Description

Burner holding member
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a burner holding member for holding a burner venturi tube of a burner body of a gas range housed in an outer case with a space between the burner body and a top surface portion of the outer case.
Background
Conventionally, as a packaging structure of a gas range, a cushion material is disposed on each of a bottom side and an upper side of a range body housed in an outer box such as a corrugated cardboard box, and the range body is held in a state protected from external impact (patent documents 1 and 2).

Patent document 2: japanese patent laid-open No. 2005-247332
In the above-described conventional packaging structure, a burner venturi tube (mixing pipe) is fixed to a burner attachment plate of the range body, but the upper side of the burner venturi tube is open to the space without a support. Therefore, when the outer box housing the range main body falls from the ceiling surface side, the load applied to the burner venturi tube by the impact of the fall of the ceiling surface cannot be received. In this case, when a load is applied to the burner venturi tube, the burner venturi tube moves by inertia, and the burner attachment plate to which the burner venturi tube is fixed may be detached to deform the burner attachment plate or the range body to which the burner attachment plate is fixed. In particular, when the burner venturi tube is a heavy object such as a cast product, the burner venturi tube is subjected to a large load due to the fall of the ceiling surface, and the burner attachment plate or the range body is easily deformed. As described above, when the burner attachment plate or the like is deformed, the position of the burner venturi in the range main body is displaced, and therefore, related parts of parts (for example, an ignition electrode, TC, a triangular frame, and the like) attached to the gas burner are also displaced, and there is a possibility that the gas burner and parts around the gas burner may not function normally.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a burner holding member for holding a burner venturi tube so that the burner venturi tube does not shift when an outer case accommodating a range main body falls from a ceiling surface.
The burner holding member according to the present invention is,
a burner Venturi tube fixed on a burner mounting plate of the stove body, a burner holding member for holding the stove body of the gas stove accommodated in the outer box with a space between the burner Venturi tube and the top surface part of the outer box,
the burner holding member has an impact absorbing portion supported on a cylindrical burner venturi tube top of the burner venturi tube and disposed in contact with an outer box top surface portion.
Thus, when the outer box (hereinafter, a packaged product) housing the range body falls from the top surface, the impact absorbing portion absorbs the impact of the burner venturi tube when the top surface falls, and the load applied to the burner venturi tube is received. Therefore, the burner venturi tube can be prevented from moving by inertia to deform the burner mounting plate or the range body.
The burner holding member may include:
a flange part which is abutted with the upper end of the top of the Venturi tube of the burner;
a support part formed at the lower part of the flange part and inserted into the top of the Venturi tube of the burner;
and a spacer portion formed on the upper portion of the flange portion and constituting the shock absorbing portion.
According to this structure, the burner holding member can be stably supported on the burner venturi top by the support portion. The flange portion defines the mounting position of the burner holding member with respect to the burner venturi tube top portion, and the spacer portion is disposed at a predetermined height position above the burner venturi tube top portion so as to be supported by the burner venturi tube top portion and the outer box top surface portion. Therefore, when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, the spacer portion serves as an impact absorbing portion that absorbs the impact of the burner venturi tube when the top surface is dropped, thereby receiving the load applied to the burner venturi tube.
Preferably, the burner holding member is formed of a cylindrical body of a resin molded product.
In this case, when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, the shock absorbing portion of the burner holding member is elastically deformed or broken to absorb the shock of the burner venturi tube when the top surface is dropped, and the load applied to the burner venturi tube can be reliably received. Further, since the burner holding member is a resin molded product, the dimensions of each part of the burner holding member can be accurately and easily manufactured by injection molding or the like according to design. Further, when the burner holding member is formed of corrugated paper, foamed styrene or the like, powder is generated by rubbing against the top of the burner venturi tube by vibration such as conveyance, and the powder is accumulated in the burner venturi tube, which may cause poor combustibility of the burner. Further, since the molded article is a resin molded article, the venturi tube of the combustor is not scratched by vibration such as transportation.
The shock absorbing portion may be formed of a cylindrical body provided with a slit.
In this case, since the burner venturi tube is light, even when it is difficult to apply a large impact force, the impact absorbing portion is likely to be elastically deformed or damaged when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, and the impact applied to the burner venturi tube when the top surface is dropped is absorbed, so that the load applied to the burner venturi tube can be reliably received.
The shock absorbing portion may be formed of a cylindrical body provided with a rib extending in the longitudinal direction.
