本发明是一种应用于玻璃层架的产品及制造方法，尤其是一种应用于冰箱的玻璃隔层。
在日常的生活中，玻璃层架广泛地应用于各种家俱和家用电器中，尤其是在电冰箱中，用玻璃作层架是许多冰箱均采用的方法。在冰箱的使用方程中，经常要将层架拿出清洁以保持冰箱的卫生，但由于层架是玻璃的，比较硬，其玻璃也容易碰坏表面较软的冰箱内胆，同时玻璃层架取出后在放置和清洗的过程中也容易碰坏其边沿及其它物品。因此，有的厂家在玻璃层架的某一边或两边用塑料边条粘贴在玻璃的边上，以克服以上的缺点，但这种用塑料边条粘贴的玻璃层架，其边条易脱落，人们在拿该层架时，往往由于边条突然脱落而将玻璃层架打碎，所以，该种玻璃层架并没有真正起到保护自己和防止碰坏其它物品的目的。
本发明的目的是提供一种能真正起到保护玻璃层架自己，同时又能防止碰坏其它物品，且塑料边框不会脱落的整体注塑边框玻璃层架及制作方法。
本发明的整体注塑边框玻璃层架及制作方法是一种主要用于冰箱玻璃隔层的层架及制作方法，该层架由玻璃和塑料边框两部分所组成，塑料边框为一个整体包在玻璃的四边上并与玻璃形成一个整体。在塑料边框的左右两侧还设有防翻转直角并与塑料边框为一个整体。在塑料边框的左右两侧还设有用于层架前后止动的止动块。该玻璃层架的制作方法是采用专用模具将玻璃固定，然后采用注塑的方法将边框以及边框下部的防翻转直角、止动块一次注塑成型并将塑料边框与玻璃连接成一个整体。
本发明的优点在于：
1.整体性好，整个层架的强度明显提高。
2.由于玻璃的边不直接与外界接触，因此该层架不易碰坏冰箱的内胆或其它物品，同时自身也不易被碰坏。
3.制作简单，只要一次注塑成型即可，不用胶粘结，因此可靠性更高。同时也降低了生产成本。

本发明的实施方案如下：
先将玻璃按不同冰箱给定的尺寸裁切及加工后，在注塑机上采用专用模具对玻璃板周边进行注塑形成边框，使玻璃板与塑料边框形成一个整体，不可拆卸，在塑料边框上还可设有防翻转直角21和前后止动块22，根据以上所述便可实现本发明。

Claims (3)

1、一种整体注塑边框玻璃层架，由玻璃和塑料边框部部分所组成，其特征在于该层架塑料边框(2)为一个整体包在玻璃(1)的四边上并与玻璃形成一个整体，在塑料边框(2)的左右两侧下方还设有用于层架前后止动的止动块(22)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的整体注塑边框玻璃层架，其特征在于在塑料边框(2)的左右两侧还设有防翻转直角(21)并与塑料边框(2)为一个整体。
3、一种实现权利要求1所述的整体注塑边框玻璃层架的制作方法，其特征在于采用专用模具将玻璃固定，然后采用注塑的方法将边框以及边框下部的防翻转直角(21)、止动块(22)一次注塑成型并将塑料边框(2)与玻璃(1)连接成一个整体。
