The top cover device realizes the synchronous action of the two top covers through the combination of the two groups of four-bar mechanisms, seals the feeding port of the garbage truck, can prevent garbage from being scattered and smell from escaping, and avoids secondary pollution to the environment. Moreover, the top cover device has simple structure and high reliability, can be designed with a larger feeding hole 11, and is easy for dumping garbage into the box body 1. In addition, the opening height of the top cover can be effectively reduced, and the whole vehicle operation is prevented from being limited by the environment.
The working principle of the top cover device of the garbage truck according to the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the closed state of the top cover, if the top cover is to be opened, the telescopic component is retracted, so as to drive the first rod 3 to rotate around the second hinging seat 6, and simultaneously, the first rod 3 rotates and drives the second rod 4 hinged with the first rod to do planar motion around the third hinging seat 7, and the second rod 4 drives the first top cover 12 to rotate around the fourth hinging seat 8, so that the first top cover 12 is opened.
The opening of the first top cover 12 is performed, and simultaneously, the third rod 9 hinged on the first top cover 12 is driven to rotate, so that the rotating arm 10 is driven to rotate around the fifth hinging seat 14, and the second top cover 13 is opened. After the first top cover 12 and the second top cover 13 are opened in place, they are close to each other.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an open state of the top cover, if the top cover is to be closed, the telescopic component stretches out to drive the first rod 3 to rotate around the second hinging seat 6, the first rod 3 rotates and simultaneously drives the second rod 4 hinged with the first rod to do planar motion around the third hinging seat 7, the second rod 4 drives the first top cover 12 to rotate around the fourth hinging seat 8, and the first top cover 12 is closed.
The closing action of the first top cover 12 is performed, and simultaneously, the third rod 9 hinged on the first top cover 12 is driven to rotate, so that the rotating arm 10 is driven to rotate around the fifth hinging seat 14, and the second top cover 13 is closed. After the first top cover 12 and the second top cover 13 are closed in place, the feed opening 11 is covered together in the longitudinal direction.
The application further provides a garbage truck box body, which comprises: the garbage truck top cover device comprises a box body 1 and the garbage truck top cover device in the embodiment, wherein a feeding hole 11 is formed in the top of the box body 1, the box body 1 is an important part for storing and compressing garbage, and the garbage enters the garbage box body 1 through the feeding hole 11.
Finally, the application also provides a garbage truck comprising the garbage truck box body. The garbage truck may be a lifting garbage truck.
The garbage truck top cover device, the garbage truck box body and the garbage truck provided by the application are described in detail. The principles and embodiments of the present application have been described herein with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be merely illustrative of the methods of the present application and their core ideas. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations of the application can be made without departing from the principles of the application and these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the application as defined in the following claims.

Claims (14)

1. A garbage truck roof apparatus, comprising:
a first top cover (12) and a second top cover (13) which have an open state and a closed state and jointly cover a feed opening (11) at the top of the garbage truck box (1) in the closed state; the feeding port (11) is arranged along part of the length of the top of the box body (1) and is close to one side of the box body (1) along the longitudinal direction; the first-stage connecting rod mechanism and the second-stage connecting rod mechanism are arranged on the box body (1) and are respectively used for driving the first top cover (12) and the second top cover (13) to rotate and open and close, and the second-stage connecting rod mechanism is connected with the first top cover (12); and
the driving mechanism (2) is connected with the first-stage connecting rod mechanism and is used for driving the first-stage connecting rod mechanism to move so as to enable the first top cover (12) to open and close, and meanwhile, when the first top cover (12) is opened and closed, the first top cover (12) drives the second-stage connecting rod mechanism to link so as to enable the second top cover (13) to open and close synchronously;
in the open state, the first top cover (12) and the second top cover (13) are both positioned at one end of the feed inlet (11) close to the closed area of the box body (1), the first-stage connecting rod mechanism is arranged in the closed area at the top of the box body (1), and the whole first top cover (12) is positioned at one side far away from the second top cover (13); the second-stage connecting rod mechanism is located in the area where the feeding hole (11) is located, and the main body part is located at one side, far away from the first top cover (12), of the second top cover (13).
2. The refuse vehicle roof arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that in the closed state the first roof (12) and the second roof (13) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the tank (1).
3. The garbage truck top cover device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the first top cover (12) close to the closed area of the box body (1) is directly rotatably arranged at the top of the box body (1), the first-stage link mechanism comprises a first rod piece (3) and a second rod piece (4), the first end of the first rod piece (3) is hinged with the top of the box body (1), and two ends of the second rod piece (4) are respectively hinged with the second end of the first rod piece (3) and the outer side face of the first top cover (12).

A garbage truck roof apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the driving mechanism (2) is a telescopic component, a first end of the telescopic component is hinged on the box (1) at a position located outside the first rod (3), and a second end of the telescopic component is hinged on the first rod (3) and is used for driving the first rod (3) to swing through telescopic driving so as to drive the first roof (12) to open and close through the second rod (4).
5. A waste top cover device according to claim 3, characterized in that the second lever (4) is telescopic in length.
6. A waste top cover device according to claim 3, characterized in that in the closed state the first (3) and second (4) bars are co-linear.

The garbage truck top cover device according to claim 1, characterized in that the second-stage linkage mechanism comprises a rotating arm (10), a first end of the rotating arm (10) is rotatably connected to a region corresponding to a feeding port (11) in the box body (1), and a second end of the rotating arm (10) is fixedly connected with the second top cover (13) and is used for enabling the second top cover (13) to swing to realize opening and closing through rotation of the rotating arm (10).
8. The refuse vehicle roof arrangement according to claim 7, characterized in that the second end of the swivel arm (10) is connected to an end of the second roof (13) longitudinally adjacent to the closed area of the tank (1).
9. The garbage truck roof apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the second-stage link mechanism further comprises a third lever (9), a first end of the third lever (9) is hinged to the first roof (12), and a second end is hinged to the rotating arm (10), and the second lever (9) is used for driving the rotating arm (10) to rotate when the first roof (12) rotates, so that the second roof (13) and the first roof (12) are synchronously opened and closed.
10. The refuse truck top cover device according to claim 9, characterized in that the length of the third bar (9) is telescopic.
11. The garbage truck roof cover device according to claim 9, characterized in that the rotating arm (10) is of an L-shaped structure, an included angle at the bending position of the L-shaped structure is an obtuse angle, and the second end of the third rod piece (9) is hinged at the bending position of the L-shaped structure.

The refuse vehicle roof arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that in the closed state one of the first roof (12) and the second roof (13) is provided with an extension (131) at one end adjacent to each other for overlapping the outer surface of the other in the closed state to achieve a seal between the first roof (12) and the second roof (13).
13. A garbage truck box, comprising:
the top of the box body (1) is provided with a feed inlet (11); and
the garbage truck roof apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. A refuse vehicle comprising the refuse vehicle housing of claim 13.
