Abstract

An elevator group management control device and a group management control method, wherein when the destination floor of a newly registered new call is a restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value of the assigned elevator for the existing call registered by the non-authenticated person which is not authenticated by a personal authentication device is added to a correction value (A1), and when the destination floor of the new call is a non-restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value of the assigned elevator for the existing call registered by the authenticated person which passes the authentication of the personal authentication device is added to a correction value (A2).

Description

Elevator group management control device and group management control method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a group management control device and a group management control method of an elevator, aiming to reduce the probability that a non-authentication person enters a restricted floor after an authentication person.
Background
In a group control device for performing group control by assigning an elevator to a call transmitted from a destination floor registration device for registering a destination floor of an elevator user, it is assumed that the user registers the destination floor by the destination floor registration device before boarding. By registering the destination floor before boarding, the group control device can grasp the number of boarding persons, and can guide the most suitable car to each user.
In addition, when there is a restricted floor to which only a specific user can go in a building in which an elevator is installed, only a specific authenticated person who has passed the authentication of the personal authentication device can register a call whose destination floor is the restricted floor, thereby ensuring security.
As the group management control device configured as described above, for example, the following technologies are available: an assigned elevator is determined based on hall call information including a destination floor, attributes of users are checked when a security mode is set, and co-riding of users with different attributes on the same elevator is excluded (for example, see patent document 1). There is also a technique of assigning cars so that users who take the elevator from different areas cannot take the same car at the same time (see, for example, patent document 2).

Detailed Description
Next, an elevator group control device and an elevator group control method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 is an overall configuration diagram showing an elevator group control device 10 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. In addition to the group control device 10, fig. 1 also shows a car 1 of an elevator, destination floor buttons 2 of an in-car operation panel provided in the car 1, a destination floor registration device 3 provided at a landing of each floor of the elevator, and a personal authentication device 4 provided at a landing of each floor.
The destination floor registration device 3 includes: an operation panel on which a user of the elevator operates before boarding the car 1 to register a call; and a panel that displays the elevator number assigned to the registered call.
The operation panel of the destination floor registration device 3 transmits a call registration request to the group control device 10, the call registration request requesting the group control device 10 to register a call registered by a user.
For example, when the car assigned to a call whose destination floor for a user is 12 floors is a car a, the panel of the destination floor registration device 3 displays "12-a" as shown in fig. 1.
The personal authentication device 4 reads an ID card held by a user before the user gets on the car 1 to authenticate the user, and acquires ID information held by the ID card. Then, the personal authentication device 4 transmits the acquired ID information of the user to the group control device 10.
The destination floor registration device 3 and the personal authentication device 4 may be provided not in the hall but in a gate (gate) leading to the hall.
The group control device 10 includes a call registration receiving unit 11, a storage unit 12, a permitted call registration determining unit 13, an assignment evaluation value calculating unit 14, an assignment evaluation value correcting unit 15, an assignment elevator determining unit 16, an assignment elevator display unit 17, and an elevator control unit 18.
When the user who registered a call is not authenticated by the personal authentication device 4, the call registration receiving part 11 receives a call registration request transmitted from the destination floor registration device 3, and outputs a call transmitted from the destination floor registration device 3 to the call registration permission determining part 13 in response to the call registration request.
On the other hand, when the user who registered the call passes the authentication of the personal authentication device 4, the call registration receiving unit 11 receives a call registration request transmitted from the destination floor registration device 3, and outputs the call transmitted from the destination floor registration device 3 and the ID information transmitted from the personal authentication device 4 to the call registration permission determination unit 13 in response to the call registration request.
The storage unit 12 stores, as restricted floor information, a restricted floor on which only a specific user can register as a call and a specific user having authority to register the restricted floor as a call in association with each other.
The call registration permission determination section 13 refers to the restricted floor information stored in the storage section 12, and determines whether or not to register a call input from the call registration reception section 11.
