手部康复训练对于手部疾病和中风等其他疾病的康复都起着至关重要的作用。其中,手指的康复治疗和训练是手部功能缺失或者手部残疾治疗的重要手段,在脑卒中的诸多后遗症中,手部功能障碍是脑卒中后偏瘫患者最常见的障碍之一,严重影响患者的日常生活活动,给患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。
随着人口老龄化趋势的加快,偏瘫患者逐年增加,而康复医师和康复资源却十分匮乏,因此大多数患者倾向于选择在家里自行训练,致使训练强度不够、训练方法欠缺科学性及训练步骤模糊等,导致更多患者贻误了康复的最佳时机而逐步丧失了手部的机理机能。随着计算机科学技术的发展,机器人技术开始应用于康复医疗领域,发展康复医疗机器人,利用康复医疗机器人缓解医师数量紧缺的矛盾并使患者得以自行训练,将是未来我国家庭护理的发展趋势。现在的针对手部康复的医疗设备治疗效果不佳,使用不便利,难以满足用户需求。所以,研发一套基于振动觉、视觉、听觉多通道融合模式躯体感觉输入的多模感觉手功能康复装置,通过躯体感觉信号调动大脑在康复训练中的主动参与,从而有效提高脑卒中后手指运动功能的康复疗效具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种穿戴式手震动康复装置设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种穿戴式手震动康复装置设备,包括手套本体、设置在所述手套本体腕部的手环、设置在所述手环上的控制显示模块、设置在所述手套本体和手环内壁上的保护层及设置在所述手套本体的每个指关节上的震动刺激模块、声光刺激模块和电刺激模块。
优选的是,所述控制显示模块包括主控芯片及与所述主控芯片均电连接的电源模块、触摸显示屏、震动驱动模块、声音驱动模块、光驱动模块、电刺激驱动模块、无线通讯模块。
优选的是,所述震动刺激模块包括与所述震动驱动模块电连接的震动马达,所述声光刺激模块包括与所述声音驱动模块电连接的迷你喇叭和与所述光驱动模块电连接的LED灯珠。
优选的是,所述手环的下半部的中间断开,形成第一端和第二端,所述第一端的端面上设置有连接插板,所述第二端的端面上开设有供所述连接插板***的连接插槽。
优选的是,所述第二端上设置有锁紧件,所述锁紧件包括设置在连接插槽内的横板、连接于所述横板的上端面与所述连接插槽的上部内壁之间的弹簧、设置在所述横板的下端面两端的锁紧柱及设置在所述横板的下端面中间的压柱;所述压柱的底部连接有卡盘。
优选的是,所述连接插槽两侧的内壁上开设有导向滑槽。
优选的是,所述横板的两端设置有连杆,所述连杆的外端枢接有导向滚轮,所述导向滚轮配合设置在所述导向滑槽内。
优选的是,所述连接插槽的底部内壁上开设有供所述锁紧柱***的锁紧孔,所述锁紧柱的底面设置有磁铁片,所述锁紧孔的底部设置有铁片;
所述锁紧柱的底部呈锥体状,所述锁紧孔为锥形孔。
优选的是,所述连接插板的用于***所述连接插槽内的外端的中间设置有开槽,所述连接插板的外端的两侧设置有用于供所述锁紧柱穿过的固定通孔。
优选的是,所述手套本体和手环的内壁上均设置有保护涂层,所述保护涂层通过喷涂保护涂料后再经干燥得到,所述保护涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的穿戴式手震动康复装置设备,能针对手指功能障碍的患者,通过震动和相关声、光、电刺激实现对患者的治疗效果。其震动频率可调,具有多种震动模式,能结合声光电刺激,还具有数据无线传输等功能。通过震动觉、视觉、听觉多模感觉对患者进行康复治疗,通过躯体感觉信号调动大脑在康复训练中的主动参与,从而能有效提高脑卒中后手指运动功能的康复疗效。
本发明的穿戴式手震动康复装置设备,通过在每个指节设置一个震动马达,从而能实现对不同指关节进行震动刺激;并且可以调节指关节刺激电机的震动频率,以适应不同的用户群体;震动的同时,还能控制震动的手指所对应的LED灯珠闪烁,同时播放对应指节的声音音符,还能给与对应手指一定电刺激,以达到更好的康复治疗效果。通过通过无线通讯模块可实现该穿戴式手震动康复装置设备与其他控制端(如手机APP端)的无线交互控制。
本发明的手套本体和手环佩戴舒适牢固,使用寿命长,能利于对患者的治疗。本发明结构简单,使用方便,治疗效果好,具有很好的推广应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
