Detailed Description
In order to make the technical scheme of the invention more clearly shown, the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a first embodiment of a safety helmet with a multifunctional mounting bracket, which can be worn not only on the head of a rider to protect the head, but also to mount functional parts such as a mobile phone, a camera, a lighting device, etc. to increase the diversity of functions of the helmet.
The safety helmet with the multifunctional mounting bracket comprises a helmet body 10, a mounting seat 20, a buckling piece 30, a functional piece and a chin rest 40, wherein the mounting seat 20, the buckling piece 30, the functional piece and the chin rest 40 are arranged on the helmet body 10, the mounting seat 20 is arranged on the top of the outer surface of the helmet body 10, the buckling piece 30 is arranged on the mounting seat 20, and the functional piece is arranged on the buckling piece 30; the chin rest 40 is mounted to the front side of the lower end of the helmet body 10. In this embodiment, the functional component is a lighting device 50.
The top of the outer surface of the helmet body 10 is provided with a mounting part, a mounting groove 11 is arranged on the mounting part, the bottom of the mounting groove 11 is provided with a plurality of groups of mounting holes 12, and the plurality of groups of mounting holes 12 are arranged along the front-back extending direction of the helmet body 10. The mounting part is also provided with a positioning groove 13, and the positioning groove 13 is arranged to facilitate the preliminary positioning of the mounting seat 20.
The mounting seat 20 comprises a bottom plate 21 and two side plates 22 arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate 21, wherein a plurality of positioning holes 24 are formed in the bottom plate 21, and the number of the positioning holes 24 is less than that of the mounting holes 12 so as to facilitate position adjustment; and the spacing between two adjacent positioning holes 24 is the same as the spacing between two adjacent mounting holes 12. One side end of the mounting seat 21 is extended with an elongated shielding part 23, and the shielding part 23 can be used for shielding redundant mounting holes 12 when the mounting seat 20 is changed in mounting direction, so that the appearance of the helmet is tidier and more attractive. Furthermore, a positioning bar (not shown) is provided on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 21, and the positioning bar is provided corresponding to the positioning groove 13 on the mounting portion of the helmet body 10. The two side plates 22 are disposed opposite to each other. The side plates 22 are in an inverted L-shaped arrangement, the side plates 22 comprise vertical plates 221 and transverse plates 222 arranged at the top ends of the vertical plates 221, the transverse plates 222 on the two side plates 22 are in opposite extending arrangement, and the side plates and the bottom plate 21 are enclosed on the inner sides of the side plates 22 to form a clamping groove which extends horizontally.
During installation, the positioning strips at the bottom of the installation seat 20 are clamped into the positioning grooves 13 of the installation part of the helmet body 10 so as to initially position the installation seat; the positioning holes 24 on the mounting seat 20 are arranged in part of the holes of the helmet body 10 according to the requirements, in addition, the mounting direction of the mounting seat 20 can be optionally arranged according to the requirements, and the top of the helmet is arc-shaped, so that the position and the angle of the mounting seat 20 can be adjusted.
The fastening member 30 includes a main body portion 31 and a positioning portion 32 disposed on the main body portion 31, the main body portion 31 includes a limiting portion 311 and an elastic fastening portion 312 disposed opposite to each other, and the positioning portion 32 is disposed above the limiting portion 311. The limiting portion 311 is further provided with an extending portion 315 on one side of the elastic fastening portion 312, the extending portion 315 extends between the two elastic fastening portions 312, and the arrangement of the extending portion 315 can increase the bearing capacity of the fastening member 30 and reduce the stress of the elastic fastening portions 312. The elastic fastening portion 312 is provided with a first limiting portion 313 and a second limiting portion 314 sequentially from one side of the limiting portion 311 to the other end thereof. The positioning portion 32 is provided with a plurality of side-by-side clamping grooves 321, and the positioning portion 32 is also provided with a fixing hole 322 which penetrates through the positioning portion 32 and is communicated with the plurality of clamping grooves 321.
During installation, the fastening member 30 is fastened into the mounting seat 20 from one side of the end of the elastic fastening portion 312, the two side plates 22 compress the two elastic fastening portions 312 inward until the second limiting portions 314 extend out of the side plates 22, the two elastic fastening portions 312 pop out to two sides due to the loss of the compression of the side plates 22, the two second limiting portions 314 are fastened to the outer end portions of the corresponding side plates, and the first limiting portions 313 are fastened to the corresponding side plate fastening grooves. The fastener 30 may be inserted into the mounting base 20 from the front side of the helmet or the rear side of the helmet, so that the position and angle of the fastener may be further adjusted.
