Abstract
本发明提供了一种玻璃用除蜡水,成分为:2~6wt%的弱碱性无机盐;3~6wt%的螯合剂;10~25wt%的表面活性剂;2~10wt%的助溶剂;余量为水;所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为(2~8):(10~20)。本发明提供的玻璃用除蜡水是根据粘结蜡的特性所设计的,其配方中不含氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾等强碱性助剂,同时通过阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配,在上述除蜡水成分的共同作用下,能够提高除蜡水浊点的同时提高其乳化和清洗能力。本发明还提供了一种粘结蜡的清洗方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粘结蜡技术领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃用除蜡水和粘结蜡清洗方法。
背景技术
粘结蜡主要由石蜡、松香和虫胶组成,适用于承载盘与玻璃元件、精密仪器元件的粘结固定,以便于进行抛光或其他表面加工。可通过改变粘结蜡中各成分的配比来调节其熔点,熔点是粘结蜡的关键理化性能,熔点的高低直接影响粘结蜡的热熔与清洗,熔点太低会在加工过程中由于产品加热导致粘结蜡软化产生易位和错动,影响加工;熔点太高影响热熔涂蜡效率,同时导致后期产品清洗困难,甚至无法清洗干净。目前粘结蜡的熔点一般控制在50~85℃之间。
一般玻璃抛光可采用牙板固定进行表面抛光,但是玻璃厚度≤0.3mm时,需要采用粘结蜡固定产品再进行抛光。但是现有技术在去除抛光后的玻璃产品上的粘结蜡时需要耗费大量时间而且去除效果较差。因此,提供一种可以迅速、干净的去除玻璃表面的粘结蜡的方法成为本领域研究的热点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃用除蜡水和粘结蜡清洗方法,本发明提供的粘结蜡清洗方法能够快速、高效的去除玻璃表面的粘结蜡。
本发明提供了一种玻璃用除蜡水,成分为:
2~6wt%的弱碱性无机盐;
3~6wt%的螯合剂;
10~25wt%的表面活性剂;
2~10wt%的助溶剂;
余量为水。
在本发明中,所述弱碱性无机盐的质量含量优选为3~5%,更优选为4%。在本发明中,所述弱碱性无机盐优选选自碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钠、硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠和焦磷酸钾中的一种或几种,更优选为三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠、焦磷酸钾和无水偏硅酸钠中的一种或几种,最优选为三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钠、焦磷酸钾和无水偏硅酸钠中的一种或两种。
本发明提供的玻璃用除蜡水中不使用氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾等强碱性助剂,能够在提高除蜡水浊点的同时提高乳化和清洗能力。
在本发明中,所述螯合剂的质量含量优选为4~5%。在本发明中,所述螯合剂优选选自乙二胺四乙酸四钠(ETDA-4Na)、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(ETDA-2Na)、葡萄糖酸钠、葡庚糖酸钠、氨基三乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠(HEDP-4Na)、柠檬酸钠、酒石酸钠、羟基乙酸和羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸(HEDTA)中的一种或几种,更优选为ETDA-4Na、HEDP-4Na、葡萄糖酸钠、氨基三乙酸和羟基乙酸中的一种或两种。
在本发明中,所述表面活性剂的质量含量优选为15~20%,更优选为17~18%。在本发明中,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。本发明提供的玻璃用除蜡水采用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配。
在本发明中,所述阴离子表面活性剂优选选自油酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠(SAS60)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐(FMES)中的一种或几种。
在本发明中,所述非离子表面活性剂优选选自三乙醇胺油酸皂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺(6501)、异丙醇酰胺(6508)、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-8)、聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚(OP-10)、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC渗透剂)和烷氧基季铵化合物(REWOQUAT CQ AL 100)中的一种或几种,更优选为6501、OP-10、JFC渗透剂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、AEO-9、TO-8、FMEE和REWOQUAT CQ AL 100中的一种或几种。