In this case, the strength of the impact absorbing portion is increased by the ribs. Therefore, when the burner venturi tube is relatively heavy and a large impact force is easily applied, the impact absorbing portion is not easily broken when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, but elastically deforms to absorb the impact of the burner venturi tube when the top surface is dropped, thereby reliably receiving the load applied to the burner venturi tube.
The shock absorbing portion may be formed of a cylindrical body having a wall thickness that becomes thinner toward the front end constituting a contact portion with the top surface portion of the outer box.
In this case, when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, the impact absorbing portion is likely to be elastically deformed or damaged at a portion thereof located away from the tip end of the burner venturi tube, and therefore, it is possible to make it difficult to apply a large impact to the burner venturi tube when the top surface is dropped. Therefore, large inertial movement of the burner venturi tube is suppressed, and deformation of the burner attachment plate or the range body can be reliably prevented.
Effects of the invention
As described above, according to the burner holding member of the present invention, even when the packaged product falls from the top surface, the burner attachment plate to which the burner venturi tube is fixed or the cooker body can be prevented from being deformed, and the burner venturi tube is held at a predetermined set position in the cooker body without being displaced. Therefore, the gas burner is not displaced with respect to the accessory parts of the gas burner, and the function of the gas burner and the peripheral parts thereof is not abnormal. Therefore, the reliability of the package of the gas range is improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
In packaging the gas range, the gas range is stored in a corrugated box constituting the rectangular outer box 2 in a state of being separated into respective main portions. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the gas range is disassembled into a range body 3, a top plate 41, a burner ring upper 42, a burner ring lower 43, a burner body 52, a burner head 53, a triangular flame holder 44, an operating handle 45, and the like. In the range body 3, a burner venturi tube 5 and a gas valve 46 are fixed to a burner attachment plate 31 attached to the inside of the case 30.
In the packaging structure of the gas range shown in fig. 1, the range main body 3 housed in the outer case 2 is held in the following state: the pair of lower cushions 62 disposed on the short sides of the bottom of the stove body 3 and the pair of upper cushions 61 disposed on the long sides of the upper portion of the stove body 3 protect them from external impact. A spacer 63 is interposed between the pair of lower cushions 62. Disposed at the bottom of the outer box 2 are: the frame receiving buffer 64 in which the frame 44 is disposed and the fixing pad 65 that holds the burner body 52 and the burner head 53 are disposed. The top plate 41 is held on the upper portions of the pair of upper cushions 61, and a top pad 66 is disposed on the upper surface of the top plate 41. In the top surface pad 66, a burner ring upper 42, a burner ring lower 43, an operation handle 45, a battery 47, and the like are housed. The lid 21 (outer box top surface portion) of the outer box 2 is closed so that the top pad 66 and the upper spacer 61 are pressed from above.
However, the gas burner in the gas range has, as a main structure, a burner venturi tube 5, a burner body 52, and a burner head 53. The burner venturi tube 5 is fixed by screw fixing or the like in a manner of maintaining a positional relationship with respect to the burner mounting plate 31 mounted in the range body 3. The burner venturi tube 5 is a portion of a mixing tube that mixes the fuel gas and the primary air in the gas burner, and is formed of a substantially L-shaped tube body. A burner venturi tube top 51 constituting an upper end portion on the outlet side of the burner venturi tube 5 is formed in a double-layered cylindrical shape inside and outside, and a circular plate-shaped burner body 52 and a circular plate-shaped burner head 53 having a flame hole are attached to the burner venturi tube top 51. In the packaged state, as described above, burner body 52 and burner head 53 are removed from burner venturi 5. In the present embodiment, the burner venturi tube 5 is cast and heavier than a machined product of a stainless steel pipe. In the present invention, the burner venturi tube 5 is not limited to being made of a casting, and may be a machined product of a stainless steel pipe. The burner attachment plate 31 for fixing the burner venturi tube 5 or the casing 30 of the range body 3 to which the burner attachment plate 31 is attached is formed of a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate.
In the packaged state, the burner venturi tube 5 is fixed to the burner attachment plate 31 of the range body 3, and a space is opened above the burner venturi tube 5 and between the cover plate 21 of the outer box 2. Therefore, when the outer box 2 accommodating the range main body 3 falls from the ceiling surface side, the burner venturi tube 5 moves by inertia due to the impact of the falling ceiling surface, and there is a possibility that the burner attachment plate 31 or the casing 30 of the range main body 3 to which the burner attachment plate 31 is attached is deformed.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, in the packaging structure of the gas range, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the burner holding member 1 is disposed in the burner venturi tube 5 of the range body 3, and the burner holding member 1 can be pressed from above by the cover plate 21. That is, the burner holding member 1 is used to absorb the impact of the outer box 2 accommodating the range body 3, that is, the packaged product, when it falls from the top surface, thereby suppressing the burner venturi tube 5 of the range body 3 from moving by inertia.
