Description

Repellent for tobacco nails and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural product storage, in particular to a tobacco nail repellent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Tobacco Lasioderma serricorn (Fabricius) is an important storage pest, particularly on stored tobacco leaves and products thereof. The beetles belong to the family Coleoptera larkspur, are distributed throughout the world and are extremely omnivorous in feeding habits. In order to prevent and treat the tobacco nail, China invests a large amount of manpower and finances every year, and the main prevention and treatment methods include the following steps: comprises traditional fumigation toxic gas phosphine and methyl bromide, and novel fumigant ethyl formate, carbonyl sulfide, sulfuryl fluoride, etc.; physical control: comprises a sealing packaging material, diatomite, 60Co rays, hot air treatment, an air conditioning method and the like; biological control: comprises releasing Cereus meretrix and Tyrophagus Greek, and applying Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) preparation; tobacco sex attractant: such as Serrico sex pheromone traps; tobacco nail repellent: some broad-spectrum pest repellents such as naphthalene, camphor and p-dichlorobenzene have been used to control tobacco beetles eating calligraphy and painting. Except for the fumigation method, the other control measures are in the exploration or test stage, and the main reason is that the effect is not ideal or the benefit is not obvious. The tobacco nail has serious resistance after being fumigated by hydrogen phosphide for a long time, and the methyl bromide is eliminated because the methyl bromide is difficult to degrade and can destroy the ozone layer; other novel fumigants such as ethyl formate, carbonyl sulfide and sulfuryl fluoride are not approved for use in tobacco. The tobacco A is prevented and controlled by utilizing a sealing packaging material in an isolation mode, so that the tobacco quality is greatly influenced; the radiation prevention and treatment also has the defect of influencing the tobacco quality, the requirements on cost and application conditions are high, and the risks of potential carcinogenesis, teratogenesis and mutagenesis on a human body are not evaluated; the air conditioning method has high requirements on the tobacco warehouse infrastructure, so the cost is very high; the seasonal limitation of temperature control prevention is too strong, and the application of biological prevention is still in the primary stage; the sex attractant is a female attractant and can only trap and kill male insects, so that the sex attractant cannot achieve due control effect.
At present, because chemical fumigation has the defect of high toxicity, common cinnamaldehyde tobacco formaldehyde repellents, such as patent application CN201810083640.1 (a tobacco formaldehyde repellent, a preparation method and an application thereof) and patent CN200810141573.0 (a tobacco formaldehyde repellent) have lasting repellent effects but poor repellent effects, and cannot be expected particularly when being used in a large area, so that in order to effectively prevent and treat tobacco formaldehyde, a tobacco formaldehyde repellent which has low toxicity, good repellent effects and basically no harm to a human body needs to be found.
