A charging reminding device of an automobile emergency starting power supply belongs to the technical field of vehicle power supplies. The device comprises a vehicle door state module, a vehicle door state detection module and a vehicle door state detection module, wherein the vehicle door state detection module is used for detecting the opening and closing state of a vehicle door at the side of a driver position; the engine state module is used for detecting the working state of the automobile engine; the charging reminding module is used for reminding a driver of charging; the power supply detection module is used for detecting the electric quantity of the automobile emergency starting power supply and triggering the charging reminding module to work when the electric quantity is insufficient; and the control module is used for triggering the power supply detection module to work when the vehicle door state module detects the vehicle door opening state and the engine state module detects the engine flameout state. Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the charging reminding device for the automobile emergency starting power supply comprises a vehicle door state module, an engine state module, a charging reminding module, a power supply detection module and a control module. The vehicle door state module is used for detecting the opening and closing states of the vehicle door at the side of the driver position, including an opening state and a closing state, and sending a state signal to the control module. The engine state module is used for detecting the working state of the automobile engine, including a flameout state or an ignition state, and sending a state signal to the control module. When the control module receives the opening state signal and the flameout state signal sent by the vehicle door state module, the power supply detection module is triggered to work, otherwise, the power supply detection module does not work. The power detection module is used for detecting the electric quantity of the automobile emergency starting power supply, the charging reminding module is triggered when the electric quantity is not enough, and the charging reminding module reminds a driver to charge the automobile emergency starting power supply.

The engine state module is used for detecting the working state of the automobile engine, is connected with the ignition mechanism or the starting button, and feeds back signals to the engine state module once ignition or flameout occurs. The engine state module learns that the engine is in a sparking or flameout state by recognizing the feedback signal.
As shown in fig. 2, the control module includes a door status unit, an engine status unit, and a brake unit. The vehicle door state unit is used for receiving the opening and closing state information of the vehicle door at the driver position side detected by the vehicle door state module. The engine state unit is used for receiving the working state information of the automobile engine detected by the engine state module. The brake unit is used for triggering the power supply detection module to work when receiving a vehicle door opening state signal detected by the vehicle door state unit and receiving an engine flameout state signal detected by the engine state unit.
The power supply detection module comprises a power supply allowance detection unit and an electric quantity judgment unit. The power supply allowance detection unit is used for detecting the automobile emergency starting power supply allowance. The electric quantity judging unit is used for judging whether the electric quantity of the automobile emergency starting power supply is smaller than a preset power supply threshold value, if so, the electric quantity is insufficient, and the charging reminding module is triggered to work; otherwise, the charging reminding module does not work. Under an implementation mode, the power supply allowance detection unit collects the voltage of an automobile emergency starting power supply through the sampling circuit and sends the voltage to the electric quantity judgment unit. The electric quantity judging unit is provided with a triode, a base electrode of the triode is connected with a sampling circuit, a collector electrode of the triode is connected with a preset power supply threshold voltage, an emitting electrode of the triode is grounded, and once the sampling voltage sent by the sampling circuit is lower than the preset power supply threshold voltage, a signal transmitter connected to one side of the collector electrode of the triode sends a low-electric-quantity signal to the charging reminding module. Under another embodiment, the power supply allowance detection unit collects the voltage of the automobile emergency starting power supply through the sampling circuit and sends the voltage to the electric quantity judgment unit. The electric quantity judging unit is provided with a comparator, one input end of the comparator is connected with the output end of the sampling circuit, the other input end of the comparator is provided with a preset power supply threshold voltage, the output end of the comparator is used for outputting a comparison signal, and when the sampling voltage is lower than the preset power supply threshold voltage, the comparator outputs a high level signal to the charging reminding module.
The charging reminding module comprises an audible alarm and an indicator light. The sound alarm is used for alarming and charging. The pilot lamp is installed on the automobile central control panel and used for indicating that charging is urgently needed.
In order to charge in time, the device further comprises a charging module, and the charging module charges for the automobile emergency starting power supply. The charging reminding module further comprises a waking unit, the waking unit is triggered to be started after the charging reminding module is triggered, and the charging module connected with the waking unit is in a standby state at the moment. When the control module receives the electric quantity shortage signal sent by the power supply detection module, the shortage signal can be obtained through the output end of the comparator or the signal sender, and at the moment, the charging module is changed from the standby state to the working state to start charging.
The awakening unit is composed of a relay and a relay normally-open switch. The relay normally-open switch is connected in series with the charging module and connected between the automobile emergency starting power supply and the power supply detection module. When the awakening unit is not triggered to be started, the charging module is not communicated with the automobile emergency starting power supply; once awaken up, the relay normally open switch is closed, and the charging module is communicated with the automobile emergency starting power supply. Once the control module receives the insufficient electric quantity signal sent by the power supply detection module, the charging module starts to work under the control of the control module. As shown in fig. 3, the charging module is composed of a first transistor Q1, a second transistor Q2, a first resistor RA, a second resistor RB, a third resistor RC, a fourth resistor RD, and a charging circuit U1. The charging circuit is connected to the collecting electrode of first triode Q1, the one end of first resistance RA is connected to the projecting pole of first triode Q1, and the collecting electrode of first triode Q1 is connected to the other end of first resistance RA, the collecting electrode of first triode Q1 is connected through second resistance RB the collecting electrode of second triode Q2, the projecting pole ground connection of second triode Q2, the positive pole of emergent start power source is connected through fourth resistance RD to the base of second triode Q2, the base of second triode Q2 is through third resistance RC ground connection. The charging circuit U1 is connected to the positive and negative poles of the automobile emergency starting power supply. The emitter of the first triode Q1 is connected with a power supply. The base terminal of the second triode Q2 is electrically connected with the positive output end of the charging circuit U1 through the fourth resistor RD, and the second triode Q2 is provided with a conduction voltage through the emergency starting power supply of the automobile to be charged, so that the first triode Q1 is conducted to ensure that the power supply provides voltage to enable the charging circuit U1 to work. Meanwhile, when the charging circuit U1 is not connected with the emergency starting power supply of the automobile to be charged, the first triode and the second triode are disconnected and are not connected with the charging circuit, the power supply can not provide voltage for the charging circuit U1 to work, the no-load consumption of the charging circuit is reduced, and the purposes of energy saving and carbon reduction are achieved. The charging circuit can be composed of a common lithium battery charging chip and a peripheral circuit thereof.
The device also comprises a wireless signal transceiver module which can be a wifi module, a radio frequency module or a Bluetooth module, on one hand, the wireless signal transceiver module receives the detection information of the vehicle door state module and the engine state module, and on the other hand, the wireless signal transceiver module sends the detection information to the control module.
The device also comprises an emergency release switch which is used for releasing the reminding state of the charging reminding module, namely the charging reminding module does not remind charging, the indicating lamp is not lightened any more, and the buzzer does not whistle any more.
The user connects the door and the engine to the wireless signal transceiver. When a driver gets on the vehicle, the vehicle door opening state signal is sent to the wireless signal transceiving module; when the driver stalls, the wireless signal transceiver module receives an engine shutdown signal.
