Abstract
本发明公开了一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,包括:进气管、前置电机、电机开关、电源仓、活性炭过滤仓、后置电机、排气管、电机电线、电机固定板;采用本发明进行腹腔镜手术操作时,在术中进气管、排气管分别连接腹腔镜穿刺套管的排气孔,打开电机开关后,电机带动风扇开始工作,可使腹腔镜内电刀、超声刀操作时所产生的烟雾气体,经过进气管吸入后,被活性炭吸附、净化,再经过排气管进入腹腔,气体的流动,烟雾明显减少,进而使腹腔镜内始终保证清洁,干净的手术视野,大大减少电刀、电钩、超声刀在腹腔内操作时所产生烟雾对手术医生的影响,明显提高了手术的安全性。并且在不降低腹腔内的压力情况下,保证手术的顺利进行。

技术领域
本发明涉及腹腔镜应用技术领域,具体为一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置。
背景技术
现代医学的发展,微创外科已经是外科手术的发展方向,微创外科具有创伤小,恢复快,痛苦少,伤口美观,是现代医学共同追求的目标和方向,现有腹腔镜微创手术操作时,在使用电钩、超声刀切割组织时,会产生烟雾气体,组织越水肿,烟雾产生越多。手术区域会出现烟雾缭绕,手术者会看不清手术操作区域,只有通过更换手术器械,转换为吸引器,吸除烟雾气体,方能看清手术区域,但在吸除烟雾的同时,腹腔内气体压力会明显减少,手术操作空间会减少,甚至消失,手术需暂时停止,待气体压力上升后方能再次手术,给手术者明显增加手术难度以及不安全因素,给手术者带来困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,它能有效的解决背景技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,包括:进气管、前置电机、电机开关、电源仓、活性炭过滤仓、后置电机、排气管、电机电线、电机固定板;所述进气管与排气管为可与现有穿刺套管器相通的软管;所述活性炭为可吸附烟雾的活性炭;所述电机为让气体单项流动的电机。
进一步,所述活性炭过滤仓内的活性炭为椰壳活性炭。
进一步,所述进气管与排气管接口可与现手术穿刺套管器接口通用。
进一步,所述前置电机在电机开关打开时为顺时针方向旋转。
进一步,所述后置电机在电机开关打开时为逆时针方向旋转。
进一步,所述电源仓内电池为可更换电池。
进一步,所述电机固定板为带有可过滤杂质的纳米级过滤网板。
与现有技术相比,该一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,采用本发明进行腹腔镜手术操作时,在术中进气管、排气管分别连接腹腔镜穿刺套管的排气孔,打开电机开关后,电机带动风扇开始工作,可使腹腔镜内电刀、超声刀操作时所产生的烟雾气体,经过进气管吸入后,被活性炭吸附、净化,再经过排气管进入腹腔,气体的流动,烟雾明显减少,进而使腹腔镜内始终保证清洁,干净的手术视野,大大减少电刀、电钩、超声刀在腹腔内操作时所产生烟雾对手术医生的影响,明显提高了手术的安全性。并且在不降低腹腔内的压力情况下,保证手术的顺利进行,同时减少烟雾对医护人员的伤害。经过临床试验,此一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置可快速吸附、净化腹腔内烟雾,得到了手术医生的喜爱。

一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,包括:进气管1、前置电机2、电机开关3、电源仓4、活性炭过滤仓5、后置电机6、排气管7、电机电线8、电机固定板9;所述进气管1与排气管7为可与现有穿刺套管器相通的软管;所述活性炭为可吸附烟雾的活性炭;所述电机为让气体单项流动的电机。
进一步,所述活性炭过滤仓5内的活性炭为椰壳活性炭。
进一步,所述进气管1与排气管7接口可与现手术穿刺套管器接口通用。
进一步,所述前置电机2在电机开关打开时为顺时针方向旋转。
进一步,所述后置电机6在电机开关打开时为逆时针方向旋转。
进一步,所述电源仓4内电池为可更换电池。
进一步,所述电机固定板9为带有可过滤杂质的纳米级过滤网板。
本发明在设计时:当腹腔内出现,电刀或超声刀使用时产生烟雾气体后,打开电机开关,两个旋转相反电机可使烟雾气体向同一方向流动,且两个电机所产生的气流较大,烟雾气体可顺利通过进气管进入,再经过吸附能力较强的椰壳活性炭吸附过滤,再经纳米级过滤网板过滤杂物,后气体经排气管排入腹腔,由于双电机工作,气体流速较快,清洁的气体可把手术区域烟雾吹散,使手术区域始终保证清晰,干净,大大的提高和保证手术的安全性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利。

1.一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,包括:进气管、前置电机、电机开关、电源仓、活性炭过滤仓、后置电机、排气管、电机电线、电机固定板;所述进气管与排气管为可与现有穿刺套管器相通的软管;所述活性炭为可吸附烟雾的活性炭;所述电机为让气体单项流动的电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,其特征在于:所述活性炭过滤仓内的活性炭为椰壳活性炭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,其特征在于:所述进气管与排气管接口可与现手术穿刺套管器接口通用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,其特征在于:所述前置电机在电机开关打开时为顺时针方向旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,其特征在于:所述后置电机在电机开关打开时为逆时针方向旋转。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,其特征在于:所述电源仓内电池为可更换电池。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜术中主动烟雾吸引过滤装置,其特征在于:所述电机固定板为带有可过滤杂质的纳米级过滤网板。
