The first driving device 4 may be a cylinder or a motor, and the structure thereof is not particularly limited. The control device 5 is electrically connected with the first driving device 4 and the welding part and is used for controlling the first driving device 4 and the welding part to work.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the ultrasonic welding apparatus capable of rapidly welding the three-dimensional mask further includes a frame 6, a second driving device 7, and a turntable 8. The rack 6 comprises a top plate 61, supporting columns 62, connecting columns 63 and side plates 64, wherein the top plate 61 is fixed at one ends of the supporting columns 62, the number of the supporting columns 62 is a plurality of, the supporting columns 62 are located below the top plate 61, and two ends of each connecting column 63 are respectively connected with two adjacent supporting columns 62, so that a reliable supporting mechanism is formed between the supporting columns 62. The side plate 64 is fixed above one side of the top plate 61, and the control device 5 is fixed on the side plate 64 so as to facilitate the operation and control of a user. It is to be understood that the structure of the frame 6 is not particularly limited herein as long as it can achieve the support.
The second driving device 7 is fixed in the frame 6, and the second driving device 7 may be an index plate, a rotary cylinder, or a motor. Specifically, in this embodiment, the second driving device 7 is located below the top plate 61 and connected to the top plate 61 and the turntable 8, and is configured to drive the turntable 8 to rotate. The mold 1 is fixed on the turntable 8, and specifically, the fixed block 12 of the mold 1 is fixed on the turntable 8 so as to drive the mold 1 to rotate when the turntable 8 rotates. If the mask sealing ring and the mask body are not placed at a preset position, the control device 5 controls the first driving device 4, the first welding part 2 and the second welding part 3 to pause, so that the welding parts do not weld the mask sealing ring. In order to better detect the positions of the mask sealing ring and the mask body, the positioning sensor 9 is fixed on the mold 1. It is to be understood that the positioning sensor may be fixed to the welding head or the frame, and is not particularly limited thereto. The positioning sensor may be implemented by a fiber optic sensor or a pressure sensor, etc., and thus, the type of the sensor is not particularly limited herein.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, placing the mask sealing ring and the mask body on the mold 1, and sleeving and connecting the mask body and the positioning bulge 116 to reliably fix the mask body on the mold 1; then, the control device 5 controls the first welding member 2 and the second welding member 3 to move toward the mold 1, and simultaneously welds the mask seal ring. An ultrasonic welding device capable of quickly welding a three-dimensional mask is characterized by comprising a mold, a positioning sensor, a welding piece, a first driving device and a control device, wherein the mold is used for placing a mask body and a mask sealing ring; the positioning sensor is electrically connected with the control device and used for detecting the positions of the mask body and the mask sealing ring and sending a detection result to the control device; the welding piece is positioned on one side of the die and used for welding the mask sealing ring to the mask body; the first driving device is connected with the welding piece and used for driving the welding piece to move towards the die so as to weld the mask sealing ring to the mask body; the control device is electrically connected with the first driving device and is used for controlling the first driving device to work; the mask sealing ring is characterized in that the number of the welding parts is at least two, an included angle formed between the longitudinal directions of the two adjacent welding parts is an acute angle, and all the welding parts are used for simultaneously welding the mask sealing ring on one die;
