Abstract
本发明涉及一种船舶用吸隔声板。具体说,是既有吸声功能、又有隔声功能的船舶用吸隔声板。这种船舶用吸隔声板包括面板和背板,其特点是面板与背板之间依次复合有岩棉层、玻璃棉层和吸音膜。这种船舶用吸隔声板,隔声效果好,能满足舱内人员对隔声效果的需要。适用于上方有较大震源的船舱的天花板上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸隔声板。具体说,是既有吸声功能、又有隔声功能的船舶用吸隔声板。尤其适用于上方有较大震源的船舱的天花板上。
背景技术
在造船行业都知道,为降低外界震源对船舱内人员的影响,在距震源(如风机室、空调室)较近的船舱内大都采用具有一定隔声效果的隔声板来对天花板或舱壁进行装饰。其中的隔声板为纯岩棉板,而纯岩棉板仅有隔声效果,没有吸声功能,仅能隔断25dB左右的震动噪声,隔声效果差,难以满足舱内人员对隔声效果的需要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种船舶用吸隔声板。这种船舶用吸隔声板,隔声效果好,能满足舱内人员对隔声效果的需要。
本发明要解决的上述问题由以下技术方案实现:
本发明的船舶用吸隔声板包括面板和背板,其特点是面板与背板之间依次复合有岩棉层、玻璃棉层和吸音膜。
其中,面板与岩棉层间、岩棉与玻璃棉层间、玻璃棉层与吸音膜间、吸音膜与背板间分别有第一~第四胶水层。
所述第一胶水层和第二胶水层均是PAPU-30型胶水,所述第三胶水层和第四胶水层均是PAPU-03型胶水。
所述面板是外表面贴有PVC膜的钢板,所述背板是均布有冲孔的镀锌钢板。
所述岩棉层、玻璃棉层分别是岩棉板和玻璃棉板,所述吸音膜是阻燃无纺布。
由上述方案可以看出,由于面板与背板之间依次复合有岩棉层、玻璃棉层和吸音膜。其中的岩棉具有优良的隔音和吸音性能,其吸音机理是其具有与多孔性特点,其孔隙可相互贯通而大部分又不是密闭状态,于是形成流阻。当声波通过时,由于流阻的作用产生摩擦,使声能的一部分变化为热能而损失或为纤维所吸收。而玻璃棉属于多孔吸声材料,具有良好的吸声性能。玻璃棉能够吸声的原因不是由于表面粗糙,而是因为具有大量的内外连通的微小孔隙和孔洞。当声波射到玻璃棉上时,声波能顺着孔隙进入材料内部,引起孔隙中空气分子的振动。由于空气的粘滞阻力和空气分子孔隙壁的摩擦,声能转化为热能而损耗。
总之,本发明既有隔声效果,又有吸声功能,能隔断30dB以上的震动噪声,隔声效果好,能满足舱内人员对隔声效果的需要。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的船舶用吸隔声板含有面板1和背板9,所述面板1是外表面贴有PVC膜的钢板,所述背板9是均布有冲孔的镀锌钢板。面板1内表面与背板9之间依次复合有岩棉层3、玻璃棉层5和吸音膜7。面板1与岩棉层3间、岩棉层3与玻璃棉层5间、玻璃棉层5与吸音膜7间、吸音膜7与背板9间分别设置有第一胶水层2、第二胶水层4、第三胶水层6和第四胶水层8。其中,第一胶水层2和第二胶水层4均是江苏靖江格林功能材料有限公司生产的PAPU-30型胶水,第三胶水层6和第四胶水层8均是江苏靖江格林功能材料有限公司生产的PAPU-03型胶水。所述岩棉层3和玻璃棉层5分别是岩棉板和玻璃棉板,所述吸音膜7是阻燃无纺布。
本发明的船舶用吸隔声板生产方法是:
先用锯齿形刮板将PAPU-30型胶水均匀涂刮在面板1的内表面上,得到第一胶水层2。其中的锯齿形刮板的齿距和齿高均为2mm,PAPU-30型胶水的涂刮量为250~350克/m2;
然后,将岩棉板3的一面贴合在带有第一胶水层2的面板1的内表面上;
之后,用带细孔的漏斗在岩棉板3无第一胶水层2的一面淋洒上一层PAPU-30型胶水,淋洒量为200~250克/m2,得到第二胶水层4;
之后,将玻璃棉板5的一面贴合在岩棉板3带有第二胶水层4的一面上;
之后,用刮板在玻璃棉板5的另一面均匀刮上一层PAPU-03型胶水,得到第三胶水层6;
之后,用刮板在背板9的内表面均匀刮上一层PAPU-03型胶水,得到第四胶水层8;
之后,用带蒸汽的熨斗在背板9带有第四胶水层8的一面熨上一层无纺布,得到吸音膜7。其中的无纺布是阻燃无纺布;
之后,将带有吸音膜7的背板9一面贴合在玻璃棉板5带有第三胶水层6的一面上;
最后,用压机对以上各层间施压并保持12小时,制得船舶用吸隔声板。
Claims (5)
1.船舶用吸隔声板,包括面板和背板,其特征在于面板与背板之间依次复合有岩棉层、玻璃棉层和吸音膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舶用吸隔声板,其特征在于面板与岩棉层间、岩棉与玻璃棉层间、玻璃棉层与吸音膜间、吸音膜与背板间分别有第一~第四胶水层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的船舶用吸隔声板,其特征在于所述第一胶水层和第二胶水层均是PAPU-30型胶水,所述第三胶水层和第四胶水层均是PAPU-03型胶水。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的船舶用吸隔声板,其特征在于所述面板是外表面贴有PVC膜的钢板,所述背板是均布有冲孔的镀锌钢板。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的船舶用吸隔声板,其特征在于所述岩棉层、玻璃棉层分别是岩棉板和玻璃棉板,所述吸音膜是阻燃无纺布。
