Abstract
一种包装封印结构及其制备方法及软包装电池。所述包装封印结构(1)包括被热封在一起的两层包装膜(11),各层包装膜(11)包括绝缘保护层(111)、绝缘热封层(112)以及核心金属层(113)。其中,在包装封印结构(1)的封装周边区域(12),两层包装膜(11)的绝缘热封层(112)彼此面对并熔融成一体,以形成将两层包装膜(11)密封粘接在一起的绝缘熔合层(13)。绝缘熔合层(13)形成有:外溢部(131),从绝缘熔合层(13)向包装封印结构(1)的封装周边区域(12)的边缘溢出到两层包装膜(11)的核心金属层(113)的外端面(1131)外并将两层包装膜(11)的核心金属层(113)的外端面(1131)完全包覆,以使两层包装膜(11)的核心金属层(113)的外端面(1131)与外部绝缘。这种简单有效地绝缘方式提高了绝缘效果,防止了与外界短路。
