本发明提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,包括烘干箱,烘干箱内设有内箱,内箱内设有多层相互交错的震动筛网,震动筛网向下倾斜设置,震动筛网下端设有震动块,震动筛网下方设有接水板,内箱外侧设有排水槽,接水板与排水槽连接,烘干箱和内箱之间设有热风腔,内箱内左右侧壁上设有热风管,热风管与热风腔连接,烘干箱左右两侧设有热风机,烘干箱上方右侧设有进料口,烘干箱下方右侧设有出料口。本发明通过震动筛网和震动块的作用,提高了药材的烘干效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及药材制备领域,尤其涉及一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置。
背景技术
传统中药材是指在特定自然条件和生态环境的地域内生产的药材,因生产较为集中,栽培技术和采收加工也都有一定的讲究,以比较同种药材在其他地区所产者品质佳、疗效好,故在特定地方生产的中药材效果更好,在中药材的后期加工中需要细致的加工防止药性的流失,中药材的制备过程中需要将中药材烘干后使用或存放,但现有的药材烘干装置在烘干中药材的过程中,中药材容易堆积在一起,使其局部不能得到充分烘干,导致中药材各部分受热不均匀,从而烘干效果差,因此解决这些问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,通过设置倾斜的震动筛网,震动筛网下端设有震动块,震动块带动振动筛网进行震动,可以将药材表面的水分震落,也使药材分散开,解决了药材堆积烘干不均匀的问题。
本发明提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,包括烘干箱,烘干箱内设有内箱,内箱内设有多层相互交错的震动筛网,震动筛网向下倾斜设置,震动筛网下端设有震动块,震动筛网下方设有接水板,内箱外侧设有排水槽,接水板与排水槽连接,烘干箱和内箱之间设有热风腔,内箱内左右侧壁上设有热风管,热风管与热风腔连接,烘干箱左右两侧设有热风机,烘干箱上方右侧设有进料口,烘干箱下方右侧设有出料口。
进一步改进在于:热风管的出风口上设有过滤网。
进一步改进在于:接水板下端设有紫外线灭菌灯。
进一步改进在于:烘干箱下方左侧设有排气口,排气口上设有排气扇。
本发明的有益效果:通过设置倾斜的震动筛网,震动筛网下端设有震动块,震动块带动振动筛网进行震动,可以将药材表面的水分震落,也使药材分散开,提高了烘干效率和烘干效果;设置接水板,对水汽进行凝结排出,减少了空气中水汽的含量,提高了烘干效率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,包括烘干箱1,烘干箱1内设有内箱2,内箱2内设有多层相互交错的震动筛网3,震动筛网3向下倾斜设置,震动筛网3下端设有震动块4,震动筛网3下方设有接水板5,内箱2外侧设有排水槽6,接水板5与排水槽6连接,烘干箱1和内箱2之间设有热风腔7,内箱2内左右侧壁上设有热风管8,热风管8与热风腔7连接,烘干箱1左右两侧设有热风机9,烘干箱1上方右侧设有进料口10,烘干箱1下方右侧设有出料口11。热风管8的出风口上设有过滤网12。接水板5下端设有紫外线灭菌灯13。烘干箱1下方左侧设有排气口14,排气口14上设有排气扇15。
本实施例药材通过进料口10进料,药材沿震动筛网3滑动,震动块4震动使药材震动翻转,使药材可以烘干均匀,热风管8吹出热风对药材进行烘干,热风管8上设置的过滤网12对空气进行过滤,减少污染,排风扇15对带有水汽的空气进行排出,烘干的药材通过出料口11出料。

1.一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,包括烘干箱(1),其特征在于:烘干箱(1)内设有内箱(2),内箱(2)内设有多层相互交错的震动筛网(3),震动筛网(3)向下倾斜设置,震动筛网(3)下端设有震动块(4),震动筛网(4)下方设有接水板(5),内箱(2)外侧设有排水槽(6),接水板(5)与排水槽(6)连接,烘干箱(1)和内箱(2)之间设有热风腔(7),内箱(2)内左右侧壁上设有热风管(8),热风管(8)与热风腔(7)连接,烘干箱(1)左右两侧设有热风机(9),烘干箱(1)上方右侧设有进料口(10),烘干箱(1)下方右侧设有出料口(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,其特征在于:热风管(8)的出风口上设有过滤网(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种驱虫斑鸠菊烘干装置,其特征在于:接水板(5)下端设有紫外线灭菌灯(13)。
