Abstract
本发明涉及皮革制品领域,具体涉及一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板及其制造工艺。一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:植物纤维65%~70%;乳胶20%~25%;湿强剂0.5%~0.6%;交联剂1%~2%;功能助剂0.5%~2.5%;染料0.1%~0.2%;并用水补充至100%。本发明制造的植物纤维板仿皮,其质地柔软,接近仿皮手感;耐磨耐折,尤其是具有优秀的耐湿摩擦性能,在完全浸湿的状态下,反复刮擦揉搓不会分层;具有合适的挺度和较高的物理强度。制造出来的仿皮产品适合制造裤标标牌,皮包,鞋材,皮带,仿皮封面,艺术品包装等。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮革制品领域,具体涉及一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板及其制造工艺。
背景技术
我国现有的牛仔裤标的材料主要来源于石油类产品如热固性和热塑性材料,还有传统的动物皮及金属材料。现有的传统牛仔裤标产品如石油类PU产品和皮类,由于其为100%石油类衍生产品,虽然有很好的物理性能和使用性能,但其价格昂贵,相对于以植物纤维为主基的材料,价格比分别高出50%和300%以上,同时石油产品不可再生和不可降解,皮类制作有污染(主要是重金属污染)。另外金属产品不单在制作过程中有电镀污染和切割、打孔等不安全因素,同时在穿着过程中存在不安全性。
全世界牛仔裤的总需求量为1亿平方米/年,销售值为30亿元/年,其中中国占比为60%,其他国家和地区占比40%。而高性能环保牛仔裤标用植物纤维板材料由于其独有的经济性、环保性、物理性能和使用性能(耐水性性能)其发展潜能巨大,所以开发并生产高性能环保牛仔裤标用植物纤维板材料,具有很高的经济价值和社会意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种性能优异,价格便宜的牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板。
本发明的另一个目的是提供上述乳胶纤维板的制造工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
植物纤维65%~70%;乳胶20%~25%;湿强剂0.5%~0.6%;交联剂1%~2%;功能助剂0.5%~2.5%;染料0.1%~0.2%;并用水补充至100%。
进一步的,所述植物纤维为质量分数为100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆。
进一步的,所述乳胶的玻璃化温度小于‐10℃。
进一步的,所述乳胶为为氯丁乳胶、聚丙烯酸酯乳胶、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳胶中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述湿强剂为聚丙烯酰胺树脂。
进一步的,所述交联剂为双丙酮丙烯酰胺。
进一步的,所述功能助剂为抗氧化剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂中的至少一种。本发明所用的消泡剂和抗氧化剂为市面常用产品即可实现本发明,如抗氧化剂可使用DLTP或者TH-CPL。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为75%的二异辛基琥珀璜酸钠溶液。
进一步的,一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
植物纤维65%~70%;乳胶20%~25%;湿强剂0.5%~0.6%;交联剂1%~2%;抗氧化剂0.5%~1%;表面活性剂0.5%~1%;消泡剂0.1%~0.2%;染料0.1%~0.2%;并用水补充至100%。
本发明选用玻璃化温度小于‐10℃的乳胶再配合聚丙烯酰胺树脂和质量分数为100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,使得所成的植物纤维板具有良好的物理性能。
所述的牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板的制造工艺,包含如下步骤:
a)将植物纤维与适量的水放入水力碎浆机中碎浆,经除砂除杂后磨浆,将植物纤维的叩解度磨至15~20°SR,加入染料、湿强剂充分混合后得到浆料;
b)然后将乳胶、交联剂、抗氧化剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和水在配胶池中混合均匀,再将混合均匀后的混合乳胶送至浸胶部;
c)将步骤a中得到的浆料经网部成型及脱水后,再在浸胶部浸渍混合乳胶,用压榨机脱除多余的混合乳胶,经烘干设备进行高温干燥;
d)最后通过表面整饰制成乳胶纤维板。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明制造的植物纤维板仿皮,其质地柔软,接近仿皮手感;耐磨耐折,尤其是具有优秀的耐湿摩擦性能,在完全浸湿的状态下,反复刮擦揉搓不会分层;具有合适的挺度和较高的物理强度。制造出来的仿皮产品适合制造裤标标牌,皮包,鞋材,皮带,仿皮封面,艺术品包装等。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