Specifically, the determination section 13 determines whether or not the call registration is permitted if it is determined from the restricted floor information stored in the storage section 12 that the destination floor of the call input from the call registration receiving section 11 is not a restricted floor.
When the user who registered a call is not authenticated by the personal authentication device 4, the call registration permission determination section 13 does not register the call if it is determined from the restricted floor information stored in the storage section 12 that the destination floor of the call input from the call registration reception section 11 is the restricted floor.
When the user who registered a call passes the authentication of the personal authentication device 4, the call registration permission determination unit 13 registers the call if it is determined from the restricted floor information stored in the storage unit 12 and the ID information input from the call registration reception unit 11 that the destination floor of the call input from the call registration reception unit 11 is a restricted floor and the user has the authority to register the restricted floor.
When the user who registered a call passes the authentication of the personal authentication device 4, the call registration permission determination unit 13 does not register the call if it is determined from the restricted floor information stored in the storage unit 12 and the ID information input from the call registration acceptance unit 11 that the destination floor of the call input from the call registration acceptance unit 11 is the restricted floor and the user does not have the authority to register the restricted floor.
The assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 calculates, for each car, a waiting time for each car to arrive when each car is assigned to the call registered by the call registration permission determination unit 13 as an assignment evaluation value. That is, the assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 calculates, for each elevator, an assignment evaluation value when each of a plurality of elevators is assigned to a call registered by the destination floor registration device 3 that registered the call. Note that a calculation method for assigning an evaluation value is well known, and a detailed description of a specific calculation method will be omitted here.
The assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value for each elevator calculated by the assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 to the correction value, and corrects the assignment evaluation value for each elevator, based on whether or not the destination floor of the newly registered new call is a restricted floor and whether or not the user who registered the existing call assigned to each elevator passes the authentication of the personal authentication device 4. That is, the assignment evaluation value correcting unit 15 corrects the assignment evaluation value for each elevator calculated by the assignment evaluation value calculating unit 14, based on the destination floor of the newly registered new call and the authentication result of the personal authentication device 4 that authenticates the elevator user.
When the destination floor of the new call is a restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds an assignment evaluation value for a car assigned to an existing call registered by an unauthenticated person, which is a user who has not been authenticated by the personal authentication device 4, to a correction value a1, which is a correction value.
When the destination floor of the new call is not the restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value for the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the authenticated person, which is the user who has passed the authentication of the personal authentication device 4, to a correction value a2, which is a correction value.
The assigned car determination unit 16 selects a car whose assigned evaluation value is the smallest as a car assigned to the call registered by the call registration permission determination unit 13, and determines the selected car as an assigned car.
The assigned elevator display unit 17 controls the panel of the destination floor registration device 3 to display the assigned elevator determined by the assigned elevator determination unit 16.
The elevator control unit 18 assigns the assigned elevator determined by the assigned elevator determination unit 16 to the floor where the call is generated.
Next, an example of the hardware configuration of the group management control device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a configuration diagram showing an example of a hardware configuration of the group control device 10 in fig. 1. In addition to the group control device 10, fig. 2 also shows a car 1, a destination floor button 2 of an in-car operation panel, a destination floor registration device 3, and a personal authentication device 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the group control device 10 is realized by the following elements as an example: a CPU21 serving as a central processing unit of the group control apparatus 10; a ROM22 as a read only memory for storing an operating program; a RAM23 that stores data necessary for control; and a conversion device 24 that converts input/output signals transmitted between the respective devices connected to the group control device 10.
Next, an example of the operation state of the elevator controlled by the group control device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the operation state of the elevator controlled by the group control device 10 of fig. 1. Fig. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the assignment evaluation value for each car calculated by the group control device 10 in the operating state shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 3 and 4, the group control device 10 controls the elevators serving the floors from 1 floor to 19 floors by using 3 machines, i.e., a machine to a machine C. Further, it is assumed that floors 1 to 14 are not restricted floors, that is, non-restricted floors, and floors 15 to 19 are restricted floors.