如图1-7所示,本实施例的一种穿戴式手震动康复装置设备,包括手套本体1、设置在手套本体1腕部的手环2、设置在手环2上的控制显示模块3、设置在手套本体1和手环2内壁上的保护层及设置在手套本体1的每个指关节上的震动刺激模块4、声光刺激模块5和电刺激模块。
参照图2,为本发明的一种实施例中的原理框图,控制显示模块3包括主控芯片及与主控芯片均电连接的电源模块、触摸显示屏、震动驱动模块、声音驱动模块、光驱动模块、电刺激驱动模块、无线通讯模块。
使用时,通过触摸显示屏对该穿戴式手震动康复装置设备进行交互控制操作,主控芯片根据输入的指令对震动驱动模块、声音驱动模块、光驱动模块、电刺激驱动模块等进行控制,以控制震动刺激模块4、声光刺激模块5、电刺激模块进行工作。
其中,每个指节设置一个震动马达,从而能实现对不同指关节进行震动刺激。并且可以调节指关节刺激电机的震动频率,以适应不同的用户群体;还可以调节震动模式,可选的震动模式包括:单一逐个震动、单一随机震动、两两震动、一起震动、基于音律的震动等模式。震动的同时,声光刺激模块5控制震动的手指所对应的LED灯珠闪烁,同时播放对应指节的声音音符。
另外,该设备还具有电刺激功能:在相应指节电机震动同时,电刺激模块给与对应手指一定电刺激,以达到更好的康复治疗效果。
通过无线通讯模块可实现该穿戴式手震动康复装置设备与其他控制端(如手机APP端)的无线连接。
在一种实施例中,参照图3-7,手环2的下半部的中间断开,形成第一端20和第二端21,第一端20的端面上设置有连接插板22,第二端21的端面上开设有供连接插板22***的连接插槽23。第二端21上设置有锁紧件24,锁紧件24包括设置在连接插槽23内的横板240、连接于横板240的上端面与连接插槽23的上部内壁之间的弹簧241、设置在横板240的下端面两端的锁紧柱242及设置在横板240的下端面中间的压柱243;压柱243的底部连接有卡盘244。连接插槽23两侧的内壁上开设有导向滑槽232。横板240的两端设置有连杆245,连杆245的外端枢接有导向滚轮246,导向滚轮246配合设置在导向滑槽232内。连接插槽23的底部内壁上开设有供锁紧柱242***的锁紧孔230,锁紧柱242的底面设置有磁铁片231247,锁紧孔230的底部设置有铁片231;锁紧柱242的底部呈锥体状,锁紧孔230为锥形孔。连接插板22的用于***连接插槽23内的外端的中间设置有开槽220,连接插板22的外端的两侧设置有用于供锁紧柱242穿过的固定通孔221。
使用时,使用者佩戴好手套本体1,再将手环2套设在手腕处,然后将连接插板22***连接插槽23(以连接第一端20和第二端21),并通过锁紧件24锁紧,以将手环2固定。具体的,参照,4-7,先向上按压卡盘244,压柱243向上运动,带动横板240向上运动,并挤压弹簧241,导向滚轮246在导向滑槽232内向上滚动,限制横板240只上下运动,并提供导向作用,便于横板240的上下运动;锁紧柱242随之向上运动,从锁紧孔230中脱离;然后将连接插板22***连接插槽23,连接插板22中间的开槽220能容纳压柱243,开槽220两端的连接插板22则***连接插槽23内,再松开压柱243,在弹簧241的弹力作用下,横板240带动锁紧柱242向下运动,锁紧柱242穿过开槽220两端的连接插板22上的固定通孔221后再***到锁紧孔230内,实现锁紧。且锁紧柱242底面的磁铁片231247与锁紧孔230的底部的铁片231吸合,使锁紧柱242在锁紧孔230的锁紧更加牢固。从而使手套本体1和手环2能牢固佩戴在手上,防止使用过程中松脱。
在一种实施例中,手套本体1和手环2的内壁上均设置有保护涂层,保护涂层通过喷涂保护涂料后再经干燥得到。保护涂层具有柔软、耐磨耐用、抗菌抑菌等性能,能提手套本体1和手环2佩戴的舒适度,延迟其使用寿命,且能保护佩戴者的健康。
其中,水凝胶水润且柔韧,还具有优异的耐屈挠性和耐蠕变性能;天然乳胶具有高弹性、粘接时成膜性能良好、胶膜富于柔韧性等特点,容易形成胶膜。水凝胶和天然乳胶复配使用,容易在手套本体1和手环2内壁上形成柔韧、性能稳定的保护涂层。