本发明所用的乳胶如无特别说明,其玻璃化温度小于‐10℃。
本发明的乳胶纤维板均用如下工艺制备:
a)将植物纤维与适量的水放入水力碎浆机中碎浆,经除砂除杂后磨浆,将植物纤维的叩解度磨至15~20°SR,加入染料、湿强剂充分混合后得到浆料;
b)然后将乳胶、交联剂、抗氧化剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和水在配胶池中混合均匀,再将混合均匀后的混合乳胶送至浸胶部;
c)将步骤a中得到的浆料经网部成型及脱水后,再在浸胶部浸渍混合乳胶,用压榨机脱除多余的混合乳胶,经烘干设备进行高温干燥;
d)最后通过表面整饰制成乳胶纤维板。
实施例1
一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆68%;氯丁乳胶23%;聚丙烯酰胺树脂0.5%;双丙酮丙烯酰胺1.5%;抗氧化剂0.8%;75%的二异辛基琥珀璜酸钠溶液0.8%;消泡剂0.1%;染料0.1%;并用水补充至100%。
实施例2
一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆68%;聚丙烯酸酯乳胶25%;聚丙烯酰胺树脂0.6%;双丙酮丙烯酰胺2%;抗氧化剂0.5%;75%的二异辛基琥珀璜酸钠溶液0.5%;消泡剂0.2%;染料0.2%;并用水补充至100%。
实施例3
一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆70%;聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳胶20%;聚丙烯酰胺树脂0.55%;双丙酮丙烯酰胺1%;抗氧化剂1%;75%的二异辛基琥珀璜酸钠溶液1%;消泡剂0.2%;染料0.2%;并用水补充至100%。
对比例1
本实施例中的氯丁乳胶的玻璃化温度为5℃。
一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆68%;氯丁乳胶23%;聚丙烯酰胺树脂0.5%;双丙酮丙烯酰胺1.5%;抗氧化剂0.8%;75%的二异辛基琥珀璜酸钠溶液0.8%;消泡剂0.1%;染料0.1%;并用水补充至100%。
根据国际通用标准,牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板的性能测试如表1。

1.一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
植物纤维 65%~70%;
乳胶 20%~25%;
湿强剂 0.5%~0.6%;
交联剂 1%~2%;
功能助剂 0.5%~2.5%;
染料 0.1%~0.2%;
并用水补充至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述植物纤维为质量分数为100%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述乳胶的玻璃化温度小于‐10℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述乳胶为为氯丁乳胶、聚丙烯酸酯乳胶、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳胶中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述湿强剂为聚丙烯酰胺树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述交联剂为双丙酮丙烯酰胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述功能助剂为抗氧化剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为75%的二异辛基琥珀璜酸钠溶液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板,其特征在于由如下重量百分比的组分组成:
植物纤维 65%~70%;
乳胶 20%~25%;
湿强剂 0.5%~0.6%;
交联剂 1%~2%;
抗氧化剂 0.5%~1%;
表面活性剂 0.5%~1%;
消泡剂 0.1%~0.2%;
染料 0.1%~0.2%;
并用水补充至100%。
10.一种权利要求9所述的牛仔裤标用乳胶纤维板的制造工艺,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
a)将植物纤维与适量的水放入水力碎浆机中碎浆,经除砂除杂后磨浆,将植物纤维的叩解度磨至15~20°SR,加入染料、湿强剂充分混合后得到浆料;
b)然后将乳胶、交联剂、抗氧化剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和水在配胶池中混合均匀,再将混合均匀后的混合乳胶送至浸胶部;
c)将步骤a中得到的浆料经网部成型及脱水后,再在浸胶部浸渍混合乳胶,用压榨机脱除多余的混合乳胶,经烘干设备进行高温干燥;
d)最后通过表面整饰制成乳胶纤维板。