As shown in fig. 3, as an existing call registered by the authorized person, a call whose boarding floor is floor 1 and whose destination floor is floor 16 is already assigned to the a-number machine. In accordance with the assigned call, the a number machine is descending near 4 floors to go to 1 floor.
As existing calls registered by unauthenticated persons, a call whose destination floor is 11 floors and a call whose destination floor is 13 floors have already been assigned to the car B. In accordance with the assigned call, the car B ascends through the vicinity of 9 floors to sequentially go to 11 floors and 13 floors.
As existing calls registered by unauthenticated persons, a call whose destination floor is floor 6 and a call whose destination floor is floor 1 have already been assigned to the car C. In accordance with the assigned call, the machine C descends via the vicinity of floor 11 to sequentially go to floors 6 and 1.
In this situation, a case is considered in which a new call is registered in which the boarding floor is floor 1 and the destination floor is floor 12.
In this case, the assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 calculates an assignment evaluation value when each of the a to C elevators is assigned to a new call for each elevator. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, for example, the assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 calculates the assignment evaluation value for the machine a to be 3 seconds, the assignment evaluation value for the machine B to be 26 seconds, and the assignment evaluation value for the machine C to be 15 seconds.
Since the destination floor of the new call is a 12-story, non-restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the correction value to the assignment evaluation value for the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the authorized person. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, for example, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value for the a-number assigned to the existing call registered by the authorized person to 20 seconds as a correction value, and calculates the assignment evaluation value for the a-number to 23 seconds.
The assigned car determination unit 16 selects a car with the assignment evaluation value of 15 seconds, which is the car with the smallest assignment evaluation value, as a car to be assigned to a new call, and assigns the car with the C number to the new call.
Next, the operation of determining an assigned elevator for a new call by the group control device 10 according to embodiment 1 will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing an operation of determining an assigned elevator for a new call by the elevator group control device 10 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. A control program for executing the flowchart shown in fig. 5 is installed in the group control device 10.
In step S101, the assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 determines whether or not a new call has been registered by the possible/impossible call registration determination unit 13. When it is determined that a new call is registered, the process proceeds to step S102. If no, the process ends.
In step S102, the assignment evaluation value calculation unit 14 calculates an assignment evaluation value when each car is assigned to the new call registered by the call registration permission determination unit 13 for each car, and the process proceeds to step S103.
In step S103, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not the destination floor of the new call registered by the possible/impossible call registration determination unit 13 is a restricted floor. If the destination floor of the new call is determined to be the restricted floor, the process proceeds to step S104, and if no, the process proceeds to step S105.
In step S104, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not there is a car assigned to an existing call registered by an unauthenticated person. If it is determined that there is an elevator assigned to an existing call registered by an unauthenticated person, the process proceeds to step S106, and if it is determined that there is no elevator, the process proceeds to step S108.
In step S106, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value for the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the unauthenticated person to the correction value a1, and the process proceeds to step S108.
In step S105, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not there is a car assigned to an existing call registered by an authorized person. If it is determined that there is an elevator assigned to an existing call registered by the authorized person, the process proceeds to step S107, and if it is determined that there is no elevator, the process proceeds to step S108.
In step S107, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value for the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the authorized person to the correction value a2, and the process proceeds to step S108.
Further, correction value a1 and correction value a2 are design values that can be arbitrarily designed, and may be the same value as each other or different values from each other.
In step S108, the assigned car determination unit 16 determines the car with the smallest assigned evaluation value as the assigned car for the new call, and the process ends.
In the situation shown in fig. 3 and 4, the destination floor of the new call is 12 floors, and the car assigned to the existing call registered by the authorized person is the a-car as described above. Therefore, the group control device 10 sequentially executes step S101, step S102, step S103, step S105, and step S107, and as a result, adds only the assigned evaluation value of the car a to the correction value a 2.
Next, as shown in fig. 4, since the car whose assignment evaluation value is the smallest is the C car, the group control device 10 sets the assigned car for the new call as the C car in step S108.
