In step M2, the locking bolt 6 is screwed into the first locking hole 23 of the socket 2 and the second locking hole 44 of the movable clamping plate 4, the socket 2 and the movable clamping plate 4 are connected together, the corresponding movable clamping plate 4 is matched with the second side panel 72 of the lower machine 7, so that the stacking base 1 is clamped on the first side panel 71 and the second side panel 72 through the fixed clamping plate 3 and the movable clamping plate 4 respectively, and the stacking base 1 is fixed on the lower machine 7 in a clamping manner.
Considering that the stacking seat 1 has a more reasonable operation sequence in the installation process, avoiding misoperation or even accidents, preferably, the locking bolt 6 needs to sequentially pass through the first locking hole 23 and the second locking hole 44 in the horizontal direction, and the supporting seat 2 and the movable clamping plate 4 are connected together, namely, the locking bolt 6 needs to be installed from the accommodating part 21 of the supporting seat 2, because of the matching relationship between the upper machine 8 and the accommodating part 21, if the step M3 is performed before the step M2, the installation of the locking bolt 6 is blocked, so that the step M2 is ensured to be performed in the installation process, and then the step M3 can be performed, namely, the locking bolt 6 is installed firstly, the stacking seat 1 is fixed on the lower machine 7, and then the upper machine 8 and the stacking seat 1 are placed in a matching manner; accordingly, if the step M3 is performed first and then the step M2 is performed, the stacking base 1 and the lower machine 7 cannot be fixed, and accidents are easy to occur during the installation process.
In step M3, the accommodating portion 21 of the receiving seat 2 is matched with the bottom panel of the upper machine 8, and the supporting legs of the corresponding upper machine 8 are also disposed in the supporting leg accommodating grooves 22 of the receiving seat, so that not only is the accommodating space provided for the bottom panel and the supporting legs of the upper machine 8, but also a certain limiting and fixing effect is provided for the upper machine 8 in the horizontal direction.
In step M4, the fixing member 5 is pushed in the horizontal direction towards the upper machine 8, so that the limiting claw 51 is clamped with the stud 82, and then the fixing bolt 9 is installed in the fixing hole 52, so that the fixing member 5 is fixedly connected with the supporting leg accommodating groove 22, and thus, the process of installing the fixing member 5 is completed, an accommodating space is formed between the limiting claw 51 of the fixing member 5 and the supporting leg accommodating groove 22, the supporting leg 81 of the upper machine 8 is clamped in the accommodating space formed between the limiting claw 51 and the supporting leg accommodating groove 22, the supporting leg 81 is fixed in the vertical direction, and the supporting leg 81 is also fixed in the horizontal direction, so that the supporting leg 81 of the upper machine 8 is fixed on the stacking base 1, and the fixing of the stacking base 1 to the upper machine 8 is completed.
In the installation method of the embodiment, the stacking base 1 is clamped and fixed on the lower machine 7 more simply, and meanwhile, the stacking base 1 adopts a method that one side is fixedly clamped and the other side can be movably clamped, so that the stacking base 1 can adapt to the lower machine 7 with different sizes, and the general matching performance of the stacking base 1 in a specific application process is improved.
In addition, the supporting legs of the upper machine 8 are not only accommodated, but also the supporting legs of the upper machine 8 are clamped and fixed between the fixing pieces 5 and the supporting leg accommodating grooves 22 by installing the fixing pieces 5 at the supporting leg accommodating grooves 22, so that the upper machine 8 is fixed by the stacking base 1 more simply.
Example 5
In order to further describe the process of disassembling the stacking base in the present utility model, as shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a method for disassembling the stacking base, which includes the following steps:
n1, removing the fixing member 5 from the stacking base 1;
n2, taking the upper machine 8 out of the stacking seat 1;
n3, detaching the movable clamping plate 4 from the stacking base 1;
and N4, removing the stacking base 1 from the lower machine 7.
In step N1, the fixing bolt 9 is first removed from the fixing hole 52, then the fixing piece 5 is pulled by the rib 55 to separate the limiting claw 51 from the stud 82, and the limiting claw 51 is pulled out from the supporting leg accommodating groove 22, so that the limiting effect of the limiting claw 51 on the supporting leg 81 is released, and the fixing piece 5 is removed; correspondingly, the fixing and limiting actions of the limiting claw 51 of the fixing piece 5 on the stud 82 and the supporting foot 81 are also relieved, and the stacking base 1 only plays a bearing role on the upper machine 8.
In step N2, since there is no fixing function between the upper machine 8 and the stacking base 1, while the stacking base 1 is still fixed on the lower machine 7, the user only needs to take out the upper machine 8 from the stacking base 1.
In step N3, the locking bolt 6 is removed from the first locking hole 23 of the socket 2 and the second locking hole 44 of the movable clamp plate 4, and the movable clamp plate 4 is separated from the socket 2, that is, the fixing effect between the movable clamp plate 4 and the socket 2 is released, and then the movable clamp plate 4 is taken out.
After the removal of the movable clamp plate 4, the clamping action of the movable clamp plate 4 on the second side panel 72 is correspondingly released, and the stacking base 1 cannot be firmly clamped on the lower machine 7 by only relying on the matching relation of the fixed clamp plate 3 and the first side panel 71, so that the fixing action between the stacking base 1 and the lower machine 7 is also released, and at the moment, the stacking base 1 is only matched and placed on the lower machine 7; therefore, in step N4, the user only needs to remove the socket 2 and the fixing clamp plate 3 fixedly connected to the socket 2 from the lower machine 7, and the disassembling process of the stacking base 1 is completed.
In the above-mentioned disassembling method, it should be further explained that, as a preferred embodiment, in the step N3, the locking bolts 6 are sequentially disassembled from the second locking holes 44 and the first locking holes 23 in the horizontal direction, that is, the locking bolts 6 need to be removed from the accommodating portion 21 of the socket 2, and because the matching relationship between the upper machine 8 and the accommodating portion 21 has an obstructing effect on the disassembly of the locking bolts 6 before the step N3, it is ensured that the step N2 must be performed before the step N3 is performed in the disassembly process, that is, the upper machine 8 is removed from the stacking base 1 first, and then the locking bolts 6 can be disassembled, that is, the stacking base 1 is disassembled, so as to avoid the occurrence of unexpected situations in the disassembly process;
in addition, under the condition that the upper machine 8 and the lower machine 7 are normally placed or operated, the upper machine 8 is carried and fixed on the stacking base 1, if the locking bolt 6 can be directly detached at this time, so that the stacking base 1 cannot be effectively fixed on the lower machine 7, accidents such as falling of the upper machine 8 are easy to occur, and in this embodiment, through the process that the locking bolt 6 is detached from the second locking hole 44 and the first locking hole 23 in sequence in the horizontal direction, the occurrence of the situation can be effectively avoided.
Therefore, no matter in the disassembly process or in the normal placement or operation of related equipment, the locking bolts 6 are sequentially disassembled from the second locking holes 44 and the first locking holes 23 in the horizontal direction, so that the upper machine 8 is ensured to be removed from the stacking base 1, and then the locking bolts 6 can be disassembled, thereby avoiding accidents such as falling of the upper machine 8 caused by improper disassembly.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the utility model is not intended to be limiting, but rather to enable any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement or the like to be made within the spirit and principles of the utility model.