本发明采用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配,优选采用上述种类的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,二者具有协同作用,在二者的相互作用下能够在提高除蜡水浊点的同时提高产品的乳化和清洗能力,使本发明提供的除蜡水具有较好的清洗效果。
在本发明中,所述阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为(2~8):(10~20),优选为(3~7):(12~13)。本发明优选按照上述比例将阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配,采用上述比例复配能够使获得的玻璃用除蜡水具有较好的除蜡效果。
在本发明中,所述助溶剂的质量含量优选为3~9%,更优选为4~8%,最优选为5~7%。在本发明中,所述助溶剂优选选自异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚、烷基糖苷、三乙醇胺和单乙醇胺中的一种或几种,更优选为烷基糖苷、而丙二醇甲醚、三乙醇胺和丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种。
本发明提供的玻璃用除蜡水是根据粘结蜡的特性所设计的,其配方中不含氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾等强碱性助剂,同时通过阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配,在上述除蜡水成分的共同作用下,能够提高除蜡水浊点的同时提高其乳化和清洗能力。
采用本发明提供的除蜡水并结合后续的清洗方法可以迅速、干净的清洗玻璃产品上残余的粘结蜡。
本发明对所述玻璃用除蜡水的制备方法没有特殊的限制,按照上述技术方案所述的玻璃用除蜡水的成分以及成分含量将各种成分混合即可获得玻璃用除蜡水。
本发明提供了一种粘结蜡清洗方法,包括:
将带有粘结蜡的玻璃产品在玻璃用除蜡水溶液中晃洗;
将晃洗后的玻璃产品进行超声波清洗。
本发明对所述粘结蜡的种类和来源没有特殊的限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的粘结蜡即可。在本发明中,所述粘结蜡的熔点优选为65~75℃,更优选为70℃。
在本发明中,所述玻璃用除蜡水溶液优选为玻璃用除蜡水水溶液,所述玻璃用除蜡水水溶液中除蜡水的体积浓度优选为8~12%,更优选为9~11%,最优选为10%。在本发明中,所述玻璃用除蜡水与上述技术方案所述玻璃用除蜡水一致,在此不再赘述。
在本发明中,所述晃洗的温度优选为75~80℃,更优选为76~79℃,最优选为77~78℃;所述晃洗的速度优选为0.08~0.12m/s,更优选为0.09~0.11m/s,最优选为0.1m/s;所述晃洗的时间优选为4~7min,更优选为5~6min。本发明对所述晃洗的具体方法没有特殊的限制,本领域技术人员可按照上述工艺参数进行摇晃清洗即可。本发明优选采用上述工艺参数的晃洗工艺,在此条件下进行晃洗能够更好的清除玻璃产品表面的粘结蜡,便于后续的超声波清洗。
本发明采用晃洗进行预清洗,能够大量减少将产品上的粘结蜡带入超声波清洗机中进行清洗,减少超声波清洗的难度,能够提高超声波清洗机的能力和寿命。
在本发明中,所述超声波清洗所采用的试剂为玻璃用除蜡水水溶液;所述玻璃用除蜡水水溶液中除蜡水的体积浓度优选为3~6%,更优选为4~5%。在本发明中,所述除蜡水与上述技术方案所述除蜡水一致,在此不再赘述。
在本发明中,所述超声波清洗的温度优选为75~80℃,更优选为76~79℃,最优选为77~78℃;所述超声波清洗的频率优选为35~45KHz,更优选为40KHz;所述超声波清洗的电流优选为1.0~1.5A,更优选为1.1~1.4A,最优选为1.2~1.3A;所述超声波清洗的时间优选为200~300s,更优选为220~280s,最优选为240~260s。在本发明中,所述超声波清洗优选在超声波清洗机中进行。在本发明中,考虑到超声波清洗设备的工作时间优选分两次完成超声波清洗,每次超声波清洗的时间优选为100~150s,更优选为110~140s,最优选为120~130s。本发明优选采用上述工艺参数的超声波清洗工艺,在此工艺条件下能够更好的完成超声波清洗,具有良好的清洗效果。
本发明提供的方法主要用于清洗表面加工后的玻璃产品上的残余粘结蜡,本发明提供的玻璃用除蜡水以及和其配套的清洗工艺能够快速、高效的清洗玻璃产品上的残余粘结蜡。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员经改进或润饰的所有其它实例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明以下实施例所用原料均为市售商品。
实施例1
本实施例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分为:2wt%的三聚磷酸钠、2wt%的碳酸钠、5wt%的EDTA-4Na、7wt%的油酸钠、5wt%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺(6501)、3wt%的聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚(OP-10)、2wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC渗透剂)、5wt%的烷基糖苷、余量为水。
将上述成分按照用量进行混合,得到玻璃用除蜡水。
