一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,制备方法包括以下几个步骤:将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、天然低聚物多元醇任两种或多种的混合物、环保增塑剂、粉体填料、颜料混合均匀,脱水处理;再加入多异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯在50‑90℃下反应,反应1.5‑2小时;待釜内降温到60℃以下,向釜内中加入一定量的叔胺类或金属类有机化合物催化剂、适量良溶剂、抗氧剂,混合搅拌均匀;通过滴定法确定NCO含量,当达到所需理论值时,停止反应,密闭包装出料,即得到所需的单组份聚氨酯材料;现场施工时,将噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂按一定比例加入材料中混合均匀,然后刮涂施工。聚氨酯球场材料制备简单,且能够实现厚涂,简化了施工工艺,降低了施工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶球场材料制备领域,尤其涉及一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法。
背景技术
塑胶球场是国际上公认的最佳全天候室内外运动场地坪材料。它具有:1、全天候使用:任何季节及温差,均能维持高水准的品质,雨后更能立即使用,增加利用时间,提高场地使用率。2、弹性:具有适度的弹性及反弹力,可减少体力的消耗,增进竞赛成绩。3、冲击力吸收:适度吸收脚部冲击力,减少运动伤害,长期练***坦性:施工时使用自流平材料,表面平坦,能符合特别平坦的比赛场地要求。9、粘接性:特殊施工处理,粘接力强,可压制水分上升,无起泡、剥离等现象。10、安全性:可防止跌倒所发生的运动伤害。11、经济:维护方便、节省管理费用。
其弹性层是一种单组分湿固化聚氨酯材料,由于单组份湿固化聚氨酯特有的化学属性,在地面刮涂的施工过程中只能够薄涂(每次刮涂1毫米),否则产生的气泡会导致球场面层起泡分层、影响粘接等质量问题,传统的3-5毫米厚度的聚氨酯球场材料需要3-5次的刮涂操作。国家标准(GB36246-2018)中小学合成材料面层运动场地从2018年11月1日起强制实施,为减少运动损伤,提高场地的冲击吸收,其中对球场材料厚度的要求为大于或等于8毫米,带来了施工复杂性和施工成本的增加。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,其制备简单,解决了现有单组份聚氨酯球场材料施工工艺复杂、不能够厚涂的问题,同时大大降低了施工成本。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、天然低聚物多元醇或以上多元醇的两种或多种的混合物、环保增塑剂、粉体填料、颜料混合均匀,脱水处理;
(2)再加入多异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯在50-90℃下反应,反应1.5-2小时;
(3)待釜内降温到60℃以下,向釜内中加入一定量的叔胺类或金属类有机化合物催化剂、适量良溶剂、抗氧剂,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)通过滴定法确定NCO含量,当达到所需理论值时,停止反应,密闭包装出料,即得到所需的单组份聚氨酯材料;
(5)现场施工时,将噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂按一定比例加入材料中混合均匀,然后刮涂施工。
进一步,单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:异氰酸酯3-5份、多元醇15-20份、环保增塑剂20-25份、粉体填料及颜料45-50份、良溶剂2-3份、催化剂0.05-0.08份、抗氧剂0.1-0.2份、噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂1-2份。
进一步,在25℃温度下,所述多元醇的数均相对分子质量在1000-5000,粘度在600-2000mPa.S。
进一步,所述良溶剂是N-甲基吡络烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮、丙酮、碳酸二甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的其中两种或多种的混合物。
进一步,所述催化剂是三亚乙基二胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、辛葵酸铋、异辛酸锌的其中一种或多种的混合物。
进一步,所述脱水处理是将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、天然低聚物多元醇或以上多元醇的两种或多种的混合物、环保增塑剂、粉体填料、颜料的混合物加入反应釜中,开动搅拌,并升温加热,使液温达到90℃,启动真空泵,使反应釜内真空度缓慢升至0.098-0.1MPa,控制釜内温度为110℃,保温3小时。
进一步,所述异氰酸酯是TDI、MDI、HDI、IPDI的其中一种或多种的混合物。。
进一步,所述多元醇是官能度为2-4,PDA、PEA、PBA、PPG、PEG及PTMEG的其中一种或多种的混合物。

本发明的聚氨酯球场材料制备简单,且能够实现厚涂,简化了施工工艺,降低了施工成本。

实施例1:一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、天然低聚物多元醇或以上多元醇的两种或多种的混合物、环保增塑剂、粉体填料、颜料混合均匀,脱水处理,即升温加热,使液温达到90℃,启动真空泵,使反应釜内真空度缓慢升至0.098MPa,控制釜内温度为110℃,保温3小时;
(2)再加入多异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯在50℃下反应,反应1.5小时;
(3)待釜内降温到60℃以下,向釜内中加入一定量的叔胺类或金属类有机化合物催化剂、适量良溶剂、抗氧剂,混合搅拌均匀;

(1)将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、天然低聚物多元醇或以上多元醇的两种或多种的混合物、环保增塑剂、粉体填料、颜料混合均匀,脱水处理,即升温加热,使液温达到90℃,启动真空泵,使反应釜内真空度缓慢升至0.099MPa,控制釜内温度为110℃,保温3小时;
(2)再加入多异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯在70℃下反应,反应1.8小时;
(3)待釜内降温到60℃以下,向釜内中加入一定量的叔胺类或金属类有机化合物催化剂、适量良溶剂、抗氧剂,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)通过滴定法确定NCO含量,当达到所需理论值时,停止反应,密闭包装出料,即得到所需的单组份聚氨酯材料;
(5)现场施工时,将噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂按一定比例加入材料中混合均匀,然后刮涂施工。

实施例3:一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、天然低聚物多元醇或以上多元醇的两种或多种的混合物、环保增塑剂、粉体填料、颜料混合均匀,脱水处理,即升温加热,使液温达到90℃,启动真空泵,使反应釜内真空度缓慢升至0.1MPa,控制釜内温度为110℃,保温3小时;
(2)再加入多异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯在90℃下反应,反应1.5-2小时;
(3)待釜内降温到60℃以下,向釜内中加入一定量的叔胺类或金属类有机化合物催化剂、适量良溶剂、抗氧剂,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)通过滴定法确定NCO含量,当达到所需理论值时,停止反应,密闭包装出料,即得到所需的单组份聚氨酯材料;
(5)现场施工时,将噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂按一定比例加入材料中混合均匀,然后刮涂施工。
单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:异氰酸酯5份、多元醇20份、环保增塑剂25份、粉体填料及颜料50份、良溶剂3份、催化剂0.08份、抗氧剂0.2份、噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂2份。

(2)再加入多异氰酸酯或二异氰酸酯在50-90℃下反应,反应1.5-2小时;
(3)待釜内降温到60℃以下,向釜内中加入一定量的叔胺类或金属类有机化合物催化剂、适量良溶剂、抗氧剂,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)通过滴定法确定NCO含量,当达到所需理论值时,停止反应,密闭包装出料,即得到所需的单组份聚氨酯材料;
(5)现场施工时,将噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂按一定比例加入材料中混合均匀,然后刮涂施工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,其特征在于:单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:异氰酸酯3-5份、多元醇15-20份、环保增塑剂20-25份、粉体填料及颜料45-50份、良溶剂2-3份、催化剂0.05-0.08份、抗氧剂0.1-0.2份、噁唑烷潜固化剂或二胺类交联剂1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,其特征在于:在25℃温度下,所述多元醇的数均相对分子质量在1000-5000,粘度在600-2000mPa.S。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯塑胶球场材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述良溶剂是N-甲基吡络烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮、丙酮、碳酸二甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的其中两种或多种的混合物。
