Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料包括:水性聚氨酯、复合阻燃剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂、成膜助剂。复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热搅拌反应制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。本发明的羽绒服面料的碳化时间长、发烟量小,阻燃性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃羽绒服面料。
背景技术
羽绒服为内充羽绒填料的上衣。羽绒服的材料主要是羽绒和织物面料层,织物面料层选用经纬纱高密的丝绸、棉布、棉涤等织物,经轧压处理使经纬纱之间的空隙缩小,再涂以高分子浆料,使之与织物形成交链的透明皮膜覆盖层,以封闭织物经纬间隙。羽绒服易燃材料,安全性能低,不能满足人们需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种阻燃羽绒服面料,碳化时间长、发烟量小,阻燃性能优异。
本发明提出一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯80-120份,复合阻燃剂10-20份,增稠剂1-3份,消泡剂0.1-0.4份,流平剂1-1.5份,分散剂1-3份,成膜助剂2-4份。
优选地,复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:S1、将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热搅拌反应制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;S2、将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;S3、将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。
优选地,S1中羟甲基次磷酸、对氨基苯磺酸钠钾及硝酸铈的摩尔比为9-11:15-18:13-17。
优选地,S2中氧化石墨烯和三羟甲基丙烷的重量比为7-8:2-3。
优选地,S3中羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈和改性石墨烯的重量比为6-7:3-4。
优选地,S1中加热温度为95-100℃,加热搅拌时间为3-5h。
优选地,超声处理时间为0.5-1.5h。
优选地,增稠剂为聚丙烯酸增稠剂。
优选地,消泡剂为聚氧乙烯甘油醚。
优选地,流平剂为二甲基聚硅氧烷。
优选地,分散剂为十二烷基磷酸酯。
优选地,成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
本发明以水性聚氨酯、复合阻燃剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂、成膜助剂为原料得到羽绒服面料用阻燃涂层剂,其中复合阻燃剂由羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈和改性石墨烯组成,羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈在燃烧过程中一方面分解产生不燃的磷酸铈、硫酸铈覆盖聚水性氨酯表面,促进其脱水炭化形成隔热隔氧层,另一方面分解产生磷氧游离基,捕捉氢游离基和氢氧游离基,抑制水性聚氨酯燃烧连反应;改性石墨烯作为协效剂促进形成均匀致密的炭层,起到绝热隔氧作用,进一步阻燃性能;本发明还加入了增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂、成膜助剂组成加工助剂体系,一方面提高复合阻燃剂的相容性,促进在水性聚氨酯中的均匀分散,另一方面可提高阻燃涂层剂的理化性能和加工稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯80份,复合阻燃剂10份,聚丙烯酸增稠剂1份,聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.1份,二甲基聚硅氧烷1份,十二烷基磷酸酯1份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2份。
优选地,复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:S1、按摩尔比为9:15:13分别称取羟甲基次磷酸、对氨基苯磺酸钠钾及硝酸铈,将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热95℃搅拌反应3h,制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;S2、将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将重量比为7:2的氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理0.5h后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;S3、将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。
实施例2
一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯120份,复合阻燃剂20份,聚丙烯酸增稠剂3份,聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.4份,二甲基聚硅氧烷1.5份,十二烷基磷酸酯3份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份。
优选地,复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:S1、按摩尔比为11:18:17分别称取羟甲基次磷酸、对氨基苯磺酸钠钾及硝酸铈,将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热100℃搅拌反应5h,制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;S2、将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将重量比为8:3的氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理1.5h后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;S3、将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。
实施例3
一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯100份,复合阻燃剂150份,聚丙烯酸增稠剂2份,聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.3份,二甲基聚硅氧烷1.2份,十二烷基磷酸酯2份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3份。
优选地,复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:S1、按摩尔比为10:17:15分别称取羟甲基次磷酸、对氨基苯磺酸钠钾及硝酸铈,将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热98℃搅拌反应4h,制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;S2、将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将重量比为7:3的氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理1h后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;S3、将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。
实施例4
一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯90份,复合阻燃剂18份,聚丙烯酸增稠剂2.5份,聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.2份,二甲基聚硅氧烷1.2份,十二烷基磷酸酯1.5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3.5份。
优选地,复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:S1、按摩尔比为5:8:7分别称取羟甲基次磷酸、对氨基苯磺酸钠钾及硝酸铈,将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热96℃搅拌反应4.5h,制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;S2、将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将重量比为4:1的氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理1.1h后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;S3、将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。
将未加入复合阻燃剂的水性聚氨酯,在其他助剂及制备工艺相同的条件下制得羽绒服面料用涂层剂作为对照组,同本发明实施例1-4得到羽绒服面料涂层剂采用大板燃烧法测试炭化时间,测得数据如下表1:

通过上表测试数据可知:实施例1-4制得羽绒服面料用涂层剂相比对照组的烧穿时间、发烟量性能均有提高,本发明羽绒服面料阻燃性能优异。

1.一种阻燃羽绒服面料,其特征在于,其原料包括:涤纶纤维和阻燃涂层剂,其中阻燃涂层剂原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯80-120份,复合阻燃剂10-20份,增稠剂1-3份,消泡剂0.1-0.4份,流平剂1-1.5份,分散剂1-3份,成膜助剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述阻燃羽绒服面料,其特征在于,复合阻燃剂采用如下制备工艺:S1、将羟甲基次磷酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠加入水中,加热搅拌反应制得预制料,将硝酸铈加入水中溶解后,缓慢加入预制料中搅拌反应后,经过滤、干燥制得羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈;S2、将石墨烯经酸化改性制得氧化石墨烯,将氧化石墨烯、三羟甲基丙烷加入丙酮中,经超声处理后,经过滤、烘干制得改性石墨烯;S3、将羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈、改性石墨烯混合均匀,经球磨制得复合阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述阻燃羽绒服面料,其特征在于,S1中羟甲基次磷酸、对氨基苯磺酸钠钾及硝酸铈的摩尔比为9-11:15-18:13-17。
4.根据权利要求2所述阻燃羽绒服面料,其特征在于,S2中氧化石墨烯和三羟甲基丙烷的重量比为7-8:2-3。
5.根据权利要求2所述阻燃羽绒服面料,其特征在于,S3中羟甲基次磷酰苯磺酸铈和改性石墨烯的重量比为6-7:3-4。
6.根据权利要求2所述阻燃羽绒服面料,其特征在于,S1中加热温度为95-100℃,加热搅拌时间为3-5h。