聚四氟乙烯乳液能有效改善由涂料最终制得的保护涂层的表面光滑性和耐刮耐磨性;加入纳米氧化锆粉能显著提高保护涂层的耐磨性和表面光滑度;纳米氧化锌粉具有较好的杀菌防霉效果;纳米氧化锌粉的加入还能使保护涂层更加致密、均匀,能提高其表面光滑度。通过聚四氟乙烯乳液、纳米氧化锆粉、纳米氧化锌粉复配使用,使制得的保护涂层的耐磨性能增倍提高,且其表面致密光滑,佩戴舒适,使用寿命增长,还具有很好的防霉性能。
其中,磷酸钛粉的加入使保护涂层具有一定的自清洁性能,且能提高表面光滑度。
其中,白芷粉具有消毒功效,且具有温和不刺激的性能;珍珠粉能提高制得的保护涂层的表面光滑性,使保护涂层具有更好的触感。两者复配使用能达到协同增强的效果,不仅能改善保护涂层的表面触感,使其光滑柔软,还使保护涂层具有很好的抗菌效果,保证佩戴者的舒适度和健康。
其中,橄榄油能促进各个组分的均匀混合;桉树精油具有很好的杀菌、抗菌作用,还可以平缓波动的情绪。
其中,粘结剂可选用卡拉胶、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻酸钠、刺槐豆胶和魔芋胶中的一种或多种。上述的粘结剂无毒无害,且具有很好的粘结性能和稳定性。溶剂选用水或医用乙醇。
本发明通过将上述各原料复配使用,使制得的保护涂层具有优异的抗菌抑菌和保护性能,且柔软舒适,能提高佩戴的舒适度,且能保证健康。
以下还提供一种亲肤涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取水凝胶、天然乳胶、橄榄油、桉树精油、加入到反应釜中,加热并进行机械搅拌1-5小时;
2)向反应釜中再加入聚四氟乙烯乳液、纳米氧化锆粉、纳米氧化锌粉、磷酸钛粉、白芷粉、珍珠粉、粘结剂、交联剂、去离子水,加热并进行机械搅拌2-7小时;冷却后得到保护涂料。
将制得的保护涂料喷涂在手套本体1和手环2的内壁,再经干燥后得到保护涂层。
以下还提供保护涂料的具体实施例,以对本发明做进一步说明。
手套本体1和手环2的内壁上均设置有保护涂层,保护涂层通过喷涂保护涂料后再经干燥得到。保护涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (1)
1.一种穿戴式手震动康复装置设备,其特征在于,包括手套本体、设置在所述手套本体腕部的手环、设置在所述手环上的控制显示模块、设置在所述手套本体和手环内壁上的保护层及设置在所述手套本体的每个指关节上的震动刺激模块、声光刺激模块和电刺激模块;
所述手环的下半部的中间断开,形成第一端和第二端,所述第一端的端面上设置有连接插板,所述第二端的端面上开设有供所述连接插板***的连接插槽;
所述第二端上设置有锁紧件,所述锁紧件包括设置在连接插槽内的横板、连接于所述横板的上端面与所述连接插槽的上部内壁之间的弹簧、设置在所述横板的下端面两端的锁紧柱及设置在所述横板的下端面中间的压柱;所述压柱的底部连接有卡盘;
所述连接插槽两侧的内壁上开设有导向滑槽;
所述横板的两端设置有连杆,所述连杆的外端枢接有导向滚轮,所述导向滚轮配合设置在所述导向滑槽内;
所述连接插槽的底部内壁上开设有供所述锁紧柱***的锁紧孔,所述锁紧柱的底面设置有磁铁片,所述锁紧孔的底部设置有铁片;
所述锁紧柱的底部呈锥体状,所述锁紧孔为锥形孔;
所述连接插板的用于***所述连接插槽内的外端的中间设置有开槽,所述连接插板的外端的两侧设置有用于供所述锁紧柱穿过的固定通孔;
所述控制显示模块包括主控芯片及与所述主控芯片均电连接的电源模块、触摸显示屏、震动驱动模块、声音驱动模块、光驱动模块、电刺激驱动模块、无线通讯模块;
所述震动刺激模块包括与所述震动驱动模块电连接的震动马达,所述声光刺激模块包括与所述声音驱动模块电连接的迷你喇叭和与所述光驱动模块电连接的LED灯珠;
所述手套本体和手环的内壁上均设置有保护涂层,所述保护涂层通过喷涂保护涂料后再经干燥得到,所述保护涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
天然乳胶 30-80重量份;
水凝胶 10-40重量份;
聚四氟乙烯乳液 2-30重量份;
纳米氧化锆粉 2-15重量份;
纳米氧化锌粉 2-10重量份;
磷酸钛粉 1-15份重量份;
白芷粉 1-20重量份;
珍珠粉 1-20重量份;
橄榄油 2-20重量份;
桉树精油 2-20重量份;
粘结剂 5-20重量份;
交联剂 5-20重量份;
溶剂 10-80重量份。
