the push-pull block (20) and the piston rod (19) are pulled outwards, when the piston rod (19) is pulled outwards, the piston (18) can be driven to move outwards along the piston cavity (3), sputum is sucked into the sputum suction tube (8) by utilizing negative pressure generated by the movement of the piston (18), and the sputum can be sucked into the sputum suction cavity (2) along with the continuous reciprocating movement of the piston (18).