将市售的熔点为70℃的粘结蜡加热后涂抹在200pcs玻璃产品表面,然后将玻璃产品冷却至室温,在其表面形成粘结蜡层。将上述带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品在除蜡水水溶液中进行晃洗,除蜡水水溶液的体积浓度为10%,晃洗的温度为75℃,晃洗的速度为0.1m/s,晃洗的时间为5min;然后再依次进行两槽超声波清洗,超声波清洗的试剂为体积浓度为5%的除蜡水水溶液,超声波清洗的温度为75℃,超声波清洗的频率为40KHz,超声波清洗的电流为1.2A,每槽超声波清洗的时间为120s。
将采用实施例1提供的玻璃用除蜡水清洗后的玻璃产品在照度为
1200~1400Lux的日光灯下,放在黑白底板上,用无尘布擦干净产品,双手拿产品与台面保持45°,用力使产品上下缓慢翻转15°,判断玻璃产品表面是否有外观不良,产品距眼睛20~25cm,产品至灯光距离大于40cm。
检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤4pcs,脏污5pcs,崩边3pcs,良率达到94%。
实施例2
本实施例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分为:2wt%的三聚磷酸钠、2wt%的焦磷酸钾、3wt%的EDTA-4Na、3wt%的葡萄糖酸钠、10wt%的三乙醇胺油酸皂、5wt%的脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、3wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-8)、2wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC渗透剂)、2wt的%脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐(FMES)、8wt%的二丙二醇甲醚、余量为水。
将上述成分按照用量进行混合,得到玻璃用除蜡水。
按照实施例1的方法采用本发明实施例2提供的玻璃用除蜡水对带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品进行清洗。
按照实施例1的方法,将本发明实施例2清洗后的产品进行检测。检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤3pcs,脏污3pcs,崩边5pcs,良率达到94.5%。
实施例3
本实施例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分为:4wt%的五水偏硅酸钠、3wt%的氨基三乙酸、3wt%的羟基乙酸、7wt%的三乙醇胺油酸皂、5wt%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺(6501)、3wt%的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMES)、2wt%的仲烷基磺酸钠(SAS60)、5wt%的三乙醇胺、4wt%的丙二醇甲醚、余量为水。
将上述成分按照用量进行混合,得到玻璃用除蜡水。
按照实施例1的方法采用本发明实施例3提供的玻璃用除蜡水对带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品进行清洗。
按照实施例1的方法,将本发明实施例3清洗后的产品进行检测。检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤5pcs,脏污6pcs,崩边3pcs,良率达到93%。
实施例4
本实施例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分为:5wt%的五水偏硅酸钠、3wt%的HEDP-4Na、3wt%的葡萄糖酸钠、8wt%的油酸钠、5wt%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺(6501)、2wt%的烷氧基季铵化合物(REWOQUAT CQ AL 100)、3wt%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-8)、2wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC渗透剂)、5wt%的三乙醇胺、5wt%的丙二醇甲醚、余量为水。
将上述成分按照用量进行混合,得到玻璃用除蜡水。
按照实施例1的方法采用本发明实施例4提供的玻璃用除蜡水对带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品进行清洗。
按照实施例1的方法,将本发明实施例4清洗后的产品进行检测。检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤2pcs,脏污0pcs,崩边1pcs,良率达到98.5%。
比较例1
本比较例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分与实施例4的区别在于,采用5wt%的氢氧化钠代替实施例4中的5wt%的五水偏硅酸钠,其余成分以及成分含量与实施例4一致。
按照实施例1的方法采用本发明比较例1提供的玻璃用除蜡水对带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品进行清洗。
按照实施例1的方法,将本发明比较例1清洗后的产品进行检测。检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤11pcs,脏污5pcs,崩边0pcs,良率达到92%。
比较例2
