技术领域
本发明涉及农产品加工设备领域,本发明涉及一种农产品切片装置及切片方法。
背景技术
农产品是农业中生产的物品,如高粱、稻子、花生、玉米、小麦以及各个地区土特产等。国家规定初级农产品是指农业活动中获得的植物、动物及其产品,不包括经过加工的各类产品。
现有的农产品切片装置容易发生切片刀与传送带碰撞,导致切片刀或者传送带损坏,造成大量损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种农产品切片装置及切片方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种农产品切片装置,包括主支撑架、传送驱动电机、传动滚轮、切片刀进给结构、防撞结构,所述主支撑架上方设置有所述传送驱动电机,所述传送驱动电机上方设置有农产品传送带,所述农产品传送带内部设置有所述传动滚轮,所述传动滚轮上方设置有合金切片刀,所述合金切片刀上方安装有切片刀固定座,所述切片刀固定座上方安装有所述切片刀进给结构,所述切片刀进给结构上方安装有伺服变频电机,所述伺服变频电机一侧安装有连接杆,所述连接杆端部安装有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮一侧安装有传动齿条,所述传动齿条一侧安装有齿条安装座,所述齿条安装座一侧安装有支撑平台,所述支撑平台内部安装有移动滑槽,所述切片刀进给结构上方安装有外防护壳体,所述外防护壳体一侧安装有速度控制器,所述速度控制器下方安装有所述防撞结构,所述防撞结构上方安装有自动断路器,所述自动断路器一侧安装有蜂鸣警报器,所述蜂鸣警报器下方安装有红外测距器,所述红外测距器一侧安装有伸缩液压杆,所述伸缩液压杆一侧安装有推动液压缸,所述农产品传送带一端安装有倾斜板,所述倾斜板下方安装有成品放置箱,所述农产品传送带外侧安装有表层包覆带。
进一步的,所述主支撑架与所述传送驱动电机通过螺栓连接,所述传送驱动电机通过导线所述传动滚轮连接,所述传动滚轮与所述农产品传送带卡合连接。
进一步的,所述伺服变频电机与所述连接杆通过轴杆连接,所述连接杆与所述传动齿轮通过轴承连接,所述传动齿轮与所述传动齿条卡合连接,所述齿条安装座与所述支撑平台嵌套连接,所述支撑平台内部刻有所述移动滑槽,所述移动滑槽长度为15cm。
进一步的,所述合金切片刀与所述切片刀固定座通过螺栓线连接,所述合金切片刀由铬钼合金压制而成,所述切片刀固定座与所述传动齿条焊接。
进一步的,所述自动断路器与所述蜂鸣警报器均通过导线与所述红外测距器连接,所述红外测距器与所述伸缩液压杆通过螺栓连接,所述推动液压缸与所述伸缩液压杆嵌套连接。
进一步的,所述伺服变频电机通过螺栓固定在所述外防护壳体内壁。
进一步的,所述速度控制器通过导线分别与所述伺服变频电机、所述传送驱动电机连接。
进一步的,所述倾斜板与所述成品放置箱通过螺栓连接。
进一步的,所述表层包覆带为厚度为3mm的铜带。
本发明还提供一种农产品切片装置的切片方法,应用于上述农产品切片装置中,将农产品放置在所述农产品传送带上方,所述传送驱动电机带动所述传动滚轮进行运动,将农产品传送至所述合金切片刀下方,所述切片刀进给结构带动所述合金切片刀进行运动,对农产品进行切片,所述伺服变频电机带动所述连接杆进行运动,所述传动齿轮带动所述传动齿条运动,带动所述合金切片刀做进给运动,所述传动齿条通过所述齿条安装座在所述移动滑槽中移动,在对农产品进行切片时,所述防撞结构防止所述合金切片刀与所述农产品传送带接触,造成所述农产品传送带损坏,所述推动液压缸推动所述伸缩液压杆进行伸缩运动,对所述红外测距器位置进行调节,所述红外测距器对所述合金切片刀与所述农产品传送带之间距离进行感应,若距离较低,所述自动断路器将所述伺服变频电机进行自动断电,同时所述蜂鸣警报器发出警报声,农产品切片后,从所述倾斜板流向所述成品放置箱中。
本发明的有益效果在于:1、设置有防撞结构,能够有效避免合金切片刀与农产品传送带发生碰撞;2、机器结构紧凑、操作简便、效率高、耗电小、清洁保养容易、安全卫生。

本发明还提供一种农产品切片装置的切片方法,应用于上述农产品切片装置中,将农产品放置在所述农产品传送带3上方,所述传送驱动电机2带动所述传动滚轮4进行运动,将农产品传送至所述合金切片刀5下方,所述切片刀进给结构7带动所述合金切片刀5进行运动,对农产品进行切片,所述伺服变频电机701带动所述连接杆702进行运动,所述传动齿轮703带动所述传动齿条704运动,带动所述合金切片刀5做进给运动,所述传动齿条704通过所述齿条安装座705在所述移动滑槽707中移动,在对农产品进行切片时,所述防撞结构10防止所述合金切片刀5与所述农产品传送带3接触,造成所述农产品传送带3损坏,所述推动液压缸1005推动所述伸缩液压杆1004进行伸缩运动,对所述红外测距器1003位置进行调节,所述红外测距器1003对所述合金切片刀5与所述农产品传送带3之间距离进行感应,若距离较低,所述自动断路器1001将所述伺服变频电机701进行自动断电,同时所述蜂鸣警报器1002发出警报声,农产品切片后,从所述倾斜板11流向所述成品放置箱12中。
