本发明公开了可食用面膜及其制备方法，它是将称取的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、纳米珍珠粉、纳米螺旋藻粉、纳米仙人掌粉、纳米甲壳素粉、纳米南瓜子粉装入食品级容器中，得粉剂；将称取的蛋黄、蜂蜜、维生素E和离子水装入另一个食品级容器中，得湿剂；使用时将粉剂与湿剂混合，即得可食用面膜。本发明中可食用面膜的安全性高，因为所使用的原料均为食品级原料，不含化工成分，无副作用，产品的微生物标准、重金属标准完全符合国家食品级要求，直接食用可以补充人体胶原蛋白，预防骨质疏松，增加皮肤弹性，停止使用后症状不反弹。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜是医学、美容领域用于涂敷在脸部、四肢或身体其他部位的一种膏状物质，它主要用于治疗或保养皮肤。
目前，面膜大致分两种：一种为含有化学成分的，以化妆品质量标准为生产依据所生产出的面膜，但是产品存在重金属超标、原料中含有化工成分、副作用大、皮肤适应性差、易过敏等问题；另一种为植物面膜，通常用于祛斑，但不能补充胶原蛋白，且停止使用后短期内易出现症状反弹的情况，美容养颜效果不尽理想。近年来由于国民经济的飞速发展，人们生活质量的提高，公众对美白型化妆品的需求每年成倍地增长。对于我们大部分人来说，肌肤受损的问题都表现得很复杂，比如色素沉淀、换季引发的敏感、痘痕印、干燥脱皮、小细纹、肌肤松弛，可能会两种或者三种甚至更多种同时遇到。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了解决现有面膜存在重金属超标、原料中含有化工成分、副作用大、皮肤适应性差、易过敏及症状反弹的问题，而提供一种可食用面膜及其制备方法。
可食用面膜按质量百分比由1％～90％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、1％～90％蛋黄、1％～90％的蜂蜜、1％～90％的纳米珍珠粉、1％～90％的纳米螺旋藻粉、1％～90％的纳米仙人掌粉、1％～90％纳米甲壳素粉、1％～90％纳米南瓜子粉、0.1％～2.0％的维生素E和1％～90％的离子水组成。
制备可食用面膜的方法按以下步骤实现：一、按质量百分比称取1％～90％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、1％～90％蛋黄、1％～90％的蜂蜜、1％～90％的纳米珍珠粉、1％～90％的纳米螺旋藻粉、1％～90％的纳米仙人掌粉、1％～90％纳米甲壳素粉、1％～90％纳米南瓜子粉、0.1％～2.0％的维生素E和1％～90％的离子水组成。二、将称取的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、纳米珍珠粉、纳米螺旋藻粉粉、纳米仙人掌粉、纳米甲壳素粉、纳米南瓜子粉装入食品级容器中，得粉剂；三、将称取的蛋黄、蜂蜜、维生素E和离子水装入另一个食品级容器中，得湿剂；四、使用时将粉剂与湿剂混合，即得可食用面膜。
本发明中可食用面膜的安全性高，因为所使用的原料均为食品级原料，不含化工成分，无副作用，产品的微生物标准、重金属标准完全符合国家食品级要求，直接食用可以补充人体胶原蛋白，预防骨质疏松，增加皮肤弹性，停止使用后症状不反弹。
大鲵蛋白肽粉是以大鲵肉为原料制成的胶原蛋白，采用先进的独特的生物酶法工艺，从大分子的大鲵初胶中提取出大鲵胶原蛋白，并采用分次降解的独到生物技术获得多种氨基酸、寡肽等具有各种独特功效的生物活性肽类基因，具有多功能多靶点的生物功能和作用。
大鲵蛋白肽粉含有多种人体无法合成的氨基酸，是组织细胞修复的原料，经常适量补充大鲵蛋白肽粉，有助于强化各组织器官功能。科学家的多项研究表明：皮肤衰老出现的各种问题，都源于皮肤中的胶原蛋白流失，而绝大多女性所谓的护肤仅仅给肌肤的表面补充水分和营养，并不能从根本改善皮肤水分。胶原蛋白在皮肤中犹如骨架，其三螺旋结构锁住皮肤储水层中的水分，使皮肤光泽、滋润、柔滑。由此可见，根本的解决办法是补充胶原蛋白，还原肌肤年轻结构，使肌肤细腻光滑、水润光泽、充满弹性。
胶原蛋白分子量在1000～3000道尔顿时最易被人体吸收，最好的是胶原蛋白肽，分子结构介于氨基酸和蛋白质之间，由氨基酸构成，但比蛋白质小得多，可以直接进入细胞被吸收和利用，使得胶原蛋白肽效果比普通胶原蛋白提高了数十倍，迅速补充人体流失的胶原蛋白。
综上所述，结合当今市场胶原蛋白产品大多分子量过大，不易吸收等缺陷，本发明选用大鲵肉作为原料，提取其胶原蛋白，并运用科学、合理的工艺制成分子量低于3000道尔顿的大鲵蛋白肽粉，配合易于保存和服用的辅料。
本发明是纯食物制剂，不添加任何化学合成物质，对人体无任何毒副作用，它具有杀菌、消炎、抗氧化、清除细胞自由基的保健功能，用于护肤时可以达到嫩肤、美白、去皱、祛斑的作用，同时还具有疏通皮肤毛细血管、促进血液循环，并促使皮肤细胞吸收人体所必需的营养物质，如水解蛋白、矿物质、维生素等功效。本发明原料易得、来源丰富，使用方便，具有很高的市场开发价值。本发明中可食用面膜的原料纳米珍珠粉、杏仁粉、蜂蜜和维生素E，具有美白、祛斑、保湿及抗氧化的作用，涂敷在脸部、四肢或身体其他部位，有美容、养颜和护肤的作用，且皮肤适应性好、不过敏；本发明中可食用面膜的原料鱼胶原蛋白粉中所含的活性胶原蛋白能直接渗入肌肤底层，且与周围组织的亲和性好，可协助细胞制造成胶原蛋白，促使皮肤细胞正常成长，同时，活性胶原蛋白本身还具有消炎和更新肌肤的作用，活性胶原蛋白能够淡化体内黑色素，从根源上解决斑点问题，停止使用后症状不反弹。

