本发明提供一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,将二氧化钛、二氧化锆、蛭石、玻化微珠和碳粉球磨混合1‑3h,在温度80‑100℃干燥,加入聚乙烯醇溶液,保压处理得混合料;将羟乙基纤维素、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度120‑140℃下搅拌混合;再加入混合料,超声处理;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料;将柠檬酸三丁酯、硬脂酸锌、氧化钴、甲基环丙基酮和椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌25‑35min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料;将吸热外层材料覆盖于塑料内层材料上,经15‑25MPa、120‑140℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。

一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料包装制备技术领域,具体涉及一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法。
背景技术
经过三十年的发展,中国包装工业已成为一个以纸、塑料、金属、玻璃、包装印刷和包装机械设备为主要产业的独立、完整、门类齐全的工业体系和以长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、环渤海湾为重点区域的包装产业格局。塑料包装是包装业中四大材料之一:纸及纸板占30%,塑料占25%,金属占25%,玻璃占15%。而且塑料包装业每年按5%的速度在发展,而其他包装材料,包括纸及纸板,金属,玻璃,陶砙,麻棉等只以2%的速度在增长。塑料包装是指用塑料作为包装材料,用以包装物品。塑料是以合成或天然的高分子树脂为主要材料,添加各种助剂后,在一定的温度和压力下具有延展性,冷却后可以固定其形状的一类材料。
在冬天或者天气较冷情况下,有些物品需要在一定温度下才能保持其质量不受影响,而现有塑料包装材料在保温效果方便尚存在较大不足,大多用于常温状态下的包装,为进一步满足客户多种需求,开发一种保温效果良好的塑料包装材料显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中塑料包装材料存在的上述不足,提供一种新型塑料包装材料的制备方法,以提高塑料包装材料的保温等性能,满足多样化需求。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:塑料内层材料制备:
将2-4份二氧化钛、3-5份二氧化锆、1-3份蛭石、1-4份玻化微珠和3-5份碳粉球磨混合1-3h,在温度80-100℃干燥,随后加入30-40份聚乙烯醇溶液,于3-7MPa下保压处理40-75s,得混合料;将10-20份羟乙基纤维素、12-16份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和20-30份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度120-140℃下搅拌混合35-45min;再加入混合料,在功率20-30kw下超声处理20-30min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为110-120℃、122-125℃、126-129℃、130-134℃、135-140℃,螺杆转速为12-15rpm,机头温度为120-130℃;
S2:吸热外层材料制备:
将25-35份柠檬酸三丁酯、4-7份硬脂酸锌、3-5份氧化钴、6-8份甲基环丙基酮和3-6份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌25-35min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为115-120℃、123-127℃、130-135℃、136-140℃、142-145℃,螺杆转速为8-12rpm,机头温度为115-125℃;
S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经15-25MPa、120-140℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
优选的,步骤S1中所述将3份二氧化钛、4份二氧化锆、2份蛭石、3份玻化微珠和4份碳粉球磨混合2h,在温度90℃干燥,随后加入35份聚乙烯醇溶液,于5MPa下保压处理55s,得混合料。
优选的,步骤S1中所述将15份羟乙基纤维素、14份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和25份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度130℃下搅拌混合42min;再加入混合料,在功率23kw下超声处理27min。
优选的,步骤S1中所述螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为115℃、124℃、127℃、132℃、137℃,螺杆转速为13rpm,机头温度为125℃。
优选的,步骤S2中所述将28份柠檬酸三丁酯、5份硬脂酸锌、4份氧化钴、7份甲基环丙基酮和5份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌28min。
优选的,步骤S2中所述五段的温度依次为117℃、125℃、133℃、138℃、144℃,螺杆转速为10rpm,机头温度为120℃。
优选的,步骤S3中热压处理的过程为压力18MPa、温度130℃。
上述任意一条方法制备得到的保温塑料包装材料。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,以二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯、乙酸异丙烯酯和混合料制备得到塑料内层材料;以柠檬酸三丁酯、甲基环丙基酮和椰油酸二乙醇酰胺等制备得到吸热外层材料;并以热压方式将塑料内层材料和吸热外层材料最终制得保温塑料包装材料;通过外层吸热材料的吸热效应,塑料内层材料的保温效应,共同提升塑料包装材料的保温性能。

