Abstract
本发明涉及一种方便穿装空调管线的成套门,属于木门技术领域,包括竖直设置的门框,门框内安装有木门,在木门上开设有第一沉孔,在第一沉孔内安装有安装套,在门框上穿装有轴套;轴套的上端穿装在门框上,轴套的下端通过轴承安装在安装套内;轴套内开设有方便穿装空调管线的通孔,对应第一沉孔在木门的底部开设有第二沉孔,在第二沉孔内设置有安装盖,对应安装盖在门框内设置有支撑轴,支撑轴的下端安装在门框上,支撑轴的上端通过轴承安装在安装盖内。本发明实现了冷空气从木门内吹出,代替了室内空调机,提高了使用的安全性。

本发明涉及一种方便穿装空调管线的成套门,属于木门技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对生活环境的要求也随之提高,夏天随着温度的升高人们通过空调来进行降温,然而通常使用的空调均通过安装支架固定在室内墙壁上,不仅不美观,更重要的是时间久了存在掉落的风险。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种方便穿装空调管线的成套门,方便通过木门来安装空调内机组件,避免了空调掉落的风险。
本发明所述的方便穿装空调管线的成套门,包括竖直设置的门框,其特征在于:门框内安装有木门,在木门上开设有第一沉孔,在第一沉孔内安装有安装套,在门框上穿装有轴套;轴套的上端穿装在门框上,轴套的下端通过轴承安装在安装套内;轴套内开设有方便穿装空调管线的通孔,对应第一沉孔在木门的底部开设有第二沉孔,在第二沉孔内设置有安装盖,对应安装盖在门框内设置有支撑轴,支撑轴的下端安装在门框上,支撑轴的上端通过轴承安装在安装盖内。
进一步,所述轴套的上端固定在门框上,开关木门时,安装套绕着轴套旋转。
进一步,所述支撑轴固定在门框上,开关木门时,第二沉孔绕着支撑轴旋转。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过本发明所述的方便穿装空调管线的成套门,包括竖直设置的门框,门框内安装有木门,在木门上开设有第一沉孔,在第一沉孔内安装有安装套,在门框上穿装有轴套;轴套的上端穿装在门框上,轴套的下端通过轴承安装在安装套内;轴套内开设有方便穿装空调管线的通孔,对应第一沉孔在木门的底部开设有第二沉孔,在第二沉孔内设置有安装盖,对应安装盖在门框内设置有支撑轴,支撑轴的下端安装在门框上,支撑轴的上端通过轴承安装在安装盖内。本技术主要是通过门框内上穿装轴套,通过轴套内的通孔将空调的管线引入门内,通过穿装在门框上的支撑轴将木门支撑起来,提高了木门的支撑强度,实现了冷空气从木门内吹出,代替了室内空调机,提高了使用的安全性。

实施例
如图1所示,所述方便穿装空调管线的成套门,包括竖直设置的门框1,门框1内安装有木门6,在木门6上开设有第一沉孔2,在第一沉孔2内安装有安装套5,在门框1上穿装有轴套3;轴套3的上端穿装在门框1上,轴套3的下端通过轴承安装在安装套5内;轴套3内开设有方便穿装空调管线的通孔4,对应第一沉孔2在木门6的底部开设有第二沉孔7,在第二沉孔7内设置有安装盖9,对应安装盖9在门框1内设置有支撑轴8,支撑轴8的下端安装在门框1上,支撑轴8的上端通过轴承安装在安装盖9内。
本实施例中,所述轴套3的上端固定在门框1上,开关木门6时,安装套5绕着轴套3旋转。本段技术设计避免了轴套3与门框1的摩擦,提高了木门的使用寿命。
所述支撑轴8固定在门框1上,开关木门6时,第二沉孔7绕着支撑轴8旋转。本段技术设计避免了支撑轴8与门框1的摩擦,提高了木门的使用寿命。
如图1所示,安装时,在门框1上的第二沉孔7内安装好支撑轴8,在门框1底部的第二沉孔7内安装好安装盖9,在安装盖9内安装轴承,然后将木门6放置在门框1内,将安装盖9通过轴承套装在支撑轴8上,然后在木门6上的第一沉孔2内安装好安装套5,将轴套3从门框1的顶部穿入,并通过轴承安装在安装套5内。
管线安装时,将空调室外机安装在室外,将室外机的管线从墙体内引入门框1中,然后从轴套3中心的通孔4内引入木门6内,实现了管线从室外到木门内的连接和安装。

1.一种方便穿装空调管线的成套门,包括竖直设置的门框(1),其特征在于:门框(1)内安装有木门(6),在木门(6)上开设有第一沉孔(2),在第一沉孔(2)内安装有安装套(5),在门框(1)上穿装有轴套(3);轴套(3)的上端穿装在门框(1)上,轴套(3)的下端通过轴承安装在安装套(5)内;轴套(3)内开设有方便穿装空调管线的通孔(4),对应第一沉孔(2)在木门(6)的底部开设有第二沉孔(7),在第二沉孔(7)内设置有安装盖(9),对应安装盖(9)在门框(1)内设置有支撑轴(8),支撑轴(8)的下端安装在门框(1)上,支撑轴(8)的上端通过轴承安装在安装盖(9)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方便穿装空调管线的成套门,其特征在于:所述轴套(3)的上端固定在门框(1)上,开关木门(6)时,安装套(5)绕着轴套(3)旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方便穿装空调管线的成套门,其特征在于:所述支撑轴(8)固定在门框(1)上,开关木门(6)时,第二沉孔(7)绕着支撑轴(8)旋转。