As described above, according to embodiment 1, when the destination floor of a new call is a restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value for the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the unauthorized person is added to correction value a1, and when the destination floor of a new call is a non-restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value for the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the authorized person is added to correction value a 2.
With the above configuration, the elevator to which the unauthenticated person who registered a call whose destination floor is an unrestricted floor is not easily assigned to the call whose destination floor is registered as an unauthenticated floor. In addition, for calls in which the destination floor registered by the unauthenticated person is an unrestricted floor, it is difficult to assign a car to which an authenticated person who registers a call in which the destination floor is a restricted floor is to ride.
Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of occasions in which an authenticated person who has registered a call whose destination floor is a restricted floor and an unauthenticated person who has registered a call whose destination floor is an unrestricted floor are on the same number, and as a result, it is possible to reduce the probability that an unauthenticated person will enter a restricted floor following the authenticated person.
Embodiment mode 2
The group control device 10 described in embodiment 2 of the present invention performs group control such that the number of persons authenticated who are different in restricted floor that can be registered as a call and who are on the same car is reduced, compared to the group control described in embodiment 1. Note that in embodiment 2, the same portions as those in embodiment 1 are not described, and portions different from those in embodiment 1 are mainly described.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an operation of determining an assigned elevator for a new call by the elevator group control device 10 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.
In steps S201 to S203, the group control device 10 executes the same processing as in steps S101 to S103 of fig. 5. In step S203, if it is determined that the destination floor of the new call is the restricted floor, the process proceeds to step S204, and if it is determined not, the process proceeds to step S205.
In step S204, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not there is a car satisfying the condition a or the condition B. If it is determined that there is a car satisfying the condition a or the condition B, the process proceeds to step S206, and if it is determined not, the process proceeds to step S208.
The conditions a and B are as follows.
Condition a: has been assigned to an existing call registered by an unauthenticated person
Condition B: an existing call that has been assigned to be registered by an authorized person who does not have authority to register a restricted floor as a destination floor for a new call
In step S206, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value of the car satisfying the condition a or the condition B to the correction value B1, and the process proceeds to step S208.
In step S205, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not there is a car satisfying the condition C or the condition D. If it is determined that there is a car satisfying the condition C or the condition D, the process proceeds to step S207, and if it is determined not, the process proceeds to step S208.
The conditions C and D are as follows.
Condition C: an existing call which has been assigned to an existing call in which a new call is registered by an unauthenticated person and a restricted floor is set as a destination floor
Condition D: an existing call assigned to a restricted floor, which has been registered with a new call by an authorized person and has no registration authority for the authorized person who has registered the new call, as a destination floor
In step S207, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value of the car satisfying the condition C or the condition D to the correction value B2, and the process proceeds to step S208.
Correction value B1 and correction value B2 are design values that can be arbitrarily designed, and may be the same value as each other or different values from each other.
In step S208, the assigned car determination unit 16 executes the same processing as in step S108 of fig. 5, and the processing ends.
As described above, according to embodiment 2, when the destination floor of a new call is a restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value of the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the unauthenticated person is added to correction value B1. When the destination floor of the new call is a restricted floor, the assignment evaluation value of the elevator assigned to the existing call registered by the authorized person who does not have the authority to register the destination floor of the new call is added to correction value B1.
When the destination floor of the new call is an unrestricted floor and the new call is registered by an unauthenticated person, the assignment evaluation value of the elevator assigned to the existing call whose destination floor is the restricted floor is added to correction value B2. When the destination floor of the new call is an unrestricted floor and the new call is registered by the authorized person, the assignment evaluation value of the elevator assigned to the existing call whose destination floor is the restricted floor for which the authorized person who registered the new call does not have the registration authority is added to correction value B2.
By configuring as described above, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of embodiment 1 described above, and it is also possible to reduce the number of persons authenticated who can register as calls and who have different restricted floors from each other from riding on the same elevator.
