Abstract
本发明公开了一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,将秋后摘穗了的玉米秸秆用5%的NaOH溶液处理后,与食品原料‑预糊化淀粉按一定的质量比均匀混合,置于模具中压制成板材。本发明使用的是价格便宜、来源广泛的绿色安全的的原料,板材反刍动物能食用,具有较好的除湿保温性能,从而降低畜禽发病率,保障畜禽生产性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及畜禽养殖领域,具体是一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法。
背景技术
畜禽舍湿度较大,温度较低容易造成畜禽发病率提高,生产性能降低,而目前畜禽舍除湿的主要方式是通风,调节能力相对有限;猪舍和禽舍冬季保温一般要安装采暖设备,需要消耗电能等能源,运行成本相对较高;而牛舍羊舍基本没有保温设备。玉米秸秆来源广泛、价格便宜,碱化处理玉米秸秆只用于提高秸秆的营养价值,提高反刍动物对玉米秸秆的利用率;碱化处理后玉米秸秆孔隙率增大,吸潮率大大提高,增大的孔隙容纳的空气使得保温性能也相对提高。马铃薯淀粉粒径较大,粘性大,糊化温度低,吸水力强,糊浆透明度强,尤其其支链淀粉分子上结合有磷酸基,使得马铃薯淀粉具有其它淀粉不具备的优良的糊化特性和独特的用途,是仅次于玉米淀粉的生产量和商品量居第二位的植物淀粉;马铃薯预糊化淀粉是一种食品原料。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,具有制作简单,原料价格低廉的特点。
一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米秸秆的选取:采集秋后摘穗了的没有发霉的玉米秸秆,粉碎成末并碱化处理;
(2)粘合剂的选取:预糊化马铃薯淀粉;
(3)原料制作:将碱化玉米秸秆和粘合剂按照一定的质量比混合均匀;
(4)除湿保温板的制作:将原料置于模具中压制成型,自然晾干。
(5)将除湿保温板固定于畜禽舍墙面内侧,或者铺设于地面。
步骤(1)中的玉米秸秆粉末长度为1-2cm,均匀喷洒5%左右浓度(不宜超过7.5%)的NaOH溶液,湿度以手攥不出水,但手掌湿润,秸秆粉末散开为宜,压实密封发酵3天。
步骤(3)中的预糊化淀粉和碱化玉米秸秆的质量比为1:60。
步骤(4)中除湿保温板的厚度为20cm。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用的原料是玉米秸秆、氢氧化钠、预糊化马铃薯淀粉,价格便宜、来源广泛,除湿保温板制作简单,板材反刍动物可食用,孔隙率较高,具有较好的除湿保温功能,从而降低畜禽发病率,保障畜禽生产性能;容易降解,对环境没有任何影响。
具体实施方式
(1)玉米秸秆的选取:采集秋后摘穗了的没有发霉的玉米秸秆,粉碎成1-2cm长的粉末,均匀喷洒5%左右浓度(不宜超过7.5%)的NaOH溶液,湿度以手攥不出水,但手掌湿润,秸秆粉末散开为宜,压实密封发酵3天。
(2)粘合剂的选取:预糊化马铃薯淀粉;
(3)原料制作:将预糊化淀粉和碱化玉米秸秆的质量比为1:60混合均匀;
(4)除湿保温板的制作:将原料置于模具中压制成厚度为20cm的板材,自然晾干。
(5)将除湿保温板固定于畜禽舍墙面内侧,或者铺设于地面。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,碱化的玉米秸秆是将秋后摘穗了的没有发霉的玉米秸秆粉碎至1-2cm,均匀喷洒5%左右浓度(不宜超过7.5%)的NaOH溶液,湿度以手攥不出水,但手掌湿润,秸秆粉末散开为宜,压实密封发酵3天。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,预糊化淀粉和碱化玉米秸秆的质量比为1:60。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,预糊化淀粉为预糊化马铃薯淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,将混合均匀的碱化玉米秸秆和预糊化淀粉放置于模具中压制成板材,自然晾干。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种反刍动物可食用的畜禽舍除湿保温板的制作方法,其特征在于,板材的厚度为20cm。