本比较例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分与实施例4的区别在于,采用20wt%的油酸钠,去除椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺(6501)、烷氧基季铵化合物(REWOQUAT CQ AL 100)、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-8)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC渗透剂)成分,其余成分以及成分含量与实施例4一致。
按照实施例1的方法采用本发明比较例2提供的玻璃用除蜡水对带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品进行清洗。
按照实施例1的方法,将本发明比较例2清洗后的产品进行检测。检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤3pcs,脏污24pcs,崩边0pcs,良率达到86.5%。
比较例3
本比较例提供的玻璃用除蜡水的成分与实施例4的区别在于,去除油酸钠成分,采用13wt%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺(6501),其余成分以及成分含量与实施例4一致。
按照实施例1的方法采用本发明比较例3提供的玻璃用除蜡水对带有粘结蜡层的玻璃产品进行清洗。
按照实施例1的方法,将本发明比较例3清洗后的产品进行检测。检测结果为,经过清洗后的200pcs玻璃产品,划伤1pcs,脏污17pcs,崩边1pcs,良率达到90.5%。
由以上实施例可知,本发明提供了一种玻璃用除蜡水,成分为:2~6wt%的弱碱性无机盐;3~6wt%的螯合剂;10~25wt%的表面活性剂;2~10wt%的助溶剂;余量为水;所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为(2~8):(10~20)。本发明提供的玻璃用除蜡水是根据粘结蜡的特性所设计的,其配方中不含氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾等强碱性助剂,同时通过阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行复配,在上述除蜡水成分的共同作用下,能够提高除蜡水浊点的同时提高其乳化和清洗能力。本发明还提供了一种粘结蜡的清洗方法。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种玻璃用除蜡水,成分为:
2~6wt%的弱碱性无机盐;
3~6wt%的螯合剂;
10~25wt%的表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为(2~8):(10~20);
2~10wt%的助溶剂;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃用除蜡水,其特征在于,所述弱碱性无机盐选自碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钠、硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠和焦磷酸钾中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃用除蜡水,其特征在于,所述螯合剂选自乙二胺四乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、葡萄糖酸钠、葡庚糖酸钠、氨基三乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠、柠檬酸钠、酒石酸钠、羟基乙酸和羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃用除蜡水,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自油酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃用除蜡水,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂选自三乙醇胺油酸皂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇胺酰胺、异丙醇酰胺、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷氧基季铵化合物中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃用除蜡水,其特征在于,所述助溶剂选自异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚、烷基糖苷、三乙醇胺和单乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
7.一种粘结蜡清洗方法,包括:
将带有粘结蜡的玻璃产品在玻璃用除蜡水溶液中晃洗,所述玻璃用除蜡水为权利要求1所述的玻璃用除蜡水;
将晃洗后的玻璃产品进行超声波清洗。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃用除蜡水溶液中除蜡水的体积浓度为8~12%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述晃洗的温度为75~80℃,所述晃洗的速度为0.08~0.12m/s;所述晃洗的时间为4~7min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述超声波清洗的温度为75~80℃;所述超声波清洗的频率为35~45KHz;所述超声波清洗的电流为1.0~1.5A;所述超声波清洗的时间为200~300s。
