引入到pH调节池中,加入石灰调至碱性;出水进入混凝沉淀池中,加入絮凝剂,依靠重力沉降去除废水中的污染物;出水进入高级氧化池,加入Fenton试剂进一步降解杂质,去除SS、TP。
2.生物处理阶段:上一阶段的出水进入到UASB中,进行厌氧反应,能够去除水性涂料废水中大部分有机物;污水从UASB的上端口排出,经提升泵进入SBR池中,此装置中设有微孔曝气头,好氧与厌氧过程交替发生,进一步脱氮除磷;出水MBBR池中设有曝气和悬浮的生物膜,能与废水充分接触,进一步降解有机物质、TN和TP。
3.污泥处理阶段:pH调节池、混凝沉淀池和高级氧化池中分别加入石灰、絮凝药剂,Fenton试剂,产生的大量沉淀物通过排泥口排入污泥浓缩池,在板框压滤机的作用下进行脱水,产生的滤液回流到集水池,泥饼外运;其他各个单元产生的污泥通过排泥管道排入污泥浓缩池,在污泥泵的作用下进入到板框压滤机进行脱水,产生的滤液回流至调节池,泥饼外运。

1.一种水性涂料废水处理装置,其特征在于:包括化学处理阶段、生物处理阶段、污泥处理阶段。化学处理阶段包括集水池、pH调节池、混凝沉淀池、高级氧化池;生物处理阶段包括UASB、SBR池、MBBR池;污泥处理阶段包括污泥浓缩池、污泥泵、板框压滤机。每个阶段的设备通过管路依次串联。
2.一种水性涂料废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述化学处理阶段采用混凝沉淀和高级氧化双重工艺处理水性涂料废水,废水首先进入pH调节池调节至8-10,之后进入混凝沉淀池,通过投加药剂使其与废水中的杂质结合形成絮凝体,依靠重力沉降至池底,上清液进入高级氧化池,投加Fenton试剂进一步降解废水中的杂质和有机物。
3.一种水性涂料废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述生物处理阶段采用UASB、SBR与MBBR相结合的工艺处理水性涂料废水,废水从UASB底部进入污泥床,经过厌氧反应水中有机物发酵成为沼气,沼气自反应器顶部导出,处理后的污水进入SBR,池中污水液位达到设定高度后,进行间歇性的曝气,降解污水中的有机物质,处理后的污水进入MBBR池,在MBBR池中设有曝气,使废水与悬浮的生物膜充分混合并反应,进一步降解有机物质、TN和TP。