The lighting device 50 comprises a housing 51, a lighting lamp 52 and a warning lamp (not shown), wherein a clamping portion 511 is arranged at the bottom of the housing 51, a plurality of clamping blocks are arranged on the clamping portion 511, and through holes penetrating through the clamping blocks are further formed in the clamping portion 511. The casing 51 is further provided with a plurality of control keys 512, which can be used for controlling the lighting lamp, the warning lamp to be turned on or off, the brightness to be adjusted, the color temperature to be adjusted, and the like. In addition, the safety helmet with the multifunctional mounting bracket further includes a fastener 60. During installation, the clamping blocks are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves 321 of the clamping pieces 30, the clamping blocks are locked by the fastening pieces 60, and the angles of the functional pieces can be automatically adjusted and then installed. Further, the fastening member 30 is further provided with a rotating portion (not shown), and the positioning portion 32 is disposed on the rotating portion, and the rotating portion can drive the positioning portion to rotate 360 degrees. Thereby being more beneficial to the adjustment of the angle of the functional piece.
The two sides of the bottom end of the helmet body 10 are also provided with jacks (not shown), and the two clips of the chin rest 50 are arranged in the jacks. The chin rest 40 includes a housing 41 and a buffer layer 42 disposed on the inner side of the housing, where the upper and lower ends of the buffer layer 42 extend to the upper and lower sides of the housing 41, so as to avoid the chin from contacting with the hard housing and affecting the wearing comfort. The two ends of the chin rest 40 are respectively provided with an inserting sheet 43, and the inserting sheets 43 are clamped in the insertion holes at the edge of the lower end of the helmet body 10, so that the chin rest 40 is fixedly arranged on the helmet body 10.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the functional component in the second embodiment of the present invention has the same basic structure as the first embodiment, and also includes a helmet body 10, a mounting base 20 and a fastening member 30, wherein in the present embodiment, the functional component is a camera assembly 50a. The camera assembly 50a includes a mounting box 51a and a camera 52a mounted in the mounting box 51a, the mounting box 51a includes a box 511a and a box cover 512a covering the box 511a, and a side edge of the box cover 512a is pivoted to an upper end edge of the box 511a.
An inner ring 513a is extended on the inner side surface of the box cover 512a, and a sealing ring (not shown) is sleeved on the outer side surface of the inner ring 513a, so as to improve the tightness between the box cover 512a and the box body 511a. A limit groove is formed in the middle of the inner side of the box cover 512a, a cushion pad 514a is arranged in the limit groove, and the cushion pad 514a can space the camera 52a from the box cover 512a, so that impact force of external force on the camera 52a can be reduced. A latch protrusion 515a is further disposed on a side edge of the lid 512a, and the latch protrusion 515a is disposed opposite to the pivoting side edge of the lid 512 a.
The box 511a is provided with a corresponding counter-buckle 516a corresponding to the position of the buckle protrusion 515, and the counter-buckle 516a can be counter-buckled with the buckle protrusion 515 to lock the box cover 512a to the box 511a. The side surface of the box 511a is further provided with a plurality of external keys 517a, the outer side surface of the box 511a is provided with the engaging portion 518a, and the structure of the engaging portion 518a is the same as that in the first embodiment. The outer side surface of the camera 52a is provided with a plurality of inner keys 521a, the outer keys 517a are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the inner keys 521a, and when in use, the outer keys 517a are pressed, and the outer keys 517a press the inner keys 521a inwards, so that the switch and other function adjustment of the camera can be realized. In addition, a data interface and a charging interface are also provided on the side of the camera 52 a.
As shown in fig. 8, the functional component in the third embodiment of the present invention is a schematic structural diagram, and the third embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment in structure, and also includes a helmet body 10, a mounting seat 20 and a fastening component 30, and is different in that the functional component in the present embodiment is a mobile phone support 50b, a side surface of the mobile phone support 50b is provided with a plurality of support posts 51b, and the plurality of support posts 51b enclose to form a mobile phone clamping structure. The mobile phone stand 50b comprises a main stand 52b, an adjusting stand 53b and a positioning screw 54b, wherein more than one support column 51b is respectively arranged on the main stand 51b and the adjusting stand 53 b. The engaging portion 55b is provided on the outer side surface of the main frame 51b, and the engaging portion 55b has the same structure as in the first embodiment. The adjusting bracket 53 is movably mounted at one side end of the main bracket 52b, the adjusting screw 54b is connected to the adjusting bracket 53b and the main bracket 52b, and a limiting washer is disposed at the inner side of the adjusting bracket 53b to limit the adjusting bracket 53b to the adjusting screw 54b, and the adjusting screw 54b can rotate freely. When in use, the adjusting screw 54b is rotated, so that the adjusting bracket can be driven to be away from or close to the main bracket 51b, and the mobile phone can be installed and fixed.