The burner holding member 1 is formed of a resin molded article composed of a circular cylindrical body 10, and, referring to fig. 4, includes: a flange portion 11 formed to extend to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 10 and abutting against the upper end of the burner venturi tube top 51; a support part 12 formed by the cylinder 10 part at the lower part of the flange part 11 and inserted into the top part 51 of the burner Venturi tube; and a spacer 13 formed by the cylindrical body 10 above the flange 11, supported by the burner venturi tube top 51, and disposed in contact with the inner surface of the cover 21 of the outer box 2 as the outer box top surface.
The rectangular outer box 2 is formed of one piece of corrugated paper. The top surface of the outer box 2 is formed by a cover 21. The cover sheet 21 has four pieces of two short- side cover sheets 21a and 21b and four pieces of long- side cover sheets 21c and 21d, and in a state where each cover sheet 21 is closed, the portions of the short- side cover sheets 21a and 21b overlap the long- side cover sheets 21c and 21d to form two layers, but only the long- side cover sheets 21c and 21b are disposed between the two short- side cover sheets 21a and 21b to form one layer. In the present embodiment, in the arrangement structure of the gas burners of the gas range, the burner holding member 1 is arranged at a position where the tip end (the tip end of the partition portion 13) is in contact with only the long- side cover pieces 21c and 21d, but the burner holding member 1 may be provided at a position where it is overlapped with the short- side cover pieces 21a and 21b and the long- side cover pieces 21c and 21d to be double-layered and in contact with each other, depending on the model of the gas range or the like.
In the burner holding member 1, the support portion 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter substantially in contact with the inner surface of the outer cylindrical portion of the burner venturi top 51, and is disposed inside the burner venturi top 51. The support portion 12 enables the burner holding member 1 to be stably supported by the burner venturi top 51. Therefore, the burner holding member 1 does not shake, shift, separate, or damage the burner venturi tube 5 due to vibration during transportation of the packaged product, or the like. The flange portion 11 is formed in an annular shape having an outer diameter covering the upper end of the outer cylinder portion of the burner venturi tube top portion 51, and is locked to the upper end of the burner venturi tube top portion 51. The mounting position of the burner holding member 1 with respect to the burner venturi top 51 is determined by this flange portion 11, and the height position of the spacer portion 13 is determined. The partition portion 13 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a length from the burner venturi tube top portion 51 to the inner surface of the cover sheet 21 of the outer box 2 in a packaged state of the oven main body 3, and is disposed on the burner venturi tube top portion 51. The spacer 13 is disposed at a predetermined height position above the burner venturi top 51 so as to be positioned by the flange 11, and is interposed between the burner venturi top 51 and the cover 21 so as to be supported thereby. The spacer 13 serves as an impact absorbing portion that absorbs an impact when a packaged product, which is the outer box 2 that houses the range body 3, falls from the ceiling surface side.
According to the above configuration, when the packaged product falls from the top surface, the shock applied to the burner venturi tube 5 when the top surface falls is absorbed by the spacer 13 constituting the shock absorbing portion, and the load applied to the burner venturi tube 5 is received. Therefore, the burner venturi tube 5 can be prevented from moving by inertia to deform the burner attachment plate 31 to which the burner venturi tube 5 is fixed or the case 30 of the range body 3 to which the burner attachment plate 31 is fixed.
Since the burner holding member 1 is formed of the tubular body 10 of the resin molded product, the spacer portion 13 of the burner holding member 1 is elastically deformed or broken when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, and the impact of the burner venturi tube 5 when the top surface is dropped can be absorbed, and the load applied to the burner venturi tube 5 can be reliably received. Further, since the burner holding member 1 is a resin molded product, the dimensions of each part of the burner holding member 1 can be accurately and easily manufactured by injection molding or the like according to design. Further, when the burner holding member 1 is formed of corrugated paper, foamed styrene or the like, powder of corrugated paper or foamed styrene is generated by rubbing against the burner venturi tube top 51 by vibration such as conveyance, and the powder is accumulated in the burner venturi tube 5 to possibly cause poor combustibility of the burner, but the above-mentioned problem is not caused by forming the burner holding member 1 of a resin molded product. Further, since the molded article is a resin molded article, the combustor venturi 5 is not scratched by vibration such as transportation. As the resin forming the burner holding member 1, ABS is preferably used in view of moldability and cost, but ABS is not limited thereto, and various resin materials such as PP and PC can be used.