Embodiment 3
The group control apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3 of the present invention performs group control in consideration of the attributes of the users in addition to the group control described in embodiment 2. Note that in embodiment 3, the same portions as those in embodiments 1 and 2 are not described, and portions different from those in embodiments 1 and 2 are mainly described.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing an operation of determining an assigned elevator for a new call by the elevator group control device 10 according to embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In steps S301 to S305, the group control device 10 executes the same processing as in steps S201 to S205 of fig. 6.
In step S304, if it is determined that there is a car satisfying the condition a or the condition B, the process proceeds to step S306, and if it is determined not, the process proceeds to step S312. In step S305, if it is determined that there is a car satisfying the condition C or the condition D, the process proceeds to step S307, and if it is determined not, the process proceeds to step S312.
In step S306, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not the attribute of the authenticated person who registered the new call is a specific attribute. If it is determined that the attribute of the authenticated person who registered the new call is the specific attribute, the process proceeds to step S308, and if it is determined not, the process proceeds to step S309.
In step S308, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value of the car satisfying the condition a or the condition B to the correction value B1, and the process proceeds to step S312.
In step S309, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value of the car satisfying the condition a or the condition B to the correction value C1, and the process proceeds to step S312.
In this way, when the attribute of the authorized person who registered the new call with the restricted floor as the destination floor is not the specific attribute, correction value C1 is used instead of correction value B1. For example, consider the case where company employee a is assumed to be a specific attribute, and correction value B1< correction value C1. In this case, correction value B1 is used if the person authenticated for registration of the new call is a company employee a, and correction value C1 is used if the person authenticated is not a company employee a. Therefore, it is difficult for a user who has registered an existing call with an unrestricted floor as a destination floor to take the floor with a person other than company a who travels to the restricted floor.
In step S307, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 determines whether or not the attribute of the authenticated person who has registered an existing call in which the destination floor to which the elevator has been assigned is a restricted floor is a specific attribute. If it is determined that the attribute of the authorized person who has registered the existing call whose destination floor to which the elevator has been assigned is the restricted floor is the specific attribute, the process proceeds to step S310, and if it is determined that the attribute is not the specific attribute, the process proceeds to step S311.
In step S310, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value of the car satisfying the condition C or the condition D to the correction value B2, and the process proceeds to step S312.
In step S311, the assignment evaluation value correction unit 15 adds the assignment evaluation value of the car satisfying the condition C or the condition D to the correction value C2, and the process proceeds to step S312.
In this way, when the attribute of the authorized person who registered the existing call with the restricted floor as the destination floor is not the specific attribute, correction value C2 is used instead of correction value B2. For example, consider the case where company employee a is assumed to be a specific attribute, and correction value B2< correction value C2. In this case, correction value B1 is used if the attribute of the authenticated person who registered the existing call with the restricted floor as the destination floor is company a employee, and correction value C2 is used if the authenticated person is not company a employee. Therefore, it is difficult for a user who has registered a new call with an unrestricted floor as a destination floor to take the call with a person other than company a who has traveled to the restricted floor.
Further, correction value C1 and correction value C2 are design values that can be arbitrarily designed, and may be the same value as each other or different values from each other.
In step S312, the assigned car determiner 16 executes the same processing as in step S208 of fig. 6, and the processing ends.
As described above, according to embodiment 3, correction value C1 is used instead of correction value B1 when the destination floor of a new call is a restricted floor and the attribute of the authenticated person who has registered the new call is not a specific attribute, and correction value C2 is used instead of correction value B2 when the destination floor of the new call is a non-restricted floor and the attribute of the authenticated person who has registered an existing call with the restricted floor as the destination floor is not a specific attribute.
By configuring as described above, the assignment evaluation value of the elevator is added to the correction value that is different depending on the attribute of the authenticated person who has registered the new call or the attribute of the authenticated person who has registered the existing call with the restricted floor as the destination floor, and thus, a difference can be provided in the ride-together level.
Although embodiments 1 to 3 have been described individually, the configuration examples disclosed in embodiments 1 to 3 may be combined arbitrarily.