以下结合下述实施方式进一步说明本发明,下述实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而非限制本发明。
实施例1
S1:塑料内层材料制备:
将2份二氧化钛、3份二氧化锆、1份蛭石、1份玻化微珠和3份碳粉球磨混合1h,在温度80℃干燥,随后加入30份聚乙烯醇溶液,于3MPa下保压处理40s,得混合料;将10份羟乙基纤维素、12份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和20份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度120℃下搅拌混合35min;再加入混合料,在功率20kw下超声处理20min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为110℃、122℃、126℃、130℃、135℃,螺杆转速为12rpm,机头温度为120℃;
S2:吸热外层材料制备:
将25份柠檬酸三丁酯、4份硬脂酸锌、3份氧化钴、6份甲基环丙基酮和3份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌25min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为115℃、123℃、130℃、136℃、142℃,螺杆转速为8rpm,机头温度为115℃;
S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经15MPa、120℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
将上述保温塑料包装材料应用于食品运送,与现有材料相比,保温效果良好,保温时间延长150%。
实施例2
S1:塑料内层材料制备:
将4份二氧化钛、5份二氧化锆、3份蛭石、4份玻化微珠和5份碳粉球磨混合3h,在温度100℃干燥,随后加入40份聚乙烯醇溶液,于7MPa下保压处理75s,得混合料;将20份羟乙基纤维素、16份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和30份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度140℃下搅拌混合45min;再加入混合料,在功率30kw下超声处理30min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为120℃、125℃、129℃、134℃、140℃,螺杆转速为15rpm,机头温度为130℃;
S2:吸热外层材料制备:
将35份柠檬酸三丁酯、7份硬脂酸锌、5份氧化钴、8份甲基环丙基酮和6份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌35min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为120℃、127℃、135℃、140℃、145℃,螺杆转速为12rpm,机头温度为125℃;
S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经25MPa、140℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
将上述保温塑料包装材料应用于食品运送,与现有材料相比,保温效果良好,保温时间延长175%。
实施例3
S1:塑料内层材料制备:
将2份二氧化钛、3份二氧化锆、1份蛭石、2份玻化微珠和3份碳粉球磨混合1.5h,在温度85℃干燥,随后加入32份聚乙烯醇溶液,于4MPa下保压处理50s,得混合料;将13份羟乙基纤维素、13份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和23份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度120-140℃下搅拌混合35-45min;再加入混合料,在功率20-30kw下超声处理22min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为113℃、123℃、127℃、132℃、137℃,螺杆转速为13rpm,机头温度为125℃;
S2:吸热外层材料制备:
将28份柠檬酸三丁酯、5份硬脂酸锌、3份氧化钴、6份甲基环丙基酮和4份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌27min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为118℃、124℃、131℃、137℃、143℃,螺杆转速为9rpm,机头温度为118℃;
S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经17MPa、125℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
将上述保温塑料包装材料应用于食品运送,与现有材料相比,保温效果良好,保温时间延长190%。
实施例4
S1:塑料内层材料制备:
将3份二氧化钛、4份二氧化锆、2份蛭石、3份玻化微珠和5份碳粉球磨混合2.5h,在温度95℃干燥,随后加入37份聚乙烯醇溶液,于6MPa下保压处理60s,得混合料;将17份羟乙基纤维素、15份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和20-30份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度120-140℃下搅拌混合35-45min;再加入混合料,在功率27kw下超声处理28min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为116℃、125℃、129℃、134℃、140℃,螺杆转速为14rpm,机头温度为128℃;
S2:吸热外层材料制备:
将32份柠檬酸三丁酯、6份硬脂酸锌、5份氧化钴、8份甲基环丙基酮和6份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌33min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为120℃、126℃、135℃、139℃、144℃,螺杆转速为11rpm,机头温度为123℃;
S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经23MPa、135℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
将上述保温塑料包装材料应用于食品运送,与现有材料相比,保温效果良好,保温时间延长210%。
实施例5
S1:塑料内层材料制备:
将3份二氧化钛、4份二氧化锆、2份蛭石、3份玻化微珠和4份碳粉球磨混合2h,在温度90℃干燥,随后加入35份聚乙烯醇溶液,于5MPa下保压处理55s,得混合料;将15份羟乙基纤维素、14份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和25份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度130℃下搅拌混合42min;再加入混合料,在功率23kw下超声处理27min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为115℃、124℃、127℃、132℃、137℃,螺杆转速为13rpm,机头温度为125℃;

S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经18MPa、130℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
将上述保温塑料包装材料应用于食品运送,与现有材料相比,保温效果良好,保温时间延长230%。

将2-4份二氧化钛、3-5份二氧化锆、1-3份蛭石、1-4份玻化微珠和3-5份碳粉球磨混合1-3h,在温度80-100℃干燥,随后加入30-40份聚乙烯醇溶液,于3-7MPa下保压处理40-75s,得混合料;将10-20份羟乙基纤维素、12-16份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和20-30份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度120-140℃下搅拌混合35-45min;再加入混合料,在功率20-30kw下超声处理20-30min;加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到塑料内层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为110-120℃、122-125℃、126-129℃、130-134℃、135-140℃,螺杆转速为12-15rpm,机头温度为120-130℃;
S2:吸热外层材料制备:
将25-35份柠檬酸三丁酯、4-7份硬脂酸锌、3-5份氧化钴、6-8份甲基环丙基酮和3-6份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌25-35min,加入螺杆挤出机中挤出后得到吸热外层材料,其中螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为115-120℃、123-127℃、130-135℃、136-140℃、142-145℃,螺杆转速为8-12rpm,机头温度为115-125℃;
S3:保温塑料包装材料制备:
将步骤S2所述吸热外层材料覆盖于步骤S1所述塑料内层材料上,经15-25MPa、120-140℃热压处理即可得到保温塑料包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中将3份二氧化钛、4份二氧化锆、2份蛭石、3份玻化微珠和4份碳粉球磨混合2h,在温度90℃干燥,随后加入35份聚乙烯醇溶液,于5MPa下保压处理55s,得混合料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中将15份羟乙基纤维素、14份二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯和25份乙酸异丙烯酯混合,在温度130℃下搅拌混合42min;再加入混合料,在功率23kw下超声处理27min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述螺杆挤出机中五段的温度依次为115℃、124℃、127℃、132℃、137℃,螺杆转速为13rpm,机头温度为125℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中将28份柠檬酸三丁酯、5份硬脂酸锌、4份氧化钴、7份甲基环丙基酮和5份椰油酸二乙醇酰胺混合搅拌28min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述五段的温度依次为117℃、125℃、133℃、138℃、144℃,螺杆转速为10rpm,机头温度为120℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温塑料包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中热压处理的过程为压力18MPa、温度130℃。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的方法制备得到的保温塑料包装材料。