Four ribs 14 (projections extending from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 10) extending in the longitudinal direction are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the spacer portion 13. The strength of the spacer 13 is increased by the rib 14. Therefore, in the case where the burner venturi 5 is formed of cast material and is relatively heavy and therefore easily applies a large impact force, when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, the spacer portion 13 is elastically deformed without being easily broken, and the impact applied to the burner venturi 5 when the top surface is dropped is absorbed, so that the load applied to the burner venturi 5 can be reliably received. In particular, the rib 14 is formed to extend from the flange portion 11, which is the base end portion of the spacer portion 13, in the axial direction of the spacer portion 13. Thus, since the strength of the base end portion of the spacer 13 is increased, when the spacer 13 receives an impact when the top surface of the packaged product falls, the base end portion of the spacer 13 can be prevented from being bent and substantially not receiving the load applied to the burner venturi 5. The ribs 14 are not limited to the above configuration, and the length, number, position, and the like of the ribs 14 may be appropriately formed according to the model of the gas range, the configuration, size, weight, and the like of the burner venturi tube 5, or a configuration in which the ribs 14 are not provided.
The thickness of the spacer 13 is formed to be thinner toward the front end of the portion of the outer box 2 which makes contact with the cover 21 (see fig. 3). Thus, the spacer 13 has a stronger portion on the proximal end side than on the distal end side in terms of strength. Therefore, when the top surface of the packaged product falls, the spacer 13 is likely to be elastically deformed or broken at a portion away from the tip end of the burner venturi tube 5, and therefore, it is possible to make it difficult to apply a large impact to the burner venturi tube 5 when the top surface falls. Further, the spacer portion 13 is not bent at the base end side by the impact when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, and the impact can be absorbed satisfactorily. Therefore, when the top surface of the packaged product falls, large inertial movement of the burner venturi tube 5 is suppressed, and deformation of the burner attachment plate 31 or the housing 30 of the range body 3 can be reliably prevented. The thickness of the partition portion 13 is not limited to the above configuration, and may be formed to be uniform in the axial direction, or may be formed to be appropriate in accordance with the model of the gas range, the configuration, size, weight, and the like of the burner venturi tube 5.
As described above, according to the burner holding member 1 of the present embodiment, even when the packaged product falls from the top surface, the burner attachment plate 31 to which the burner venturi tube 5 is fixed or the housing 30 of the range body 3 is prevented from being deformed, and the burner venturi tube 5 is held at the predetermined set position of the range body 3 without being displaced. Therefore, the gas burner is not displaced with respect to the accessory parts of the gas burner, and the function of the gas burner and the peripheral parts thereof is not abnormal. Therefore, the reliability of the package of the gas range can be further improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope and range of equivalents of the claims.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, a slit 15 may be formed through the wall surface in the spacer 13. In this case, even when the burner venturi tube 5 is light and thus it is difficult to apply a large impact force, when the top surface of the packaged product is dropped, the spacer portion 13 is likely to be elastically deformed or damaged to absorb the impact of the burner venturi tube 5 when the top surface is dropped, and the load applied to the burner venturi tube 5 can be reliably received. The slits 15 shown in fig. 5 are formed in a long hole shape extending in the axial direction of the partition portion 13, four slits are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the partition portion 13, and the entire partition portion 13 is easily elastically deformed when it is dropped on the top surface of the packaged product, but the shape, position, number, and the like of the slits 15 are not limited thereto, and may be appropriately formed according to the model of the gas range, the structure, size, weight, and the like of the burner venturi tube 5, and the like.
In the above embodiment, the packaged gas range is exemplified as a one-port gas range provided with one gas burner, but the present invention may be applied to a gas range provided with two or more gas burners, and in the case of a gas range provided with a plurality of gas burners, it is preferable that the burner holding member 1 is disposed on all of the burner venturi tubes 5 of the respective gas burners. However, in the case of a gas range including a plurality of gas burners, the burner holding member 1 may be disposed with respect to some burner venturis 5 among the plurality of burner venturis 5 so that inertial movement of all the burner venturis 5 due to impact when the top surface of the packaged product falls down can be prevented, depending on the arrangement of the gas burners, the structure, size, weight, and the like of the burner venturis 5.