本发明技术方案不局限于以下所列举具体实施方式，还包括各具体实施方式间的任意组合。
具体实施方式一：本实施方式可食用面膜按质量百分比由1％～90％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、1％～90％蛋黄、1％～90％的纳米珍珠粉、1％～90％的纳米螺旋藻粉、1％～90％的纳米仙人掌粉、1％～90％纳米甲壳素粉、1％～90％纳米南瓜子粉、1％～50％的蜂蜜、0.1％～2.0％的维生素E和1％～90％的离子水组成。
所述的大鲵蛋白多肽粉是将大鲵肉糜与水以固液比1∶2～1∶5的比例混合，加入肉糜质量0.1％～0.55％的柠檬酸钾、肉糜质量0.1％～1％的中性蛋白酶或风味蛋白酶进行酶解，酶解pH为6.5～7.5，温度为40～60℃，酶解时间1～3h；再加入大鲵肉糜质量0.1％～5％的复合蛋白酶，维持温度在40～60℃，继续酶解2～3h。酶解后产物加热至100℃，维持10～15min，过滤得蛋白多肽水解液，加入大鲵肉糜质量0.1％～3％的活性炭，过滤，得蛋白多肽水解液，进行减压真空浓缩，真空冷冻干燥，得大鲵蛋白多肽粉。通过本方法得到的一种大鲵蛋白多肽粉，利用率高，口感佳，利于人体吸收，其水解氨基酸含量高达98％。
本实施方式中原料均为食品级。
具体实施方式二：本实施方式与具体实施方式一不同的是可食用面膜按质量百分比由8％～80％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、8％～80％蛋黄、8％～80％的纳米珍珠粉、8％～80％的纳米螺旋藻粉、8％～80％的纳米仙人掌粉、8％～80％纳米甲壳素粉、8％～80％纳米南瓜子粉、4％～30％的蜂蜜、0.5％～1.8％的维生素E和2.5％～70％的离子水组成。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三：本实施方式与具体实施方式一不同的是可食用面膜按质量百分比由10％～70％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、10％～70％蛋黄、10％～70％的纳米珍珠粉、10％～70％的纳米螺旋藻粉、10％～70％纳米仙人掌粉、10％～70％纳米甲壳素粉、10％～70％纳米南瓜子粉、6％～25％的蜂蜜、0.8％～1.5％的维生素E和3.2％～60％的离子水组成。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
本实施方式中所得可食用面膜直接食用，口感佳，可以补充人体胶原蛋白，预防骨质疏松，增强抵抗力；持续使用一个月，试用者使用前皮肤弹性差，有色斑，使用后皮肤弹性增加，色斑明显变淡，停止使用后症状不反弹。
本实施方式中所得可食用面膜涂敷在脸部、四肢或身体其他部位，持续使用一个月，试用者使用前皮肤灰暗、有细小皱纹，使用后皮肤白皙、光泽、富有弹性，无过敏现象，停止使用后症状不反弹。

Claims (1)

1.一种可食用面膜及其制备方法，其特征在于，按质量百分比，由1％～90％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、1％～90％蛋黄、1％～90％的蜂蜜、1％～90％的纳米珍珠粉、1％～90％的纳米螺旋藻粉、1％～90％的纳米仙人掌粉、1％～90％纳米甲壳素粉、1％～90％纳米南瓜子粉、0.1％～2.0％的维生素E和1％～90％的离子水组成；
其制备方法如下：
(1)按质量百分比称取1％～90％的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、1％～90％蛋黄、1％～90％的蜂蜜、1％～90％的纳米珍珠粉、1％～90％的纳米螺旋藻粉、1％～90％的纳米仙人掌粉、1％～90％纳米甲壳素粉、1％～90％纳米南瓜子粉、0.1％～2.0％的维生素E和1％～90％的离子水组成；
(2)将称取的大鲵蛋白多肽粉、纳米珍珠粉、纳米螺旋藻粉粉、纳米仙人掌粉、纳米甲壳素粉、纳米南瓜子粉装入食品级容器中，得粉剂；
(3)将称取的蛋黄、蜂蜜、维生素E和离子水装入另一个食品级容器中，得湿剂；
(4)使用时将粉剂与湿剂混合，即得可食用面膜。
