而银耳具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。它能提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝脏功能,它不但能增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫能力,还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。可以滋补生津;润肺养胃,补肺益气。虚劳咳嗽;痰中带血;津少口渴;病后体虚;气短乏力;银耳也是一味滋补良药,特点是滋润而不腻滞,具有补脾开胃、益气清肠、安眠健胃、补脑、养阴清热、润燥之功,对阴虚火旺不受参茸等温热滋补的病人是一种良好的补品。银耳富有天然特性胶质,加上它的滋阴作用,长期服用可以润肤,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效。银耳是种含膳食纤维的减肥食品,它的膳食纤维可助胃肠蠕动,减少脂肪吸收;

本发明一种木耳饮料制配方法,其主料包括木耳,辅料包括银耳以及黄秋葵,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选料:选择含多糖量高、肉质肥厚的高品质木耳、银耳,其中木耳每百克含多糖量在33克以上,银耳每百克含多糖量在26克以上,黄秋葵选择无虫孔、表面无斑点、长势良好的幼果;
(2)清洗晒制:首先将挑选好的木耳以及银耳在温水中洗净、去除杂质,将黄秋葵清洗干净,去除不能食用部分,然后放入容器备用;
(3)配料比例:将备用的木耳、银耳和黄秋葵取出,按照木耳2000-2500重量份,银耳600-900重量份,黄秋葵50-80重量份,水8000-15000重量份比例配料;
(4)蒸煮过滤:将调整好配料比例的木耳、银耳以及黄秋葵一起放入容器内蒸煮,其蒸煮时间为10-12小时,水温保持在110-150度,将蒸煮完成的木耳、银耳、黄秋葵以及水的混合物通过滤网进行过滤,其中混合物中的液体部分储存至容器中当做原料,固体部分进行环保处理;
(5)调配:将原料与纯净水进行混合调配,其中每调配100克饮料的原料与纯净水的配比为:纯净水含量75-78克,原料含量22-25克,搅拌均匀;
(6)灌装:将调配好的饮料成品通过灌装机灌入容器中,封口,所述容器包括塑料瓶、玻璃瓶;
(7)杀菌:将包装完成的饮料成品,放入密闭的高压灭菌容器中进行高压灭菌;
(8)封箱储存:灭菌完成后的瓶装饮料进行装箱并运送至储藏室储存。

(5)调配:将原料与纯净水进行混合调配,其中每调配100克饮料的原料与纯净水的配比为:纯净水含量75-78克,原料含量22-25克,搅拌均匀;
(6)灌装:将调配好的饮料成品通过灌装机灌入容器中,封口,所述容器包括塑料瓶、玻璃瓶;
(7)杀菌:将包装完成的饮料成品,放入密闭的高压灭菌容器中进行高压灭菌;
(8)封箱储存:灭菌完成后的瓶装饮料进行装箱并运送至储藏室储存。
所述步骤(4)蒸煮过滤所选择的容器为大容量、密封装置,该装置为锅或者密封罐,其蒸煮时间以及水温根据提取物多糖的比值以及效率为根据,确定水温130度为最佳温度,蒸煮时间大于10小时但小于12小时时提取多糖效率最快。
