if the shared lock is in a locking state, the external equipment sends an unlocking instruction to the CPU module (3001) through the transceiving communication module (3009), and the CPU module judges whether unlocking is successful or not according to communication card signals and information sent by the sensor module and the detector module;
the CPU module regularly judges which state the sharing lock is in according to a preset period; when the information needs to be sent, the CPU module judges whether the communication with the external equipment is possible or not through the transceiver module, and if the communication is possible, the CPU module sends the information;
if communication is not possible, the CPU module stores the collected information in the memory, and after communication is possible, the information is sent.
